I like that I can set and forget multiple social media customers posts with specific days and times in mind. It's helpful that I also see suggested times where real people are viewing my media to better post around viewing times. I like that it can help me write captions or generate hashtags when I'm on a time crunch. Getting set up was quite simple, I just added a client and was able to attach their social media and other platforms like Linked In and Google to post on those locations as well. Navigating the software is simple and can me used on MAC and Windows computers. While I think it's price is fair for smaller business, I don't think someone with more than 10 companies would pay the fees. What I love most about Planable is how easy and intuitive it is to use. Setting everything up was straightforward, and managing content and getting client approvals is simple and efficient. My clients love using the platform too, which makes the whole process so much smoother. On top of that, the Planable support team is fantastic, always helpful and responsive when I need assistance. The main downside is the pricing, particularly when you need to add more clients. The current plan feels quite limited, and upgrading to accommodate additional clients can become expensive, especially for a small marketing agency managing multiple client accounts. It's easy to use, easy to pause when there is a lull in my business, and most important: My clients LOVE the layout and find it super easy to use for approval and making comments on posts. I will continue using it, as it has saved me from receiving 300 emails back and forth for changes, and instead I can just get an approval right in the app and schedule it right away. I would say the only downside is that I can't try out the different add-ons without being charged for them, so I don't actually know if they're useful for my clients or not. I have just chosen to not use them because of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that with Planable, I'm able to post to multiple platforms in one space without having to log in to each of them separately, which really helps with time management. It's easier to see what has been completed, and I can have multiple clients signed in to their different social media platforms at the same time on the same calendar, which helps with organization.

I like the simplified interface that's easy to navigate, as I found other products weren't as clean. The initial setup was very easy, and I caught onto it quickly. Planable effectively supports our small team, as I'm able to send posts to my boss clearly for review, eliminating the need for individual emails.

It's significantly improved my workflow and is easy to access from my phone, where everything loads quickly and clearly. It's also the most affordable option I've found so far. Planable is a very user-friendly program for planning social media posts for several different companies. The program is well organized and intuitive to use. I especially like the option to generate hashtags based on the text I’ve written. It also doesn’t seem to have any problems handling multiple photos and videos, even when I schedule several posts across our different companies.

I haven’t needed customer support yet, but the automated introductory training was clear and easy to follow. Planable is currently used by two colleges. My college has the main access rights, and I’ve been added as a second user. Overall, it works fine, but we still haven’t been able to figure out whether it’s possible for me to get full user rights as well. For example, when the main user was on vacation, one of the posts hadn’t been approved yet (she forgot), and I couldn’t resolve that from my account. Big fan of anything drag and drop so as a user that is a big plus being able to drag onto the calendar. It is an intuitive platform to use, it didn't take much time to get the hang of it. As a small user there does not seem to be an intermediate or low use payment option. The step from free to $30 a month is really high for a small company like me, I only post once or twice a week but I would love to keep using Planable after my trial runs out and pay like $10 a month for 10/15 scheduled posts or something like that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've recently had the pleasure of using Planable.io and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. It's a great tool for collaborating on content creation, especially for teams who may be geographically dispersed or working remotely. The interface is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, allowing you to quickly create projects by dragging and dropping, adding images, and formatting text to your liking. While I like that I can request approvals from multiple people, I do wish there were "levels" of approval. For example I'd love for my manager to see and approve content/suggest edits first and then be able to send it to the CEO for final sign off rather than having to assign it to both of them at the same time. I like Planable’s approval process because it helps with communication and makes it easier to get work approved than by email. It cuts down on the back and forth and gives clients comfort knowing posts are going out. I also like pre-planning posts, which helps with live posting for events and conferences. I can't tag users in Planable for LinkedIn unless they follow the page, even though I can tag them on LinkedIn. I also can't pre-plan posts for the next month if the credits are up for the recent month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i love how easy it is to collaborate, add posts, and get things planned/scheduled at the most appropriate times

I also love how planable gives me the best times, allows me to write seperate copy for each post, and the recent claude mcp connector is beautiful and so insanely helpful.

i wish the media was a little easier to switch back and forth for longer videos and that there weren't video limits/having to post directly on platform but i recognize that is a facebook backend issue and plannable cant do anything about that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
