What I like most are the autocomplete and product recommendation features. They help customers find what they are looking for more quickly, while also showing them other products they might be interested in. What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

What I like most is that Luigi's Box is completely outside the computing resources of the e-shop. Before that, we used a solution for Woocommerce, which was a burden on the server and caused problems. With Luigisbox, it's different, all indexing and searching is done on their servers, which is an advantage. The integration was very simple and intuitive. They have a tool for replacing the original search on the e-shop. The user can pair products themselves in the interface. We had a problem with variable products, which the support solved by taking care of processing all feeds and solving it.

From a business point of view, we noticed that products that people had not discovered before started to sell. It is clear that artificial intelligence in search can offer people what they are looking for. When communicating with the sales department, the salesman was also helpful and was able to understand the short-term increased traffic to our e-shop by various Chinese bots. What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

The greatest strength for me is the combination of very good UI/UX and powerful search. The results are relevant, fast, and the frontend appears clean and modern, which directly positively impacts the user experience.

The integrations (e.g., in Shopware) are also generally well implementable and offer many possibilities, especially in conjunction with the recommenders. From my perspective, these have great potential for increasing revenue and improving shopping carts.

The performance is overall strong, both in search and recommendations. Combined with the AI-based features, this ensures noticeably smarter product display.

In terms of pricing, one must familiarize themselves with the model (units), but with proper use, a positive ROI is definitely realistic.

I would also like to particularly highlight the support and onboarding team: fast, helpful, and open to feedback – which is extremely important in such a setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luigi's Box?

A clear weak point currently is the topic of analytics. Especially with banners – for example, in search or on product detail pages – one does not receive really clean or reliable data. This makes it difficult to correctly assess performance and to make informed optimizations based on it.

A central problem for us is the meaningful display of products in a very large and diverse assortment. Without intelligent logic, it is difficult to make the right products visible at the right time – both in search and on category and product pages.

This is exactly where Luigi's Box supports with its recommenders and dynamic sorting. As a result, products are displayed more relevantly, which improves user orientation and simultaneously increases the likelihood of additional purchases.

The standard search box on our website didn’t dig deeply enough into our products and often failed to understand what a client was actually looking for. With Luigi’s Box, searching is much easier, and it understands queries far better. The implementation process was straightforward, and the support was great throughout. The integration process was fast and easy with the support from the development team. As for the pricing, the monthly fee is reasonable for the performance of the tool! After deploying Luigi's Box on our e-shop, we immediately felt several key benefits. Above all, the quality of the search has improved – customers now find exactly what they are looking for much faster, which has been reflected in the increase in conversions.

Another big benefit is the automation of product recommendations, which helped us increase the average order value. In addition, the detailed analytics function provides us with valuable data on customer behavior that helped us optimize the offer and marketing campaigns.

The unit-based pricing model works very well for us. We can share our units across five different domains, which helps us absorb traffic peaks in individual markets. It also allows us to launch new domains with virtually no additional cost at the beginning, as they usually fit within the units we're already paying for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

We've been using Luigi's Box on our Shoptet e-shop and the integration was really straightforward. The search quality is noticeably better than the default search and customers can find products much faster. I also appreciate the responsive support team – every question we've had was answered quickly and professionally. So far, our experience has been very positive. I think the onboarding documentation could include more real-world examples and best practices for configuring search and merchandising, especially for larger product catalogs. What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

I use Luigi's Box on the OnlineMedical and EcoRevolution e-shops primarily to improve search functionality and increase conversions. It helps customers quickly find the right products thanks to smart autocomplete, synonym handling, and typo correction, which is especially important for specific medical and eco-friendly product ranges. Luigi's Box solves inaccurate search issues, increases search conversions, and through analytics and product recommendations helps boost the average order value. What I like most about Luigi's Box is its accuracy and ability to adapt to customer behavior. Accuracy ensures that customers find exactly what they are looking for, even if they make a typo or use a different product name. Adaptation to customer behavior means that search results and recommendations automatically optimize based on real search and purchasing behavior, leading to higher conversions and a better user experience. The initial setup of Luigi's Box was very easy. Thanks to the helpful support team, we didn’t have to worry about anything - they set everything up for us and assisted with every step.
