Friday is extremely user-friendly. We have had a great experience using it weekly, navigating the website and its many helpful features, and getting employees set up. Employees have mentioned that they can use the app easily as well. The customer support is the most responsive I have ever worked with. Any questions are always cleared up the same day! Friday is simple and easy and user friendly to process payroll, especially for a busniess owner that values time. We as accountan's for multiple companies to procees payroll for all our companies can be a big headeache, but with Friday it's easy and simple, and takes us each company about 60 seconds.
