Based on recent G2 reviews that discuss pricing and value, many reviewers say Zoho Social is good value for money because scheduling, reporting, and multi-platform management save time and reduce manual work. Several reviewers highlight that the cost feels justified for small businesses, creators, and agencies that need an easy way to plan content and track results. A common theme across reviews is that affordable pricing and simple setup make it cost-effective for everyday social media management. Some users report the pricing feels steep when advanced analytics are needed or as usage grows for startups and growing teams. Many reviewers say the strongest value comes from routine, multi-channel publishing and basic reporting in one place.

According to G2 data, Zoho Social pricing in 2026 starts at $10.00 and can reach $330.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Zoho's official pricing page for the most current details.
According to G2 reviewers, Zoho Social's pricing is best suited for small businesses and independent marketers, who represent the overwhelming majority of reviewers and consistently praise its affordability. The Standard plan at $10/month suits solopreneurs and freelancers managing a single brand. The Professional plan appeals to growing small businesses needing advanced analytics and bulk scheduling. G2 reviews from marketing agencies highlight the Agency and Agency Plus tiers for multi-brand client management, though some note the pricing jump feels steep for early-stage agencies. Mid-market reviewers also appear across G2 data, particularly in marketing, financial services, and retail industries, valuing Zoho Social's Zoho ecosystem integrations and centralized multi-platform management.
Zoho Social's free tier supports one team member, one brand, and six social channels with basic publishing and stats, but lacks post scheduling, SmartQ, advanced analytics, and the publishing calendar. G2 reviewers frequently cite the absence of scheduling as the primary limitation of the free version, noting it still offers useful multi-platform posting. Zoho Social's paid plans starting at $10/month unlock scheduling, SmartQ optimal timing, monitoring columns, Bitly integration, and expanded channel support including TikTok and Pinterest. Higher paid tiers add bulk scheduling, custom reports, sentiment analysis, team collaboration workflows, inbox management, and agency-specific features like branded reports and client portals. A free trial is available for evaluating premium capabilities.
G2 reviewers overwhelmingly consider Zoho Social good value for money, with the sentiment appearing across hundreds of reviews. Phrases like 'best value for the price,' 'affordable compared to Hootsuite and Sprout Social,' and 'robust features at a reasonable price' appear consistently. Small business reviewers especially praise the cost-to-feature ratio, with many noting they switched from more expensive competitors. Some G2 users acknowledge pricing can feel steep when adding multiple brands or team members, and a recurring concern is that essential features like advanced analytics and bulk scheduling are locked behind higher tiers. Overall, the high average rating of 4.5/5 alongside frequent value praise signals strong satisfaction relative to Zoho Social's pricing.

Zoho one is great for 1 account management, it replaces other tools like Buffer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t like that in a zoho one crm where we find Zoho Social, it only allows you to manage 1 accounts and channels. It should allow more than one.. if its a tool for agencies to use, the price is too high to add more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
