"Comprehensive SEO Tool with Impressive Client Reporting"

What do you like best about Semrush?

I really appreciate how Semrush lets me keep track of SEO, traffic, site health, and much more all in one place, which saves me time and impresses my clients. The level of information provided is so helpful and impressive, and I like the agency-level area that showcases us to potential clients. I've tried many competitors but always stayed with Semrush. I like that many important areas of marketing can be found within one dashboard. The ability to create custom reports that look very professional really impresses my clients. I also love how it helps me with SEO and content ideas, backlink issues, and site health problems that I might not easily see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semrush?

I don't care for the monthly price, it is the most expensive out there. I would like to be able to implement some of the suggestions right from within Semrush. It's getting a little more complicated as they continue to move things around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semrush?

Please be very careful when signing up with SemRush. I made several attempts to cancel my paid membership and the confirmation email with the required confirmation code never came through. I eventually found a contact at Semrush and emailed them directly to cancel my account. After two follow-ups, with a request for an urgent cancellation, my account was eventually cancelled. I understandably then sought to get a refund for the period when I first started to cancel my account, and they refused. This is an expensive service, and they do not make it easy to cancel your paid account and will throw all sorts of policy and excuses at you as to why they should keep your money.
