They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Planable?** I appreciate that with Planable, I'm able to post to multiple platforms in one space without having to log in to each of them separately, which really helps with time management. It's easier to see what has been completed, and I can have multiple clients signed in to their different social media platforms at the same time on the same calendar, which helps with organization. I like the simplified interface that's easy to navigate, as I found other products weren't as clean. The initial setup was very easy, and I caught onto it quickly. Planable effectively supports our small team, as I'm able to send posts to my boss clearly for review, eliminating the need for individual emails. It's significantly improved my workflow and is easy to access from my phone, where everything loads quickly and clearly. It's also the most affordable option I've found so far. The AI feature helps keep the creative flow going without having to open and switch between separate windows. **What do you dislike about Planable?** I haven’t encountered any major issues so far. The program is well organized and intuitive to use. I especially like the option to generate hashtags based on the text I’ve written. It also doesn’t seem to have any problems handling multiple photos and videos, even when I schedule several posts across our different companies. I haven’t needed customer support yet, but the automated introductory training was clear and easy to follow. The integrations work really well with our social media accounts overall; we only ran into a difficulty once when integrating one of our LinkedIn accounts. **What do you dislike about Planable?** Planable is currently used by two colleges. My college has the main access rights, and I’ve been added as a second user. Overall, it works fine, but we still haven’t been able to figure out whether it’s possible for me to get full user rights as well. For example, when the main user was on vacation, one of the posts hadn’t been approved yet (she forgot), and I couldn’t resolve that from my account. It would be helpful if these permission options were easier to find. **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planable has made it possible for us to keep one clear overview of all our social media accounts. It gives us a straightforward view of what we have planned and what has already been posted. In particular, the post-it function makes it easy to capture ideas without having to write a full post right away. It is an intuitive platform to use, it didn't take much time to get the hang of it. I am a one person company but I can imagine it would work very well if you have a larger team and need to synchronise across the board. **What do you dislike about Planable?** As a small user there does not seem to be an intermediate or low use payment option. The step from free to $30 a month is really high for a small company like me, I only post once or twice a week but I would love to keep using Planable after my trial runs out and pay like $10 a month for 10/15 scheduled posts or something like that **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a Millenial so definitely prefer to use the laptop over fidgeting with my phone. It's easy to learn. Being able to import directly from Canva is super helpful as well. **What do you dislike about Planable?** While I like that I can request approvals from multiple people, I do wish there were "levels" of approval. For example I'd love for my manager to see and approve content/suggest edits first and then be able to send it to the CEO for final sign off rather than having to assign it to both of them at the same time. When scheduling shares of other LinkedIn posts, the preview does not appear correctly, so we often have to publish them manually instead. It would also be very helpful to have the option to select a custom thumbnail or preview image for videos before publishing. Another limitation is the cap on the number of posts included in the plan. For teams managing several brands or accounts, this limit can be restrictive and may require additional planning or upgrades. I love how we can actually see what a post will look like on each different social media channel. I appreciate the collaboration features and the ability to provide feedback directly on the right-hand side. The approvals process on the left-hand side is really straightforward, which is great when working with clients. I like being able to add content like social media posts and press releases, making it a one-stop shop for our content needs. We tried several products, including market leaders like Buffer, and we love the look and feel of Planable. **What do you dislike about Planable?** Sometimes it takes a while to get the new social media channels integrated in. But usually, they appear eventually. I Also really like that you can post to most platforms where other software may be limited. I think in general it is very user friendly and takes a small learning curve to make it happen. I understand this is a limitation through Meta, but Instagram has updated their image sizes, but this has not been reflected in Planable (or Meta Business Suite which is funny since they own Insta) but it meant we had to resize all of our Canva templates back to the older 4:5 size.
