Friday has also been very accommodating when I’ve needed to run last-minute payrolls that still have to clear the same day or by the next day. **What do you dislike about Friday?** When you need to correct a missed punch-in or punch-out on the timesheets, it could definitely use a bit of an upgrade. **What problems is Friday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simplified payroll processing has saved me a ton of time by preventing the need to send manual emails to payroll providers and then wonder whether it’s even being taken care of. I also no longer have to rely only on PDF reports that are tedious to review for accuracy. The pricing is very good as well, and the punch-in system is really cool and easy for my employees to use. ### 2. We have had a great experience using it weekly, navigating the website and its many helpful features, and getting employees set up. Employees have mentioned that they can use the app easily as well. The customer support is the most responsive I have ever worked with. Any questions are always cleared up the same day! **What do you dislike about Friday?** Although the website does usually have a notice, an email would be helpful to remind of legal holidays and their effect on payroll. Also, bring back the "Cue the Confetti" emails! **What problems is Friday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of employees' time in and out in order to have a smooth payroll process, then processing payroll and knowing that everything is taken care of. It is one less thing to worry about at the end of the week and a great peace of mind! ### 3. We as accountan's for multiple companies to procees payroll for all our companies can be a big headeache, but with Friday it's easy and simple, and takes us each company about 60 seconds. One of our Favorite's; for somone who knows accounting, how to account for payroll can be a big mess, but with Friday's QBO integration the books stay clean and neat. **What do you dislike about Friday?** Somtimes takes so quick that the owner can be upset that we forgot to add an employee. (But with Friday you can do an of cycle payroll) **What problems is Friday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Takes Quick to process, and QBO integration works amazing that the books stay neat and clean!!! ### 4.
