
When it comes to invoicing or recording the information of the clients, this software is really simple. You can add all the details and even add multiple contacts of the POCs as needed. Then, there is an option to send everything by email or whatsapp, which makes it even simpler. As far as the installation is concerned, it is not hard at all. You can do it in like 5 mins, even if you are not from a tech background. You get a dedicated expert who will guide and support you via chats and emails, which is great. I use it for billing my freelance clients every month, and with this, my record keeping has been simpler than ever. Yes, and you can add your files or Excel as well with the invoice and with every month sending, these will be shared as well. And you also get the email if the payment is pending and the due date is missed. So, integration, support, ease, and quality-wise, this is a 10 on 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that I actually dislike about the software as such. But I just wish that certain features like reminder email or a normal whatsapp message were part of the basic model as well.
