What do you like best about Rippling?

this provides us an integrated platform for IT platform for all our employees and contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Rippling can not handle benefits for our employees (10) without many errors even though they are our broker. They offer no support to make the corrections for the errors they create. They want to charge us for us to make corrections. So now as a small company we will pay for the differences in benefits that they failed to do correctly and we will make the changes to the previous 10 payrolls so that the end of year reports are correct. We will have to do a monthly reconciliation of all benefit costs for each individual...we could not do this if we had more than 10 employees but this is a workload we did not plan for. What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding is straightforward for both employees and employers, which can be a real challenge for anyone who isn’t familiar with a payroll system. Running payroll itself isn’t complicated, either.

In my experience, many issues with other payroll/HRIS systems come from all the extra modules those companies have acquired or built over time. Too often, information entered in one “module” doesn’t carry over cleanly to the others. As a result, HR and Finance teams are left to piece things together by reading sometimes outdated “articles” just to complete complicated workflows, set up user access profiles, and handle other more advanced, tech-heavy functions.

I like using Deel Payroll for its effectiveness and communication in processes and payments. It is perfect for receiving my salary in another currency, and the payment records and notifications help me a lot. I am always aware of how much and when I will receive my salary because I receive alerts via email, mobile, and other notifications, even for transfers when moving my money between accounts.

In my case, it is already integrated with the WebWork Time Tracker, so my hours are compensated within Deel quickly and easily understood.

What do you like best about AutoLeap?

I like the access I have to service information through AutoLeap, and the simple and easy format used to make work orders. The direct parts ordering system is also a plus. It makes AutoLeap valuable because I can do almost everything within one program, instead of having multiple tabs open and navigating a bunch of pages. I can pretty much find everything within. I also like the live help chat on AutoLeap for when I need help figuring something out on the website. The setup was straightforward, and having the live chat was helpful as I got used to it. What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

I do feel the parts ordering aspect can get confusing sometimes and not always work the way I would hope. Sometimes when trying to order parts through AutoLeap, the portal to the supplier's website doesn't always work properly. Another thing I would like to see is the ability to save and print tax reports and other statements as a PDF. For the info we give to the accountants, it only lets us export to Excel. For inventory purposes, it would be helpful to track the cost and the specific parts we used to build it, without generating a huge parts list for the customer. I love how BILL AP/AR enables me to easily process and receive electronic payments. It saves a lot of time since I don't have to print and mail checks or go to the bank to deposit checks. I also find that it speeds up our Accounts Receivable process significantly when clients pay electronically, which helps with cash flow. The interface continues to be a huge challenge for me. I have it synced with QuickBooks Online but overall do not find the user experience easy or enjoyable. I think because of this I have not dug deeper into the features or how else I could be using it. I do not feel that it's really clear what it's doing or how it's set up. I would want a simpler interface, better instructions and guidance as I use it. The initial setup was not very easy, it took me a while to figure out. I just started a business and was spinning in circles setting up a process to write customer agreements and collect payments. Anchor has both electronic agreements and payment processing integrated so I could put the services right in the proposal, and set how they should be billed. What do you like best about UKG Ready?

It is easy to use and coinstant, does not make random changes when I am not watching it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing.

As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. I would love to be able to view it as I view tha entire table instead of having to open each note Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am unaware of anything that is going on behind the scenes.

Before we had UKG we had a different platform. It was a little more complicated but it was functional. I cannot remember any issues with the previous platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sequence?

We were invoicing out of a few different tools with a manual process running in parallel, and Sequence consolidated all of it into one place while letting us keep Stripe for payment processing. The product is genuinely easy to use, which matters when non-finance folks need to find an invoice or understand a customer's billing setup. But my favorite part is their incredible support. What do you dislike about Sequence?

Nothing major. When we've raised things the team has been quick to respond and usually has a fix or workaround the same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sequence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, we were doing all our commercial agreements with word docs and docusign. It put a huge burden on the team, and the experience for our customers was still terrible. With Sequence, our Sales team can create great-looking quotes, send them to prospects, make changes on the fly based on negotiations, and then, once the Quote is signed, my job is easy. Invoicing is basically automatic, I just have to review and say "start." Nowadays, we're getting way less scrutiny on our docs (since we redesigned the whole process and docs around Sequence) and our AR is better than ever. Sequence makes me look like I'm great at my job, even though finance is only like a quarter of my job. Can't imagine my job without Sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bill4Time?

It's comprehensive. We don't use all of the functionality but I like that it's there if we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bill4Time?

The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. In addition, we need to color-code our appointments and B4T doesn't do that. We use Google instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous.
