What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

We're a very small manufacturing company that uses Text-Em-All as a service to notify our employees in the event of a plant closure or other emergency communication. So far, we've used it twice for power related issues. Both instances were very successful in getting the word out to the employees before their shift started. In one case, I was able to craft and send the message on my phone while walking around the plant and surveying the outage. It was quick and painless. The biggest draw for us to Text-Em-All was their pricing. We only pay for what we use. Since we may only use this once a year, it doesn't make sense to pay for a monthly service. What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I like that Text-Em-All is easy to use and offers good value. I appreciate that it allows me to text several people at once with the same message while only changing the name. It's also great that my office phone number shows up as the sender of the text, so my patients will recognize the number and know it's not spam. The initial setup was pretty easy, just requiring a short wait to verify my phone number. I also import an Excel sheet of patients I need to send texts to, and it works well. I find Text-Em-All to be user-friendly with a great interface that makes it quick to send communications. It's not expensive, and I spend less time dealing with communication, which allows me to focus on other things. Overall, the platform is pretty easy to set up and works well for our needs. I really like the multi-message function, which is definitely the best feature of Text-Em-All. It allows me to send one message out to a large group of contacts or specific groups if needed. What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I was able to easily use Text-Em-All to text reminders for an upcoming work event to individuals that had RSVP'd, which was extremely helpful because our event took place during a tradeshow when there were lots of e-mailed and overhead announcement reminders of events... by being a text, our reminder stood out and really grabbed participants' attention. The UI is very easy to follow. You can do almost anything you need from their website. It was easy to setup and implement. It ook 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The phone app isn't that great. It doesn't have full functionality. The other thing is that depending on your plan a few functions get deleted. There's a plan that is per message. That plan is easy to do anything you want, but harder to budget. But the monthly plan has a few restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
