I like how easy it is to use once you do the trainings, it is intuitive and very powerful. I really like the way you can design mails, bumpers, etc.

Emarsys is a great platform to reach the customers and measure the performance of every campaign.
For me, the best part is the user segmentation. I am the king of the segmentation after using Emarsys for 4 years now, and if we pair it with the right copywriting and graphic content, it's almost impossible to not have more revenue.
I love to manage every channel inside the Emarsys platform, and I can't imagine our company now without it, and I go even further, we can't even leave Emarsys easily, the platform is like an attached octopus to our daily operation.

**What do you dislike about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?**

The email creator is easy to handle, but it's a bit downside also. You need to create a new block to modify something extra. It's a "balance" question: your newcomer marketing assistant can't do any wrong, but you need someone with basic HTML knowledge to get out more of the emails.
But I need to remind everyone, this is not a must-have, only if you want to make more complicated things in email campaigns.

Think about the future of your company. Emarsys have a secure background, great support, they are professionals and always want to hear your feedback. You and your team can't do everything was this system does with those automation systems. With Emarsys, you will be always in front of your competitors.

Segmentation for sure, in 2020 every user/customer needs to see personalized content in every piece of the web where the company communicates. Plus if I am a bit confused about the tactics, and where can I improve, the AI will recommend solutions!

Email automation, an excellent tool for those of us who work with electronic commerce, allows me to carry out more solid marketing compared to other platforms. It is well managed, easy to learn to use and is always updating. The truth is a great support to achieve better results with our products.

**What do you dislike about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?**

The additional costs could be a downturn to this platform, in my experience with technical support it gives it less points since it is very slow and it has happened to us a couple of times that we delay our work since we did not find a solution.

Use EMARSYS so that you can make personalized lists that are wonderful or at least for us, since the results of Marketing and CRM are effective and significant.

Problem solved: Without a doubt, the time to be able to communicate massively with clients, which is one of the most significant tasks for us, has been organized, fast and effective. We have had significant increases in sales and potential customers for the consumption of our products thanks to the fact that we can send promotions or offers electronically and automatically.

Emarsys allows the ability to create more a more focused and personalized approach to reaching our consumers. It's a user-friendly platform, in my opinion, and the training provided features great visuals, clear explanations, and helpful tips.

Honestly,  I haven't found anything that negatively affected my experience.

I think Emarsys is going to help us reach out to customers on a level that is relatable to their personal shopping experience.  Benefits include personalized campaigning, data generation over time, marketing analytics, predictions based on performance, simple to use editors, and email previews.

Emarsys is fairly easy to navigate and the training sessions make everything so comprehensive! Very easy to follow and you can learn so much about what the platform has to offer.

Some capabilities aren't exactly intuitive at first, but they do a great job of walking you through everything!

I think one of the most powerful features of Emarsys is their segmentation options. With Relational Data you can push almost any possible information from your DWH directly to their system and use it to send tailored messages or product recommendations.

Due to its complexity, it can be a bit tricky to navigate first and unlock the full potential of their platform. Taking part in regular seminars and training sessions help to stay up-to-date.

The implementation process was a total discovery, specially considering the best-in-class approach that Emarsys push regarding data protection. For a global company this is crucial in any rollout. And the onboading process was very useful, specially for the amount of information and tips that Emarsys provides.

We have been using Emarsys a few months ago and we can notice how the platform is actually helping us to increase our revenue just with the basics. We're very excited with the upcoming enhacenements across our CRM strategy.

The integration with VTEX was quite slow, but mostly because VTEX isn't global enough to be considered as a plug and play partner.

Emarsys makes newsletter creation easy. You get a live feedback on the looks of the final product and detailed, yet visually appealing statistics on the performance. The integration of campaigns on the website is just as easy and very rewarding concerning sales.

As easy as it is, not everything works. Every platform has its bugs, and emarsys is no exception from the rule. To be able to provide an easy to use solution, emarsys also has it's limitations - especially concerning design. Some automation features do not work all the time or only for special products, so after all   you end up filling content in by hand.

Emarsys is worth the price, but still expensive. Consider carefully if emarsys is rewarding for your company / purpose.

The best feature is the visual content editor, because - WYSIWYG. As well as the  pre-made AI for recommandations, which is easy to integrate and had the best  effort:reward-ratio.

The onboarding is comprehensive and very helpful, the block-based creation of mails is very simple, as is the use of the entire interface, but the work it does is really sophisticated. The support is good and fast. For me personally it is the best E-Mail Marketing Platform I worked with sofar.

Emarsys reporting capabilities could be more complete. Templating system has some limitations when populating changes across campaigns.

Emarsys is an e-commerce and CRM management tool. That helps you to easily execute the real time processes. It ensures great Omni channel strategies, no matter what channel the customers find easy to use, you will be equally notified about it and you can easily manage your email, or social platforms, thus responding your customers with great consistency. Through Emarsys your sales would increase because you have the idea which customer has more often visited your product, and what are their chances to purchase a certain product gain.

Its mobile application is not as effective as its desktop version. It is difficult to find and manage large data on mobile application. More over it is complex t get started with and I have found it higher in price when compared to features. Also without proper web browsing knowledge you can install it and run it on the whole.

It is recommended for those companies who want to manage their brands on multiple plate form and want to increase their sales too, along with establishing customers’ relations. We are happy and satisfied customers of Emarsys because of this tool we are capable of managing our audience at various channels. It is best marketing automation tool. It is beautifully integrated with other platforms like shopify, which helps you to shop from various brands.

The goal and cost control is a perfect function, we can check all the ongoing marketing projects in the reports and analyze the relative results and find strategies for clients with a high demand.

Emarsys is a tool that is easy to navigate, learn, and utilize. Most of my everday tasks are quick, easy, and painless. The visual content editor is a huge time saver from the days when we had to setup every email that went out in html. The product recommendations are something we leverage in emails but also on our website and the logic that sits behind them seems pretty reliable. The automations/journeys are in a pretty good place and help the user create things like abandon cart with ease.

**What do you dislike about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?**

The automations/journeys are in a great place right now, but there is a lot of room for improvement and growth. I believe Emarsys is actively working on this, however, so that is great!  There are some things inside of product recommendations that I wish were a little more customizeable, and I'm hoping they work on making that feature more robust in the near future as well. It can also be hard to figure out, in the platform, how to navigate and what to do with your bounces (especially hard and block bounces). There mobile customization could be a bit better -- there's an option to hide something from showing on mobile devices, but nothing to hide something from desktop devices which limits the ability to make a more mobile-only version of a regular email.

Emarsys makes my day quicker and easier than other ESPs we've used in the past. The platform is extremely reliable and I've had no major issues in the year and a half we've been on it. Other tools caused issues for us on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis. Emarsys is stable. The automation layout (for creating customer journeys) is a little finicky at times, but makes visually understanding what it is you're building easy.
