What do you like best?

For Twitter, it seems to mostly work. The interface seems straight forward enough, and it has some value. When using for free, it has a lot of value. If I was looking just for a Twitter management platform rather than being led to believe it's a multi-platform management tool, I may have had a completely different view of it. What do you dislike?

I bought it to get Facebook and LinkedIn access since those are the platforms I use more than Twitter. After paying, I can see the charge on my card, but not in the portal. I emailed support asking how to add LinkedIn and Facebook, and got no response other than "We reply to most tickets within a day (on the weekend it may take up to 3 days)." After no response for a while, I looked up how to cancel, and you again have to put in a ticket to support. A week later, and still no answer to either how to add the profiles, or that I will be refunded since I cancelled in their 14-day money-back window.

Facebook is entirely missing from the Add Profiles. LinkedIn returns "The application is disabled" as soon as you click to add a profile.

If it was advertised as just Twitter I wouldn't mind so much. But to offer free, and "pay for other networks" is an outright lie if after paying, only the freely supported social media network is supported. (Supported being a loose term since over a week in and both tickets are still unanswered other than the automated emails that state "Since it's been over a day, we wanted to let you know that we're still on your ticket (#xxxxx). Sometimes, due to complexity of an issue, weekend time or high load, it takes us a bit longer to reply. We're sorry for that and want to assure you it's because we're taking each and every ticket seriously."

The only reason I'm submitting this review is because of the lack of responsiveness. Had I read a review like this, I wouldn't have entered in my credit card info assuming I'd get the features of the paid version, or at least be able to get a response from a person about broken features or cancelling my service during my "money-back guarantee". Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you ONLY need Twitter, I'd consider this platform. The free version seemed fine, and if you just wanted to pay to remove or increase limits within twitter it may be just fine.

But if you need Facebook, the ability to add a profile doesn't even exist. If you want to add LinkedIn, it's broken; Maybe that will get fixed, but without being able to reach support, there is no way to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since Twitter isn't the primary feature I was looking for, rather something I treated as seeing how the platform works, it's not solving a problem for me. The two benefits I was after are both non-functional. (LinkedIn and Facebook management.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Commun.it provides my marketing team with the ability to easily target potential followers while allowing them to better understand who and what to follow on Twitter. The dashboard is robust with solid information on common social metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The UI is not as intuitive as I'm typically used to for platforms that are used as enterprise solutions. The learning curve is also fairly steep, particularly when users manage multiple accounts. Commun.it can take the guess work out of a lot of social research, allowing my team to easily identify people and accounts worth following on Twitter. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

I don't like this strategy of unfollowing x users per week, and my daily tasks include unfollowing people. I don't like to use Commun.it as a content curation tool, because of the relevance of the content given.

Lastly, I wish I could use it in other social networks. During my free trial, I saw no difference in other social networks. I could just curate content to them, nothing else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can share some advice as an individual user of a free account: It's a helpful tool to improve your social media experience... on Twitter. What do you like best?

Commun.it has got.it! Although initially their platform can be confusing...given the complexity available depending on your membership level and your interest, but at it's core, this app has all your bases covered. Whether you wish to follow or unfollow, tweet or retweet, run competitor analyses, search your mentions, source news items to post, follow your hashtags or your brand keywords and website...it is all there. And much more. And, what is even more exciting is that you do not require another single app...because Commun.it has got.it on all levels. You want analytics, reports, insights, suggested actions, next steps, wise counsel...it is all there and much more. I cannot brag enough about how all encompassing and comprehensive this app is...congratulations to the makers and kudos to the users who are smart enough to work the potential it represents to the max. What do you dislike?

That which is its strength is also or rather can be its weakness. This is not an app you want to turn on for 5 minutes and think you've mastered it. If you do, you will miss the extraordinary level of complexity it offers. And, of course, with that comes the necessity to spend the time to learn the program and its ins-and-outs...which can sometimes be a challenge in this busy world competing for our attention. Try out Commun.it. They have a free tier. Then shop around. Test out a few other apps. Then come back to Commun.it and enroll in the 14-day trial of whole program with all its capabilities. Do a honest analysis of your experience, but be sure you give yourself enough time to learn the program and all of its intricacies..there is a lot of stuff going on here. Then make your decision. What do you like best?

