**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

One thing I’ve really appreciated is how reliable and efficient the platform continues to be. The delivery speed and clear reporting make it easy to know exactly who received messages and who engaged, which helps me adjust my outreach quickly. I also like how intuitive the interface is, it doesn’t take long to set up or send campaigns, which saves time during busy recruiting periods. Overall, it has made communicating with associates faster, more organized, and more effective.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

The main area for improvement would be the cost when sending messages at a very large scale. While the platform works extremely well and provides great features, more flexible pricing options or volume discounts would be helpful for teams that rely heavily on mass outreach. Additionally, having even more customization options for message templates and automation could further streamline recruiting workflows. Overall, it’s a strong platform with just a few opportunities to make it even more efficient and cost-effective.

I love that I am able to respond (if NEEDED) using the phone number assigned to the account to any inquiries outside of the prompted surveys.

It would be VERY beneficial to have a monthly service or annual paid service. Sometimes the cost can get a little high, and I don't want to switch to klavio

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a very busy Corporate office, so when it comes to contacting applicants for multiple stores, it can be extremely time consuming (20-100/day). Text-em-All is a great modern way to reach out, and filter out the individuals serious about applying for jobs and helps begin the process setting up interview appointments for me. I went from losing 3-8 hours in a day to being able to contact our latest applicants each morning and have their interview appointments set up in a matter of MINUTES! Saves me SO much time and headaches!

The two-factor authentication could use some work. There have been multiple occasions where we have to wait 20+ minutes for the code to come through email.

Text-Em-All is helping battle the ongoing issue of emails being automatically forwarded to spam and never being seen by customers and/or letters getting lost in the mail. This system has been a crucial tool for our company in allowing us an easier way to better communicate with our customers in a way that is more convenient for them.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

We're a very small manufacturing company that uses Text-Em-All as a service to notify our employees in the event of a plant closure or other emergency communication. So far, we've used it twice for power related issues. Both instances were very successful in getting the word out to the employees before their shift started. In one case, I was able to craft and send the message on my phone while walking around the plant and surveying the outage. It was quick and painless. The biggest draw for us to Text-Em-All was their pricing. We only pay for what we use. Since we may only use this once a year, it doesn't make sense to pay for a monthly service.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I think the interface could be a little more intuitive. It takes a minute to get used to how things are titled and know where you need to go. Other than that, no complaints. It does everything we need.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Text-Em-All solved a huge problem we had whenever the power went out or we had severe weather impacting our business. We used to rely on a call tree, but someone would inevitably be forgotten, or the message would be inconsistent. With Text-Em-All, everyone gets the same exact message at the same time.

I like that Text-Em-All is easy to use and offers good value. I appreciate that it allows me to text several people at once with the same message while only changing the name. It's also great that my office phone number shows up as the sender of the text, so my patients will recognize the number and know it's not spam. The initial setup was pretty easy, just requiring a short wait to verify my phone number. I also import an Excel sheet of patients I need to send texts to, and it works well.

I use Text-Em-All to easily text multiple patients with personalized messages, which makes it great value. I like that my office number appears as the sender, so patients know it's not spam.

I find Text-Em-All to be user-friendly with a great interface that makes it quick to send communications. It's not expensive, and I spend less time dealing with communication, which allows me to focus on other things. Overall, the platform is pretty easy to set up and works well for our needs. I'd definitely recommend it.

The fact that you have to change password often. I don't think it is a practice that is as secure as it was thought to be. The last cybersecurity norms don't recommend it anymore.

I really like the multi-message function, which is definitely the best feature of Text-Em-All. It allows me to send one message out to a large group of contacts or specific groups if needed. The initial setup was super easy too; I was able to download the phone number list and upload it via Excel without any hassle.

I don't like the inability to send messages in a different language. It flags those messages, and I wish there was a way to make that easier.

I love the app only thing I dont like is with the mobile app you can not do a broadcast.

I appreciate how easy it is to send out schedules and open shifts, and to have everyone respond in a single, central place. The communication with parents is also a great feature—parents really like receiving our messages.

I was able to easily use Text-Em-All to text reminders for an upcoming work event to individuals that had RSVP'd, which was extremely helpful because our event took place during a tradeshow when there were lots of e-mailed and overhead announcement reminders of events... by being a text, our reminder stood out and really grabbed participants' attention. We had a very high rate of participation as a result of the text reminders!

