It lacks a basic understanding of the country’s law, and the representatives seem clueless, just pushing tickets around. I've had an issue with a tax rebate for five months now, and their only response is that they have pushed the ticket. Multiplier solves the global employment challenge when a company doesn't have a business entity in employee's country. In my case, My US employer closed it's India Pvt. Ltd. entity, so they could no longer legally employ people directly in india. Multiplier acts as the employer of record, taking care of all local regulations, payroll, taxes on their behalf. This benifits me by allowing me to continue working full-time for my US company while still being employed legaclly in inida. My salary, taxes, benifits, leave managament are handled correctly and on time. Multiplier makes it possible for me to ramein a proper employee, not a contractor.
