Overall, my experience with Publer has been very good. The platform offers a strong range of features, is easy to use, and makes managing multiple social media accounts much more efficient. I think it is particularly well suited to agencies or businesses managing several accounts, where the pricing offers very good value for the functionality provided. The main point I would improve is the pricing structure for smaller users. For agencies or businesses managing multiple brands and accounts, the value is excellent. However, for a single business or property managing only its own social media accounts, the cost can feel a little high compared with simpler alternatives. The best thing about Publer is the MCP and API access, where I can run my whole strategy for all my clients by linking it to AI and automatically scheduling post-trial reels. I think the only thing I dislike about Publer would be the interface, the dashboard. I think it could be slightly improved. I think it'd be a little bit cleaner and easier to operate, but then I don't use it much, as I purely work with AI running it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I manage social for a bunch of different clients, and Publer makes it easy to keep them all separated in their own workspaces. The calendar view is my favorite part because I can see a whole month at once and move things around without redoing anything. Bulk scheduling saves me hours, especially when I'm loading a full month of content for a client in one sitting. The analytics are good enough to share with my clients, but I don't really use them myself since there's no way to separate ad data from organic data. I also wish I could post Instagram carousels that start with a video and then go into photos, because right now that's not an option. Every once in a while a post fails to publish, usually on Instagram, and I don't always get a clear reason why. Publer provides the scheduling and social media management features we need at a much more affordable price than many competing platforms. It is straightforward to schedule content across multiple accounts, plan posts well in advance and keep everything organised from one dashboard. There is a slight learning curve when first setting up multiple accounts and understanding where some of the tools are located. I would also welcome even more detailed cross-platform reporting and a simpler way to compare performance between accounts. It’s amazing to have a service that lets me schedule multiple posts months in advance, taking away the tedious work of having to be on social media every day just to post. It integrates all our socials; the performance is flawless; the support is easy to deal with; and the pricing is great. I look forward to seeing how the AI tools will be used, as well as the UI. One downside, in my opinion, is that we don’t have access to analytics unless we upgrade to the business tier. Publer is one of the best overall social media management tools for bulk posting. It makes scheduling large numbers of Facebook and other social media posts fast and easy, with bulk uploads, CSV imports, media management, and customizable scheduling from one dashboard. What I liked least about Publer is that some of the more advanced features can take time to learn, especially for new users. The interface is generally easy to use, but managing many accounts and bulk posts can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. Some useful features are also limited to higher-tier paid plans. Publer has a lot of great features, but personally, what I like best is the Ideas section. It lets you do a “brain dump” of all your social media post ideas without having to schedule or send them right away. The navigation system on the website can be pretty difficult to use. Even something as simple as figuring out where to upgrade my pricing isn’t intuitive. While the logo in the top-right corner is a helpful indicator, there are also a lot of buttons in the side column, which can make it seem like the information you need should be over there instead. Publer lets you upload a vehicle photo once and split your caption into separate, platform-specific tabs on a single screen. You can easily add local hashtags for Instagram, trim the text down for X, and insert inventory links for Facebook. While Publer is incredible for pushing content out, it falls short when it comes to handling the conversation afterward. It lacks a robust, unified social inbox for tracking and replying to user direct messages or managing complex comment threads. For dealerships where fast response times on inventory inquiries or service questions are crucial, I still have to jump into each platform natively to handle customer communication. Everything just works. I've tried a dozen of apps that did not do what they promised they do. Publer is smooth! Publer is snappy, fast UI and all the features it provides are just vital. The support including the founder is very easy to reach and helpful. I use it every day. I intend to not look at social media apps separately and plan everything in it. Dashboard is great and clear and intuitive. I've thought a friend how to use it in 3 minutes. It is very easy to integrate a social media account.
