**What do you like best about MonetizeNow?**

MonetizeNow has improved our contracting process in several ways. It has sped up approvals, given reps the ability to send contracts for signature instead of relying on dealdesk, and automated much of our deal data in Hubspot, including line items, ARR, TCV, etc. MonetizeNow has also helped us automate renewals and finally capture renewal data in Hubspot, rather than tracking it manually in a Google Sheet.

However, the best part of working with MonetizeNow has been Perry and the customer success team. They are genuinely attentive and provide a best-in-class CS experience.

The team also moves incredibly fast with system updates. New features are rolled out quickly, and it’s clear they listen and act on feedback.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

There’s a learning curve with any software, especially CPQ, so be ready to learn a lot in a short time and to help guide reps who have never used it before. Depending on your historical data, it can be a decent lift for implementation, but MonetizeNow will do their best to make it a breeze.

**What problems is MonetizeNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MonetizeNow has sped up approvals, enabled reps to send contracts for signature without having to rely on dealdesk, and automated much of our deal data in Hubspot, including line items, ARR, TCV, and more. **What do you like best about MonetizeNow?**

I really appreciate their support team; they are always available to help and jump in whenever an issue may arise. They're very flexible, and when they promise a feature, they deliver and ensure it's on their roadmap. They are also very clear about constraints or why their system does something the way it does, which shows their transparency. I also like that the invoices are created as expected, fulfilling what I need.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

Most of the things that don't work well are because they just haven't gotten to that on the roadmap yet. We started with MonetizeNow early on in their company, and some of our stuff was a little bit more complex than what they were able to offer. There's some little nuances that are globally well received, but they don't work for our type of billing. It's not a custom made system, so we understand that. The biggest thing I would say is that their credit function is not very detailed versus void, write off, service credit, etc.

I use MonetizeNow for quoting and billing, especially invoicing customers and creating contracts, streamlining our processes and automating the billing system.

**What do you like best about MonetizeNow?**

They genuinely care about our success and consistently partner with us to find the best solutions. Our users find the product very easy to use, and the UI is clean and intuitive. We’ve received positive feedback since day one. Most importantly, the team is highly responsive, and we always get quick support via Slack.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

We’re experiencing a few bugs from time to time, and there are still some challenging feature requests we need to work on together. That said, their team is growing, so we’re looking forward to collaborating and getting things done together.

**What problems is MonetizeNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn’t have a clear subscription object, and the team struggled to understand what our current subscription configurations were. With MonetizeNow, they no longer have to worry about checking another system just to validate the current subscription details. We also had some standard offering options that we’d been hoping to standardize in a quote template for a long time. With MonetizeNow, we were able to achieve that, and users can now do more self-service when creating quotes.

I like how clean everything in MonetizeNow looks. I LOVE that we have the MonetizeNow exports in BigQuery so we can base our reporting off of this. This has been a huge game changer.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

Not being able to pull in current previewed usage is something I wish we could do. This would be so helpful for reporting.

**What problems is MonetizeNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MonetizeNow is benefiting me by being a great source of data for reporting, sending it to BigQuery and letting me query of the tables are so helpful instead of manually downloading reports from the MonetizeNow UI.

I like how simple and straightforward MonetizeNow is to use. As a solo creator, having everything set up and managed in one place is a huge plus. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, which definitely helped as I don't have the time or resources to deal with complicated billing systems.

I think the UI could be a bit more simplified in certain areas. The dashboard could be more creator-friendly for example, highlighting key things like active subscribers, revenue, and recent activity in a clearer way without having to dig around.

We have a pretty complex billing process. I am impressed that it was able to handle most of our needs without a lot of customization. Also very happy with the support as we were building out various things, the MonetizeNow team was very proactive input to apply it to their roadmap.

The Sales Order templates are great, however we had did need heavy customization there, so that process was difficult to get right.

We had a home grown sent of flows and logic built in salesforce that was starting to fail as we added more products and scenarios. Having MonetizeNow has simplified that process and reduced redundant processes that we've been maintaining. It will help us sell faster and more accurately.

The platform allows for high customization, but that does mean quotes with a lot of products and contract years can be tedious to update.

MonetizeNow is extremely easy to use, and the fact that it's native to Hubspot and Salesforce has made the syncs, ease of setup, and use a no-brainer.

Has allowed us to gain control of approvals, validate that contracts are complete, and automate the generation of SOWs. Customer support has been exceptional. It has become a critical tool in our daily workflow.

Like all CPQs, it can get complex fast - part of that is on us - we have some complexity in our pricing rules - but would love for the configuration UI to be more friendly toward people like me that don't have coding experience.

Solving problem of contracts being on word/google docs where text can change without notice and rules are managed through documentation vs. automation.

Perry Livingston has specifically contributed to our positive experience, though we originally had a difficult initial implementation experience, she has turned things around for our re-launch of the system.

