I like that it integrates different efforts on our website into one place, creating a dedicated ecosystem for user experience. I find the simplicity of each function great, as they are relatively easy to follow. The wishlist feature has already shown positive results, potentially indicating a more friendly customer journey. The Free Plan was a key factor in our switch because of its simplicity and scope. Setting up Growave was straightforward. **What do you dislike about Growave?** I consider the Free plan is a bit limited in terms of customization, and there is not enough room to modify it by yourself. Maybe having some more resources about how to take advantage of the Free Plan. The only negative to mention is the price and perhaps more so the inability to modify the price plan when not utilizing or not needing all the features that a store is still charged for. **What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loyalty points Earning and Redeeming store credits as points at Checkout. Alot of the single action events to earn points like subcribe to email, facebook and instagram follow etc are automated as well as points self monitoring, redeeming at check outfor users making purchases, Auto Expiration at 365 days or us as a store along with notifying the User of the expiration on two intervals etc. ### 5. Anything with a pop up widget was out of the question. This left me with Loyalty Lion, or Growave for options in terms of a loyalty points app that can be embedded in its own dedicated page or menu. The app runs completely off site, and doesn't install any code. I had many design changes that needed to be done, including the color change of almost every bit of text and background in the program. I could have done this myself, if it had been on the Shopify side. However I was able to reached out to the team and they promptly made all of the required changes, pretty much the same day. They absolutely didn't have to do any of that, based on the low price the app. For a fraction of the price of the other major loyalty point apps, you get an awesome, rewards, reviews, wishlist, and social login app, all baked into one, for a very low monthly fee (based on order volume). For the price, the quality of the app and the team backing it are unbeatable. Highly recommended, and I will be a customer for life as our store grows. We recently added Growave to 3 different Shopify stores and are using all of the features. We used it to replace Yotpo and also Judge.me. **What do you dislike about Growave?** I don't love the widget tabs on the home page. I would like to have the ability to customize them a bit more. I also don't like that you can't customize the reward text in the pop up. **Recommendations to others considering Growave:** Growave has been a great addition to our stores. The review system is great and integrates well. The rewards program is easy to set up and administer. There are a few little quirks, like with most apps, but the customer support has been great at getting back with answers. We recently changed from Yotpo was terrible to deal with and after a year couldn't get us set up on a rewards program. We had Growave up in an hour. **What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Growave for reviews, wishlist, and rewards. We will be implementing the VIP program shortly as well. The major benefit is having everything in one app at a much lower price point than Yotpo. ### 13. It seems to help keep people engaged. It does help to get my products photo reviews by offering rewards points to the customer. Customer service is fast and very helpful whenever there is an issue. **What do you dislike about Growave?** Everything is written in broken English. This company would greatly benefit from hiring a native English speaker to go over the language in all its notifications, emails, and messages to the customer. Sometimes customers would get an email that was so broken, they couldn't understand it. It's pretty embarrassing for me, and then I have to spend time finding the language in the editor. **Recommendations to others considering Growave:** Growave is an excellent and fun product - just be prepared to do a lot of editing in its language section. **What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Growave helps with overall customer engagement, maintaining return customers, gathering product reviews with photos by real people, and helps the customer feel valued and appreciated. ### 14. It was completely setup and ready to go in a few more. We were able to easily import our reviews and we got the added ability to have customers ask questions before buying a product. **What do you dislike about Growave?** It would have been nice to have some type of integration for importing previous reviews, however the import process was not difficult and everything went in seamlessly. **What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're allowing customers to see and write product reviews and ask questions before purchasing in a way that is completely cohesive with our branding and site design. ### 15. It was bad. **Recommendations to others considering Growave:** IT is less expensive than yotpo and offers most of the same things and also has tier rewards, which yotpo does not. **What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has taken a while for us to streamline the points system, but i think it is finally working to our standards. They quickly responded to all of our emails, provided detailed information to our queries and ensured that the installation, testing and implementation of the app was as smooth as possible.
