I strongly advise against using this product for India-based teams. It is built entirely for the US market, resulting in a poor user experience for Indian employees. The implementation process traps you into using their mandatory vendor partners. You cannot run payroll unless you sign up with their bank, and the benefits module will not work unless you use their chosen insurance provider. They do not disclose these forced partnerships until the contract is signed. Furthermore, the compliance module is highly unreliable. They botched our EPFO entries on the first payroll run and have failed to fix them despite months of escalation. Some things are connected in ways that aren’t always obvious, and that makes it hard to make changes—especially for one-off, unique situations. Paycom has solved the onboarding and benefits onboarding process for us. It benefits us because it gives us a lot of time back to be able to focus on other areas. My account ended up being linked to both my personal and office email addresses, which was confusing and made it unclear which one I should use. It has all the HR-related queries and information an employee needs in one place, with a clean and simple UI. I think there is still room for improvement in terms of customization and integrations. I would especially like more flexibility when creating and customizing reports, a deeper integration with Gmail and Google Chat, and more options to customize how candidates are shared with others. Teamtailor makes candidate management much easier and more intuitive for our recruiters, mainly thanks to its design and user experience. The Single issue I faced while using it is related to "Zipcode radius" and Location,It use to show me the profile or resume of a candidate who are not in that particular radius like if I set the radius to 20 miles from a specific location, it gives me the profiles of candidate who are far from that area.
