They are very proactive and easily accessible. If i have any question even on ad hoc basis, i can give them a call and they help me out. 
Ease of implemntation is also there as the team is very hands on and supportive

The Netcore has practically everything great, but I really enjoyed the way Push Notifications were sent. Personally, I thought that the push alerts from our organization were delivered earlier than those from other similar apps.

Netcore doesn't have any particular drawbacks, however occasionally the segment count update takes longer than usual.

There are many points, out of which A/B Split and AI based RAMAN. These both are the best. Apart from this AMP is also something, which is good for customer engagement.

This is not able dislike, but could be the point of improvement.
1. You can improve emaildojo, which is Ai tool.
2. While doing analysis, if you can share the details of specific devices, which all are used by customers. That would help for further engagement.

As a product that offers complete features to engage customer, Netcore is very helpful to achieve our goals on that part. With multiple feature such as email automation, web and app push message, and whatsapp chatbot to utilize. Also, the monitoring dashboard are very insightful.

Nothing to dislike, but it will be great if we can see more insight suggestions that can be be provided.

It is easy to use and understand. I could create campaigns easily and execute them, along with creating lists and content templates. I could even add domains and configure them in our DNS settings easily.

The Email template Drag and Drop functionality is a bit off. There could be more dynamic options, like to embed 3-rd party elements like a calendly calendar, etc.

Email Deliverability, Lead Generation & Conversions. These are the 3 key fields where this software has helped us. Maintaining data and engaging with the user helped us generate leads and convert.

The platform is easy to use and the onboarding team was really helpful throughout the process. We have used multiple platforms earlier too, but this has been the best in all the major aspects.

Package pricing has been the only con of using the platform. They are offering various services which can actually be beneficial for a brand, but in the end, it all comes up to ROI.

Previously we were using multiple tools to manage the upsell, push notification, email marketing & banner push, but with netcore we were manage to manage everything in on place.

Netcore enables us to upload data easily, and also upload templates, placing tokens on HTML templates can also be done. They also provide AMP emailers which help with lead enrichment and nurturing.

Netcore's Data Validation features are not upto the mark.

Netcore is solving the problem of sending bulk emails and also enriching leads. It is also reducing the dependency on other channels for nurturing the leads. Its features improve communication and also makes helps with attractive templates. AMP Emailers are an added advantage.

1) Integrations - too slow. Sometimes inaccurately mapped. Need the team to be more aggressive in term of integration so that the client can optimize the platform.
2) Some features only available on certain operating system.

Have used Netcore across 2firms and it's been a great tool to acquire and retain customers. automation helps in moving customers down the funnel. They stay updated and provide good sessions to clients as well

Few glitches here and there. Mostly ignorable. If you get a good CSM, they will fix it themselves

Platform has good features overall. We are using it for email service.

Platform has good features but it is not very user friendly compared to similar platforms in the market. 

Also, there is a lot of scope of improvement in customer onboarding and ease of implementation. The team is slightly clueless to assist someone who is onboarding email platform for first time. 

Customer success partner is also not very efficient with solution and will always answer some globe generic answers and not help with client specific requirements.

Netcore has been able to help us with email marketing. They also shared standard email marketing practices which have been quite helpful.
