Implementation has been a very rocky road, we are still waiting to realize the full functionality that we signed on to receive almost a year after first signing with them. We asked about the availability of specific features in their search tool during our sales calls, were promised the functionality we requested was available and then after signing learned that their current version of the tool didn't offer the features we need. So we haven't gone live with that yet either.
Be prepared for a lengthy implementation process. This includes having to follow up often with your account rep to ensure progress is being made. Also, like most vendors, be wary of promises made by the sales team. Vet any must have technical requirements with your own technical team and a member of their technical team.
