I used to spend ~1 hour in Loomly a week to schedule 7 days ahead, everything in Loomly is ten clicks away, and the interface is just slow. Publer has some excellent Bulk tools, and I've managed to schedule my entire week in just 20 minutes. Awesome. **What do you dislike about Publer?** Paying per social media channel will, in my case, be way more expensive than my current subscription with Loomly, where I can connect to every social media platform without paying an extra fee. The cost was so amazing and so reasonable, too, that I couldn't believe I was getting all this functionality for a plan built to my requirements. I also loved how responsive and helpful the support team is. Nothing is too much trouble, and the response time is amazing. From day one, I've been singing Publer's praises to anyone who would listen. By far one of my best tools I discovered early 2021 and I've never looked back. **What do you dislike about Publer?** There is nothing I don't like about Publer. I think I don't use some of the functionality as much as I could/should, but that is my fault and certainly not Publer's. **What problems is Publer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried many products before finding Publer. The problem I had was how restrictive these accounts were. I loved that Publer offered a free plan. I loved that I could build my plan with the number of social media accounts I needed. e.g. many of the platforms I tried would restrict you to 8 social media accounts, for example. If I needed 9 accounts, I would have to upgrade to a ridiculous sum of money for another 5 accounts when all I needed was 1. This was a game changer and set Publer on its own in terms of the competition as far as I was concerned. ### 19. I also appreciate the alternate feature to schedule the posts yourself if you are set on certain time frames for your posts. Both features I really like altogether because while I like the ability to choose my own timeframes that I see fit, for first-timers, having something else to set the best times for you would be better than to figure out when to do that yourself or having to pay someone to keep up to date on that sort of stuff. **What do you dislike about Publer?** I honestly do not like how the site currently looks for the most part. Do not get me wrong, I love the light green color heading and the white body for the webpage... in the early mornings to late evenings. My problem is that once it becomes nighttime, there is no optional dark mode feature to help with my eyesight at night. My computer currently has a nighttime feature that automatically changes the brightness settings at a certain time at night. I just wish there was a feature where the user can get the site to change automatically to a dark mode setting either by the time frame that they want it or by the general timezone night hour that they are in. It would be so much nicer to work on this website without having a blaring screen starring right back at you throughout the night, especially if you are someone like me who has no other choice but to work on computers during the night because of not having time throughout the daytime. **Recommendations to others considering Publer:** If you are planning to use Publer, it might not be the best thing to try to upload Pinterest to the account just yet. Ther is this method that the site is using where it tries to get you to sign up under this ITTP site I believe to get signed up alongside Pinterest. I'm not saying that it does not work, but the instructions do not seem to be clear enough to get signed up, but also the instructions seems kind of old and outdated as the tutorial and the actual site are of two different things. Not to mention that I have no idea what I am doing with this type of site since it's my first time ever seeing this site so that's not exactly a good thing for me to rattle my head on about getting my accounts linked to Publer right now. It might be better to use Hootsuite for Pinterest, and then everything else for Publer instead. **What problems is Publer solving and how is that benefiting you?** So, I am pretty much located on all social media sites. As fun as it is to be located on them all and to update them and have fun with them, I'm sorry to say that I do not have time to always post content to each account. Most of the time, I previously had to go weeks to months without posting content on other sites because I was always so focused on just one social media outlet. And with that, I'd lose most of my audience members from the media channels that I cannot post to. But with Publer, I can set up posts and have them sent out whenever I need them to go out to those sites especially on days and times where I can't post online. And that makes me feel better that I might get more people to come to those sites. ### 31. I stumbled upon Publer and it had the perfect blend of great UX and functionalities. Something i really like is the possibility to connect YouTube and Tiktok. The Calendar overview is really good and you can set your preferred time on each of your social media channels. This i have found lacking on many other services. The price is very fair ! Around 15-18 dollars for 3-4 channels. It mimic other services A cool plus is the RSS service, the hashtag suggestions and the analytics. Also great customer service. They answered my question within 30 sec. **What do you dislike about Publer?** Not alot to dislike at this point. Would love to see a medium/substack implementation at some point - this would raise Publer to the next level. Publer ticks a lot of the boxes i needed for such service. I dont want to oversell it - there are plenty good services out there. Buffer, Later etc...all good. They know what they are doing. Publer, for me, was just fresh. I used to be bothered by either not having access to enough services (for example very heavy instagram attention on many of these services) or being to clunky.
