What do you like best about mLabs?

I use mLabs to schedule our posts and keep all the data in the same place for reports, which helps with time and organization. I don't need to open all the social media pages to post, and I have the report ready all the time since it's all inside mLabs. I like that they focus on social media and always deliver new tools or research. It makes it easier to view the metrics, so we can focus on strategy. The initial setup was pretty easy and intuitive. What do you dislike about mLabs?

I wish mLabs could receive all the social media messages and comments. Also, I'd love to have mLabs function as a CRM, where it could integrate with websites and WhatsApp to control all messages and content in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a daily mLabs customer for almost 7 years. I highly recommend the platform for its ease of use: it is very intuitive, the support is excellent, and it is an essential tool in managing the agency's clients. What do you dislike about mLabs?

The only aspect at the moment is the discontinuation of the notified stories tool. It is extremely useful for our business: today we can schedule and customize the story with stickers, links, and other forms of interaction before posting. And they will (very unfortunately) discontinue it, indicating the automatic story that does not have these advantages. I really believe it's something they should reconsider. I love how mLabs makes work management easier, especially in metrics analysis, posting schedule, and comparisons with competitors. The service is super fast and the team is extremely attentive, which makes a big difference. What do you dislike about mLabs?

There is still no mobile accessibility, which forces me to be in front of the computer to approve posts. Another issue is in the workflow, the lack of ability to add visual elements from briefings, such as videos, so that designers can receive references more easily. Also in the workflow, the need to add steps to know whether the team is in production or not for each post. Additionally, I would like to be able to schedule stories in just one scheduling.
