What really sticks out for me is how helpful their team is. Whenever I've had a question or wasn't sure about something or something seemed a bit off, they've got back to me fast and explained everything clearly. For example, the first time I had to submit my work hours, I couldn’t figure out how to submit them properly, in the correct format, and they walked me through it step by step. I still had issues after that, so they asked me to send them my hours, and they uploaded for me. It’s quite rare you work with people who actually care enough to make everything easier for you. Honestly, can't think of much I dislike. Only small limitation that I’ve noticed is that the mobile app doesn’t allow me to see all my documents, but even that is really minor compared to the overall experience, as I can access all my docs from the web interface. I have worked with a lot of EORs in my HR career, and Borderless has really changed the experience. We have really enjoyed the ease of access on the platform, the navigation and the user experience. We have had a particularly great experience with every level and instance of customer support.