We had no issues using Text-Em-All. It fulfilled exactly the need we had and was very easy to use.

Text-Em-All helped us remind event participants of our corporate event, which allowed us to have much higher participation. It also stood out from the typical e-mail communications that our peers use.

The UI is very easy to follow.   You can do almost anything you need from their website.    It was easy to setup and implement.  It ook 5 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

The phone app isn't that great.   It doesn't have full functionality.   The other thing is that depending on your plan a few functions get deleted.     There's a plan that is per message.  That plan is easy to do anything you want, but harder to budget.   But the monthly plan has a few restrictions.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it with a non-profit club to alert members to what is going on and remind them about meetings.   We also use it to ask whether or not they'll be attending certain events to derive headcount estimates.

I love using Text-Em-All for texting clients and candidates because it saves me time and money. The ease of use is remarkable, and it is highly affordable, aligning perfectly with my budget. One of the features I find particularly user-friendly is the simple process of uploading text address lists. It's much more efficient than dealing with email, as people tend to respond more reliably, making my communication efforts more effective. **What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

Text-Em-All is still great and an awesome tool for my community. My company has an online emailed system to alert residents, but being this is a senior community, a lot of my residents aren't comfortable using a computer. Having the ability to call my residents has made communication super easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I could be wrong and have missed this feature, but it would be nice to have one number to call each time to make a robocall without having to go on the website/app.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I had to print out pages for every resident and run around to deliver these notices so they could be aware of park emegencies. That was tiring and took forver, this makes it so mich easier to alert everyone. The other thing I could do was send an email to residenrs tho are signed up on our portal, but not every resdients is on our online portal, some people dont have phones or computers or know how to use them but all the seniors in my community have a phone, even if its just a house phone this service allows me to leave voicemails to everyone.

• Click "Set Up" next to your Phone Launch.
• Create your unique Phone ID and PIN, and you'll be ready to go!
• You'll also notice the 866 number to call when you set up your ID and PIN.

Prym has appreciated the ability to easily setup the calls and texts in the system to notify employees of emergency events at the facility. It is straightforward how to add more credits. Additionally, Customer Service is great with answering questions we have about the system. We use the system at least 3-5 times per year. Hurricane Helene was one of the biggest reasons we needed it.

Nothing. I like the system and have used it at numerous companies.

I dislike that the calls require a phone number provided by me. It leads to call backs from people who do not bother to listen to the voicemail first.

We have several older and disabled clients who do not use email or online portals, this is a perfect way to distribute time sensitive notifications or warnings.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

This service is very easy to use and to understand. The pricing is cost-affordable and transparent, and the user interface is completely intuitive. I also like the inbox feature which allows you to see and respond to any messages from users. I've used the service 3 times now, the last of which was to over 8,000 users and costing about 140,000 credits. I've never had a hitch. My calls to customer support, when I requested an accelerated rate of sending, was splendid. They were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this service.

Nothing so far, luckily. I've been very satisfied.

I love using Text-Em-All because it allows us to send text notifications to our motorcycle club members without requiring them to download an app. Its mobile accessibility means I can notify everyone about ride statuses in real-time, regardless of my location. The user-friendliness is impressive, making it easy to add contacts and set up new users who can also send notifications. The platform's ability to efficiently inform our group about weather conditions has been invaluable, especially during the rainy season in Florida.

I think I would change the way messages are sent, where you would actually be able to use the app to send out the messages instead of having to go to the website on your mobile phone and log in.

What I like most about Text-Em-All is how easy it is to use and how reliable it has been for me as a high school AP. During summer school, I used it to quickly update parents about attendance issues, which helped everyone stay on track. I also use it as a campus testing coordinator to remind parents about important dates and upcoming events. Whether it’s sending a personal message, a big update, or an urgent alert, Text-Em-All makes sure the information gets to parents fast and without any trouble. It saves me a lot of time and helps me feel confident that everyone is staying informed.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

What I dislike about Text-Em-All is how fast the call credits add up, especially for large groups. The service works great, but it would be better if the costs were lower or if there were cheaper options for frequent users.

