What I like BEst about Rippling is how easy it is to navigate, compared to previous employers, this app feels like it was desinged for employees and not the employer, meaning its makes it easy for us to track our hours, submit tickets to our Boss if any discrepancies with our time mangement, and also made it easy to accsess and change my banking info. I like that Gusto is incredibly user-friendly. Its super easy to find my tax forms or update my account info. The layout is clean and actually feels like a modern app you want to use. I really like that ADP is a user-friendly platform. Everything is very organized and intuitive. Even if someone who has never used it before logs in, it's not very difficult to figure out. It's very comprehensive. I've used other platforms, and so far, ADP is my favorite. Customer support is good. although sometimes there is a long queue, the agents always help to resolve all questions and concerns. What I like best about Deel Payroll is its ease of use and transparency. I appreciate that the fees are charged to the company paying me, not deducted from my earnings. Xero is great of how simple it makes invoicing and tracking payments. I can create and send invoices right from the platform, and clients can pay through paypal, which fit well with how i alreday run things. Matching payments to invoices is easy straightforward and i really appreciate having all my subscription and monthly expenses in one spot. I really like that NetSuite is very easy to customize. You can hire a consultant to customize the system or write a script, and the system can be expanded or tailored based on different business needs, making it almost like a bespoke system for any business. It's also very easy to use and understand. Being a 100% cloud-based system is a great benefit, especially since we have people working across the globe and it allows us to see data in real-time without waiting for transactions to process. I love how easy to use it is and how friendly it is with everything. It's very straightforward if you want to take a look into something. Especially making payments, I think the AP part is the one that I am the happiest with because it saves a lot of time. Our team is able to customize the different platforms to fit our company's needs. And the reporting is top notch. Our fiscal year begins on July 1st. In the past, we've always had to run 2 YTD reports and do a cut and paste job to come up with fiscal year data. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. MonetizeNow has improved our contracting process in several ways. It has sped up approvals, given reps the ability to send contracts for signature instead of relying on dealdesk, and automated much of our deal data in Hubspot, including line items, ARR, TCV, etc. MonetizeNow has also helped us automate renewals and finally capture renewal data in Hubspot, rather than tracking it manually in a Google Sheet.