While the platform has great flexibility, the specificity that is needed when implementing the criteria/logic is more complex than necessary.

When we purchased we were seed stage and still figuring stuff out and the platform was a little heavy for that. But now that we are through that period I am glad we have something that will scale with us.

It's an Integrated Quoting and Billing system. We reviewed 3 services and Monteizenow team understood us the best as a high growth startup. We couldn't be happier during the last year of service. Initial implementation was quick, they helped setup our Product and Subscriptions. They are quick to answer questions on slack and try to understand our feature requests and provide adequate resolutions.

MonetizeNow platform was an easy choice when we needed to switch our existing billing provider. This platform provides almost everything we needed to get jump started with our integration. The team is very responsive and always available to help, which greatly accelerated our production rollout in record time.

We know the team is constantly improving the platform but it currently lacks in its ability to customize invoices and reporting capabilities. Looking forward for these improvments to be available soon.

It is solving metered billing for our cloud-based SaaS product portfolio and integration with a tax solution provider simplifies financial operations.

Easy UI and APIs. CPQ and Billing in one patform is super helpful. Support is very good on Slack. Very easy to work with and our team went live smoothly with them.

Some of the features for usage based billing is still under development.

Sales is using it for Quotes. Rev Ops and Management uses it for approval workflow. Accounting uses it for Billing and dunning.

The salesforce integrations make it so easy to send out quotes and bill customers while working in tandem with our internal systems. Whenever I have questions, MN's team is always available to help out and are extremely knowledgable about the product. Can't recommend MonetizeNow enough!

Building a streamlined and flexibile quote-to-cash process can be daunting as a startup. MonetizeNow's product and team helped us in tredemously in the following areas:
- Ease of use & implementation
- Incredibly helpful through standing up the product and willing to implement changes quickly to the product 
- CPQ
- Billing 
- Approvals
- Analytics 
- Salesforce Integration is amazing

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

It is on their roadmap but I think having Revenue visibility would be awesome. Not critical for us today.

Data Quality, Easy CPQ process, automatic billing, beautiful UI. Our sales team quickly adapting to the new system which shows how strong the product is.

The reporting/dashboarding capabilities still need to be improved but confident that the team will get it done in the near future.

MonetizeNow is very easy to use, it has great APIs, and the fact that CPQ and Billing are integrated on a single platform makes our lives easier. On top of that, their support is outstanding, this was particularly helpful during our rollout since we needed to integrate with Quickbooks and Salesforce, and train the sales team.

They are rounding up more features on usage billing.

Sales Reps can create quotes themselves; we now have a standard product and price book; deals are automatically reflected on Salesforce and QuickBooks when closed; invoicing is now fully automatic.

It's easy to use and customizable! I can now create quotes in under 5 minutes without having to worry about numbers lining up.

It also provides the information in a digestible manner that can be easily presented to customers.

Not many things. The alternate is archaic or spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about MonetizeNow?**

A unified CPQ and Billing system simplifies operations for both GTM and Finance. They have a modern, clean, and easy to use UI for Sales Reps and Admins. The tool is flexible enough to accomodate our hybrid SaaS and usage-based pricing modesl. It also provides great efficiency gains - opportunity value reliablity, automated approvals, syncs with our CRM, etc.

Above all, the level of support the team provides both ad hoc (via slack) and to address longer-term feature requests has been some of the best I have experienced.

They are still building out some features related to amendments & autorenewals to fit our custom requests.

MonetizeNow fully automates our quote creation process. RevOps is no longer responsbile for creating all quotes and the end users are now doing this themsleves with ease. It also allows us to granular track and approve specific discount thresholds to ensure we are staying in line with our policies.

MonetizeNow makes subscriptions quoting and billing very simple. Setting up your offering catalog with different pricing model is super easy. APIs are fast and easy to use. Integrated easily with Salesforce and HubSpot.

The integration with Salesforce also utilizes the standard Opportunity Product object rather than requiring a custom object, which helps maintain data consistency and is useful for financial reporting.

**What do you like best about MonetizeNow?**

I love how user-friendly the tool is for sales. The admin functionality is equally easy to navigate, but ultimately, a huge part of our team's adoption has been related to the simplicity of the interface, all while still supporting our more complex edge cases in our deal motion.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

As a newer entrant to the industry, MonetizeNow lacks the documentation/knowledge base you might expect from a legacy CPQ provider. Similarly, there have been some nice-to-have features somewhat unique to our org that we couldn't achieve out of the box with MonetizeNow. To counter these issues, the MonetizeNow team has been incredible supportive and responsive, turning out customized documentation, training videos, and shipping new product features for us very quickly.

MonetizeNow is helping us to mature our quoting process. We're ditching spreadsheets and formalizing our quoting process with their CPQ solution, which saves our sellers time on the front end and provides sales leadership with valuable insights not previously available.

