I really appreciate Growave for enhancing our website's customer experience with features like reviews, wishlist, and a loyalty program. I like that it integrates different efforts on our website into one place, creating a dedicated ecosystem for user experience. I find the simplicity of each function great, as they are relatively easy to follow. The wishlist feature has already shown positive results, potentially indicating a more friendly customer journey. I consider the Free plan is a bit limited in terms of customization, and there is not enough room to modify it by yourself. Maybe having some more resources about how to take advantage of the Free Plan. Their support team is already quite helpful and active, but that makes us a bit dependent. I like the fact that the loyalty program with Growave is combined with reviews, which is really helpful. Also, they are very quick to help with any bugs that may occur, and they fix them quite well. With my sites design, we wanted to go with the cleanest possible mobile look. Anything with a pop up widget was out of the question. This left me with Loyalty Lion, or Growave for options in terms of a loyalty points app that can be embedded in its own dedicated page or menu. The app runs completely off site, and doesn't install any code. I had many design changes that needed to be done, including the color change of almost every bit of text and background in the program. I could have done this myself, if it had been on the Shopify side. However I was able to reached out to the team and they promptly made all of the required changes, pretty much the same day. They absolutely didn't have to do any of that, based on the low price the app. For a fraction of the price of the other major loyalty point apps, you get an awesome, rewards, reviews, wishlist, and social login app, all baked into one, for a very low monthly fee (based on order volume). For the price, the quality of the app and the team backing it are unbeatable. Highly recommended, and I will be a customer for life as our store grows. Thanks so much Growave!
