What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

RUN Powered by ADP is a reliable, user-friendly solution. While it may not have the most modern interface or the most UX flexibility, it excels in the areas that matter most—payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and dependability.

RUN handles multi-state payroll and tax filings efficiently. Managing different state requirements can get complicated quickly, but ADP does a solid job staying current with regulations and ensuring filings are accurate and on time. That level of compliance support gives us confidence, especially during audits and year-end processing.

RUN's onboarding and task management features are a strong advantage. New hires can easily complete all required forms electronically, and the system ensures everything is submitted and set up correctly before their first day—so they’re ready to go for payroll without delays or manual follow-up. This has significantly streamlined our internal onboarding process.

We’ve also seen improvement with RUN’s recent integration with CareerPlug, our recruiting platform. The transition from applicant to candidate to employee is much more seamless now, helping eliminate duplicate entry and improving efficiency across our hiring and onboarding workflows.

Being a long-time ADP user, I was apprehensive about moving to another payroll platform. I needed the full-service multi-state tax filings and benefits management that I was used to, but I was tired of the high monthly fee. My favorite thing about Gusto (so far) is that every step has been laid out for me in plain English. I didn't have to research the state requirements separately because Gusto guided me through what I needed to know (and I definitely learned a few things along the way). The enhanced capabilities and features that let employees update their accounts, review paystubs, and answer questions have helped HR and Payroll staff use their time more efficiently. This includes Beti, the AI assistant, which has become more impressive over time. In addition, the smartphone app allows managers and admin to complete payroll related tasks in a timely manner, without the need to login to the website. The UI is easy to use and makes most tasks easy to accomplish. We very rarely have issues with website performance, which in turn allows personnel to work freely without access related problems. We are integrated with all of our benefits platforms, so from onboarding to payroll, third party integrations is a steamlined process that allows for efficient and accurate work. We have found the support team to be top notch, super helpful, and easily accessible. You can always reach someone by phone, who has some experience with your account. The biggest issues we’ve had over time were related to changes in the support team, especially when some individuals weren’t experienced enough to understand the complexity of our questions and couldn’t provide support in an appropriate manner. I like using Deel Payroll for its effectiveness and communication in processes and payments. It is perfect for receiving my salary in another currency, and the payment records and notifications help me a lot. I am always aware of how much and when I will receive my salary because I receive alerts via email, mobile, and other notifications, even for transfers when moving my money between accounts.

In my case, it is already integrated with the WebWork Time Tracker, so my hours are compensated within Deel quickly and easily understood.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

Greenhouse is looking to evolve to features that will really drive the right person right to you and get them through the process quickly. However Greenhouse at a base level has a decent UI but still clunky between switching jobs and candidates. The performance is great at a basic level but really slows down if you are doing data and reporting. Or if you try to use the Google Connector - be prepared to get a snack while you wait for a complex spreadsheet to load. As of 2025, AI, intelligence, sourcing, MCP, and other features are severely lacking. And with new tools out there, pricing feels to be the higher end of it's more modern competitors. What do you like best about 100Hires?

It centralizes the entire recruitment funnel into one intuitive interface. The AI candidate ranking and automated resume parsing have completely eliminated the manual work of my initial screenings.

Unlike enterprise ATS platforms that require weeks of training, we were fully operational in under an hour. The interface is clean, modern, and very easy for our hiring managers to adopt without needing extensive formal training.

The platform is incredibly efficient, but I find the reporting and analytics a bit too basic for my needs; more visual dashboards for tracking long-term trends would be a huge plus. Major bottleneck in our growth was manual candidate screening and now, the AI ranking and one-click sourcing extension have unified everything.

The biggest benefit is the time and cost saved on admin tasks. By automating interview scheduling and resume parsing, I’ve reclaimed about 10 hours a week that I can now spend actually talking to candidates. It has turned a disorganized process into a high-speed hiring engine and we were able to cancel three other subscriptions (a standalone scheduler, a sourcing tool, and a premium job board aggregator).

I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing.

As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. I am unaware of anything that is going on behind the scenes.

What I appreciate most about Jarvi is the combination of the tool's functional richness and its ease of use. The transition from our old ATS was very smooth, and the entire team quickly found their footing, despite varying levels of computer proficiency.

The tool is very comprehensive and covers both recruitment management and client relations, while remaining intuitive on a daily basis. At this stage, after two months of use, I have not identified any blocking points or real defects. As with any very comprehensive tool, some features require time to get used to in order to be fully utilized, but the team's support and the quality of assistance more than make up for this aspect.