I like the organization commun.it allows for twitter accounts. It takes care of all the red tape for me. This frees me up to make my messages personal and keep my followers engaged with my content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it repetitive to refresh my page and the same unfollows are still listed. It's like doing double work.

What do you like best?

Lot's of pop-ups! - The platform really has a lot of customer perks! I will have to become a paying member to really get the most out of this platform. What do you like best?

I started using commun.it for free three years ago and I liked it from the first moment. There is no other app for twitter that you can try out for an unlimited time and get so much out of it. There is no need to register with a credit card or similar when evaluating this service.

I like to see the list who unfollowed me recently so I can think of my tweets and rethink my postings.

I like to see who is worth following. I can find interesting accounts that match my interests that I've never found when using the core twitter app alone.

I can see who is not following back so it's possible to reconsider my own followings easily.

Commun.it is useful to build up a community and to keep in touch with them.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

When I started using Commun.it for free in the middle of 2016, I only had 3,000 Twitter followers. The time I was involved was draining my artistic work, spending more than 2 hours on Twitter everyday.

The easy to use and the power of Commun.it app helped me to schedule my tweets and other posts on other social media platforms as Facebook, Instagram, gaining time and money. Now I have more than 84K active followers on Twitter and more than 100 Million views a month, with a total reach of 30 Million monthly users.

I don't have words to say thanks to the amazing team of this terrific app. It is the cheapest way to manage your social media marketing, and the support and innovation is 24/7. I don't need to spend thousands dollars in advertising, most of my tweets have 30K, 100K impressions without effort.

The reports they give me say all what I need and the growth pills are helping me to gain more than 5K new followers monthly.

Commun.it actually delivers on its claims. There are so many tools claiming to help business growth. But many fall short on functionality and ability commun.it is different. Rather than just prompting when to post communit provides intelligent recommendations for engagement, posting and community engagement. That I have not seen in any other product. I have been using the free plan so my dislikes are mainly based on restrictions in functionality. I set myself some goals to reach before upgrading and so far i am on traget to reach them. What do you like best?

Commun.it has really simplified my Twitter interactions, I'm able to keep track of who has interacted with my contact and I can easily connect with people who fit into my niche (thanks to the recommendations). It's also great at filtering out people who are essentially ghost followers which is so important when you're trying to grow your brand/ following on twitter so you can focus on those who are actually taking the time to interact with you and what you post. What do you like best?

I love how complete the information is when reviewing engagements on Twitter. I can see everything relevant to the individual's account, including how many times we've engaged in the past and I can take action immediately from their Twitter card. (Thank, DM, mention) Commun.it also allows you to manage your DMs, which is, I think unique. You have to upgrade to the Business plan to see all your past engagements, however. (There is a free trial.)

Lots more tools are available, including finding new accounts to follow, extensive reporting and analytics, and scheduling posts. There's a Chrome extension as well.

Commun.it can also connect to LinkedIn and now Facebook. I haven't tested the utility of these connections yet.

Twitter management is just effortless with Commun.it. I enjoy using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Probably the thing I dislike the most is the constant request to upgrade. Even if you clear the popup messages on the bottom right, they reappear when you switch tabs. The stacked notifications can obscure the interface. This is badgering and not welcome.

There's quite a bit of duplicate information shared between tabs.

The leads section hasn't been particularly helpful so far.

The scheduling section lacks an editorial calendar, which, now that I'm used to it with SEMrush, I consider a necessity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I originally wanted a tool to help me unfollow dead account or accounts that no longer followed me, etc. But then I quickly understood how easy it was to become more engaged with followers and how to find new ones. Just a great tool really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I've used other tools in to assist me in growing my social following on Twitter, but none of them came close to the tools that commun.it offers for ensuring that I am taking the right action to grow my following. I think that alone is the best feature of the product. It's an interface I can go into and just follow their suggestions and watch my counts and engagement grow. What do you dislike?

No fault really of theirs, but the Instagram feature was disabled due to FB reworking that API. Instagram integration was broken on my other tools.

Also, the integrations with FB is a little confusing but I am sure I will figure it out once I continue to use the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get Instagram back online. Get TubeBuddy type features into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main purpose of purchasing this tool was to use it to help boost my engagement with influencers, gain followers, and help me become more engaged with others. Reminds me what and who to connect with every day. It allows one to reach beyond what one normally could, would, or should do daily.
