The analytics are good enough to share with my clients, but I don't really use them myself since there's no way to separate ad data from organic data. I also wish I could post Instagram carousels that start with a video and then go into photos, because right now that's not an option. Every once in a while a post fails to publish, usually on Instagram, and I don't always get a clear reason why. The navigation system on the website can be pretty difficult to use. Even something as simple as figuring out where to upgrade my pricing isn’t intuitive. While the logo in the top-right corner is a helpful indicator, there are also a lot of buttons in the side column, which can make it seem like the information you need should be over there instead. Everything just works. I've tried a dozen of apps that did not do what they promised they do. Publer is smooth! Publer is snappy, fast UI and all the features it provides are just vital. The support including the founder is very easy to reach and helpful. I use it every day. I intend to not look at social media apps separately and plan everything in it. Honestly there isn't much I dislike. If I had to name something, a few Instagram post types still rely on the mobile reminder instead of full auto-publishing, which breaks the "set it and forget it" flow a little. The analytics also give a good quick overview but could go deeper on the higher plans, and client-ready reporting isn't native, so I occasionally have to export into another tool.
