I've been a social media manager for 13 years now, and like most people, have been putting up with Hootsuite's ugly, noisy interface, terrible customer support, and weird bugs for years. I've been begging my company to switch over to another company for a while. We finally switched over to Sendible and the difference is night and day. The interface is clean and readable, the timeline format makes so much more sense, it supports so many more services than hootsuite, allowing you to control inboxes as well, and the customer service cannot be beat.
Other than a little difficulty adding a few services, which customer service helped with, I haven't run into any dislikes.
It's more affordable, and it streamlines answering inboxes as well, which before I was having to do on my phone or manually through opening up bookmarked folders leading to my inboxes.
