The user interface is super friendly. The last (big name) payroll provider I was using was incredibly difficult to navigate the online portal. Gusto has been the opposite. The customer support is prompt and very helpful, typically resolving my issues very quickly. It is also very reasonably priced for my small business with only a couple employees.
