What do you like best?
Efficient and runs smoothly. Can easily write and schedule posts with special features, runs very smoothly. I reccommend strongly!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
It would be nice if there was a tool that could analyze your hashtags and show other tags associated with it. Ritetag has this feature and I loved it.

What do you like best?
Easy to connect with other Zoho products, Zoho social is also a good solution for low budget social media management plateform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
We had an issue with accents for french posts, they where displayed as question marks. Took more than a month to fix after contacting thier team. They told us 3 times the problem was solve when it was not. They finally fixed it and gave us a discount that they didn't apply.
Analytics are very limited and do not show essential informations for ROI. We where expecting more from a company associated with Google, wordly renown for analytics and data.
There are a lots of bugs on the callendar, posts that does not show up, image and links that can't be on the same posts (sometinmes), re-uploaded images that does not actually upload, crashes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
