For our OTT platform, Netcore makes lifecyle work practical. We mapped key events (first app launch, watch content, add to watchlist, etc) and build journeys for specific lifecyle stage.

Migrating our entire engagement and email system to Netcore was seamless. The onboarding team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us step-by-step through the entire process. The sales team was also excellent — responsive, attentive, and truly focused on our needs. The platform itself is robust yet easy to use, and the advanced features have quickly helped us improve campaign performance across the board.

Some of the more advanced features take a bit of time to master, especially for teams used to simpler tools. In a few cases, the UI could be more user-friendly or streamlined, but it’s a minor issue and doesn’t affect the overall experience.

I would like to start with the UI and the Header text that really helps me to understand the terminology and the logic used behind it. An integrated platform that has various ways to connect with users via different channels. This app is less time consuming and has the ability to send the notifications to lakhs of people within minutes. This app is easy to use and easy to implement the journeys and campaigns with the desired frequency.

There are a few things that depends person to person so I actually won't sign them as the disliked ones. A little bit changes that i personally prefer to be made on the platform and that I have already conveyed to the respective team.

Reachability: I am able to send the notifications to lakhs of people with extraordinary delivery rate.
Time consumption: The methodology is very easy to use and implement the journeys and campaigns.

User friendly interface: Setting up campaigns,  tracking performance, downloading any required reports for analysis etc. makes Netcore one of the easiest tools to use even for new users.

Personalization Capabilities: Netcore helps to create personalized and data driven campaigns accross all the channels likes emails, sms, APN etc. that helps to reach out to customers in every possible way.

AI features: Netcore's AI based features like STO and SLO helped us to reach out yo our customers at best time with the best subject lines as per AI for our email campaigns.

Customer Support: Netcore's customer support team is very responsible, knowledgeable and always go out of the way to assist whenever required. The support team ensures that the users get the most out of the platform.

Overall Netcore is a great marketing automation platform to elevate marketing automation game.

The major problem was personalization targeting specific cohorts, now we can implement strategies targeting to very specific target audiences and that too with customised communications. And comparatively the UI is also very customer friendly for a new person.

Both the email sending and tooling as well as the team behind the service are the best in the industry, bar none. I have used sendgrid, sparkpost, bird, mailgun, none match the combination of enterprise grade tools and the expertise to go along with it.

Nothing, I have only positives from using this service.

It's solve the number #1 problem with every major ESP. No support and lack of expertise when implementing and managing email. This is the only service where you can both send at scale and work with a team that is essentially an extension of our marketing automation department.

The tool is great for omni-channel marketing where we can nudge the customer with more efficient and effective way well as getting all the important details like open rate and click rate for email and push notifications. It is also a great tool for automation journey which I use for onboarding journeys.

The one thing that this tool has that when creating push notifications user has to insert same content twice.