Text-Em-All solves the problem of quick and reliable communication with parents. As a high school assistant principal, I use it during summer school to notify parents about attendance issues and also as a campus testing coordinator to share important test dates. It’s so easy to use and lets me send messages to large groups in no time. This saves me a lot of effort and ensures parents always get the information they need.

I found the setup of Text-Em-All to be really easy, and it worked perfectly when I tested it. The capability for text recipients to reply was incredibly useful, as it confirmed we reached classmates and provided them reunion information. I appreciate the feature that allows downloading a list of names and numbers en masse, avoiding manual entry. I'm impressed with its effectiveness for contacting people, and its reasonable pricing is a plus. I would definitely recommend it to others in similar situations.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

I can send one text or multiple text in a matter of a few clicks. Text-Em-All makes it easy to text everyone. I mean everyone. Customers, employees, all of them. The set-up is very intuitive. The system has step -by-step icons to make it very easy to navigate. I also like how I can make several different groups to send texts too. I have a group for just the office, maintenance, two other plants, and customers or all contacts. I can send a text now, or schedule for a future date. Which makes holiday's easy and personalization really easy. I set it up a couple days before. When I get back to the office; I get a confirmation email of successful delivery. It really is so easy once you get everything set-up. It was so easy to integrate this with the other social media we use to notify customers of an outage or their bill is due. I use this service at least once a month if not more. It depends of the season really.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I wouldn't say it is a downfall. I had to fill out and submit a simple form to Text-Em-All to have our landline text enabled. Text-Em_All customer service submitted the form on my behalf and we were up and going is a short amount of time.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If gives us another medium to contact our local customers of a possible outage in their area. This makes it super easy to get the word out to the local populous in a matter of seconds. It takes minutes to make a social media post on an outage.

I am able to add a user, which is super helpful (I don’t have to do everything myself, the other Admin is able to send/schedule texts as well).

Of course, user-error (reading is FUNdamental). I am able to delete, archive or save/use as a template my messages.

I'm solving the problem of folks not knowing what's going on. I like that I've created a master group and several smaller groups and communicating to a bunch of people has now become easier. I like knowing that everybody gets the same message at the same time!

My organization was looking for an out-of-band, emergency contact system. Most products that I looked at had fee structures that included monthly fees. This is a product that we hope we never have to use. The most helpful feature of Text-Em-All is that you can purchase credits that never expire. If we have an emergency in 6 months or 6 years, we will be ready to go and be able to text all our employees. Setup was easy and their support was very helpful when I had questions about the necessary documentation.

I can't think of anything I dislike about the product.

It is providing the ability to contact our employees during an emergency. We are a small non-profit and being able to avoid ongoing monthly fees, is a huge benefit for us.

Text-Em-All is easy to navigate and customize. It's easy to learn and teach new employees the process. We use this daily at work now and have had no problems - we're very happy with our experience!

I wish it was more affordable but that's life! It is extremely affordable we just opt out of some features to save the credits.

We are a mobile service delivering urns to their desired locations daily. It's not feasible for us to call every client upon delivery and our system doesn't allow for texting easily (we use Vonage and it was almost entirely down for about a year). We send texts when all deliveries are done once we're back at a computer and have had no complaints about families missing a message.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

Text em all has been a great service addition to my team's research study. It has allowed us to reach hundreds of participants with a simple easy to use mass text message. Some of the best features from this service are the ability to schedule text messages for a later time, call forwarding to a different phone number, the option to upload a CSV file with contacts, the ease of use, and the fast customer service from text em all. Any issues I have they are quick to resolve the issue or provide any suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I cannot really think of any downsides to text em all pertaining to our study needs. Everything we need has been met or exceeded by text em all.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Text em all has helped our study reach hundreds of participants through single mass text messages. Before our team used to individually text message participants. Now we are able to reach them all with a "broadcast." This has saved our team a lot of time.

It was so quick to implement Text-Em-All into our work flow and easy to get our first message out all the entire contact list. I love the feature to schedule future campaigns so you can set it and forget it, especially for event management. 

 It's simple to review metrics once the message is sent or cancel/change a campaign as needed.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

When users are added to a contact group they will not autmatically be added to any messages that are already scheduled for that group, so you can't send the campaigns too far in advance.

We can quickly communicate with our staff and texts are read and responded to much quicker than emails.
