When I used Gusto, my issue was that I clicked the wrong button when initially setting up my account. I needed the service for contractors, but I accidentally selected payroll. They were not able to fix it by removing the one payroll option from my account, so I had to start over and enter all the contractor information again. This was time-consuming as I had over 30 vendors to manage. I just thought they should have had a better fix for that. Also, I ended up getting billed for that one payroll seat which I never used because we only had contractors, not employees. Setting up wasn't the easiest. The ONLY thing I do not like about RUN by ADP is that if my employees need help with their account, they cannot contact IT on their own. They need me present, and I have to do it. I have 1099 clients, so I am not always with them as we have different schedules. So when they are having trouble with their account, it would be so much easier, if they could contact IT on their own- especially when the problem has to do, typically, with the fact that they had an old ADP account from another employer, and now ADP is not connecting correctly for them, with their new employer. One of the main problems Deel helps me solve is getting paid by international companies. Living in a developing country, receiving payments from abroad involves months of paperwork and long waiting periods. Deel simplifies this process by paying me directly in my local currency, which removes the need to open and manage a foreign currency account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only task I had to handle manually was adjusting our bank holidays. On my island, we have regional holidays, which were already set up, but there are also specific island and city bank holidays. For those, I had to submit a manual request to have them added. It would be much more convenient if this process were automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote made it possible for me to work for a company based in another country without having to worry about handling taxes or legal paperwork myself. They took care of all those details for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that it's not pretty - aka not intuitive to use. There's always a period of struggle when someone new starts, and they usually can't find their way to what they need by accident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only actual issue that we've had with NetSuite is the reporting/saved searches. Over the last couple of years there's been improvements with that and it's really upped our game as far as doing more directly in NetSuite. The staff was very helpful in the implementation process but I would have liked for there to have been more written documentation on how to use each feature. There are some features of the time clock system that need customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AutoLeap is helping us with many problems as a new shop. Customer and vehicle information tracking, estimate creation, inventory tracking, invoicing and payments. Without a robust shop management software all of this would be done by hand and would require a complex filing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful thing I have found so far are 2 different features.

1) Your customer must be checked as Eligible for AR in order to push over... I'm not entirely sure why they wouldnt be but all of ours are I feel it should be reversed it should auto be checked and uncheck it if they are not. There are more customers that are going to pay than not. When you have several people in the office and not following after yourself its hard to get everyone on board. With checking this one box, that puts a dead holt on transferring transactions over to AR.

2) Applying 1 check to multiple transactions. I hate that when a customer wants a paid transaction I can enter it to show its paid, but then I have to void it because if they have 2 invoices it will show the same check number with a different amt and not blend in the end having to reenter correctly directly into QB. Maybe its the third party program but I feel there should be some way of making this work.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Arrear calculation for PF and ESI component don't work properly.

2. No option to modify leave count under compensatory off category.

1. Employee onboarding process met to next level of transparency where checklists functionality makes a great role in the overall process, now all transactions can be managed in digital mode, instead of manual work.

2. Sometimes employee come and ask for letters like their employment letter, salary slips for taking loan from banks, good behavior certificate, now all can be generated from HROne only and will be shared directly to employee profile.

Semetimes the bank feeds deisconnect more than I'd like. It's super annoying when I sit down to do my admin day and realize that I have to re-enter my password for Chase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It separates my revenue streams so I can actually see what;s making money. I've got the coffee bar, the booze and the event tickets, xero helps me to check margins on the cocktails are covering the overhead when the coffee side is slow, and definetely keeps the IRS off my back and Lets me focus on the community and the events rather than accounting. I did not like the color scheme of the current update. There is too much grey, and it seemed as if some things were not available. I also dislike that there is no mass download/printing of documentation available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Performance Management - we previously utilized Excel, and that was a nightmare with saving and updating versions, revisions of forms, etc. Additionally, UKG is resolving the Professional Development Log (basically continuing credits/sessions that teachers require to complete). In the past, we utilized Excel, and with an abundance of users, the templates we set up would always have issues or the formula would get changed, and the numbers wouldn't add up, etc. Therefore, housing the sessions in UKG and ensuring the addition of the hours in the system allowed for better data and an efficient process for all individuals involved. Trying to make sure that the tray is correct so that it doesn't go to another department by default. It can be a little bit of a waste of time, but I would still say Stampli is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stampli has helped us tremendously with timely payments to vendors, not being asked to code the same invoice multiple times, and getting invoices to the correct coders the first time. This has helped our work load so much, because we no longer have to spend at least an hour each day finding old invoices that we coded months ago that were never paid. I can’t create an invoice on the go. If a client or even a non-client walks into the office needing a quick out-of-scope job like a copy of a report or something similar I can’t just generate an invoice without first creating an agreement. What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m in a small community where a lot of our clients talk among themselves, so consistency is really important. Anchor’s set pricing and the ability to apply discounts let me show the same retail pricing to everyone, which keeps things transparent and fair. Before Anchor, my pricing was all over the place. Now, each service includes its own scope of work, expectations, and benefits meaning my engagement letters practically write themselves. It’s streamlined, consistent, and saves me a ton of time. Although FreshBooks does a great job with ease of use, the reporting features could be more advanced for those who want deeper insights into financial trends. I’d also like a bit more flexibility when customizing invoices and dashboards. Additionally, the cost may feel high for freelancers or very small businesses on a tight budget. FreshBooks helps me save time by simplifying invoicing, expense tracking, and payment collection all in one place. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or multiple tools, I can manage client billing, track time, and stay on top of cash flow quickly and accurately. It reduces errors, keeps everything organized, and ensures I get paid faster. This efficiency lets me focus more on growing my business instead of being stuck in administrative tasks. Our Law toolbox subsidiary is painful. Senior accountants manually raise invoices, download data from partner portals, and track revenue in Excel and partially in Recurly. We can't even pull basic metrics like churn or renewal rates because the data is everywhere.

Zenskar automates billing, ties cash application and rev rec to the same data source, and finally gives us proper SaaS reporting. Less manual work, a single source of truth, and the visibility we need as we prepare for IPO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We occasionally have concerns about the automatic network connection with other vendors. For example, there was a time when we unintentionally connected with a vendor who shared the exact same name as another, and we failed to notice the mistake before a payment was processed. BILL AP helps us save time on data entry by remembering the coding from previous invoices. We also appreciate the BILL email feature, which allows us to send invoices directly to BILL from our email, including their attachments. There is nothing in particular that I would categorize as a dislike. However, there is room for improvement in the suggested implementation timelines. A more realistic, structured, and achievable timeline during rollout or new module implementation would enhance the overall experience and ensure smoother adoption. Keka is helping streamline and simplify multiple HR functions by bringing them onto a single, unified platform. It eliminates manual processes, reduces administrative workload, and improves accuracy across core HR operations. Tasks like attendance management, payroll processing, onboarding, performance tracking, and employee data management are now far more organized and efficient.

By centralizing the entire employee lifecycle, Keka ensures better visibility, quicker decision‑making, and a smoother HR workflow.