MonetizeNow has taken a really tough process and made it a breeze with their customized pricing engine. My team is using their solution to price all products/services/discounts for new and existing customers.

MonetizeNow is growing, so there are occasionally small requests from my team for things to be presented in a slightly different format or view... the team is always happy to connect with us and work through these minor speed bumps!

Our team was on Google Sheets for years, making mix-matched versions of quotes to share with customers. Not only were the numbers not always adding up in our old, manual process, but we also were hurting our reputation by having unprofessional documents being shared.

**What do you like best about MonetizeNow?**

Moving from a clunky, slow, complex quoting tool, MonetizeNow changed our world. Being able to produce complex quotes easily (the first time) was important to optimize our sales team. The quoting tool is simple and makes training several AEs easy.

After the quote is closed won, it seamlessly moves through the rest of the process. In return, our billing team has fewer headaches and challenges. Also, setting up our instance and the catalog took no time at all. 

The smooth integration with HubSpot, our CRM, was a must-have as well, and MonetizeNow was able to provide it.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

I really don't have much negative feedback. However, the HubSpot in-app quoting tool was not optimal and needs some tweaking to optimize. It's much slower than the native MonetizeNow quoting module.

**What problems is MonetizeNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying our tech stack while optimizing the CPQ process. Our quoting process and tooling was painful and didn't provide value where MonetizeNow could solve all of those challenges with a lot of flexibility.

**What do you like best about MonetizeNow?**

I was an early adopter of MonetizeNow; what got me was their value proposition and clear long-term vision. Their vision of aligning CPQ with billing is definitely on target; multiple times I've dealt with nightmares where my CPQ quotes have no way of lining up with the billing platform because nothing lined up and it was trying to force a round peg in a square hole. Jeff and Sandeep have been great partners during the rollout and taking a lot of my feedback very seriously, the product has come really far.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

I was a very early customers so there was a good bit of back and forth to get it up and running, but they really went above and beyond in tyring to service things for me.

**What problems is MonetizeNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before MonetizeNow our quotes were just on Word docs and not properly standardized or structured, it made for a lot of issues downstream in measuring for ARR and billing. Moving to the platform helped standardize the process.

Core quoting benefits: 
- Speed to launch: we configured our products, prices, offerings, etc. in days not months.  
- Controls: went from having limited controls on what was sent to customers / prospects.  Having all quotes go through 1 system and set of approval rules.  This ensures consistency in deals to ensure scaled operationalization and price fairness
- Data quality and finance time spent: went from having signed PDFs with prices that needed to be manually entered into billing systems by finance to 100% automation of billing set up.  
- Data is always up to date: immediate live syncing between MonetizeNow and Salesforce reduces any risk of misalignment
- MonetizeNow team is very responsive team to address any issues, enhancement requests, etc. 
- Improved forecasting of revenue: by having quote data available at all stages of the sales process and post-win, we can accurately forecast revenue from our deals.
- AEs save time creating quotes

Additional benefits we now can't live without:
- By always knowing each customer’s usage vs. their plan, we can now proactively mitigate churn/contraction (e.g. by escalating to senior stakeholders, finding new use cases in the company) and provide a better upgrade experience


Cost savings vs. other options: 
- If we had selected a traditional quoting tool, we would not only have had a long implementation time, but also would have had ongoing management costs, specialized certifications, etc. required.  With MonetizeNow, it just works

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

We've had a fantastic experience with MonetizeNow and the team!

I wish it was possible to not have had to purchase DocuSign license ourselves.  Given the document management by MonetizeNow works so well (signed documents through automated signing flow are sent to Salesforce Opportunity), I don't feel the need to have a separate DocuSign license at our current scale.

Discounts are able to be modified by %, $ amount, or target amount - makes it really easy to get to the number you need for a deal. 

You can tell this tool is built for SaaS - the team has taken into account so many unique scenarios teams might run into with pricing, discounts, custom terms, etc. 

The team even provides SFDC flows to make the behind the scenes ops of this tool easy.

Sandeep, Jeff, and Cody on the team are growing this tool every day. They take new ideas and build based on customer feedback - they are committed to a long term partnership and their dedication to being the best solution is unwavering.

MonetizeNow is solving a few major issues.

1) SaaS sales have changed dramatically over the past 10 years (seats > multiple models) but the legacy subscription management vendors are just now living up their initial promise

2) Complexity is added maintaining product catalogs among different systems with different owners.

MonetizeNow solves both of these problems.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

CPQ, Subscription Management, and Billing are critical systems. A platform taking it all on is a lot but the team has shown great competency to deliver on what is promised. Nothing to dislike so far!

Replaced a homebuilt custom order process to something that doesn't require an engineer at all and can be configured by business users.

The level of thought the team put into designing the product around SKUs with an eye toward platform oriented billing events is much appreciated and the platform can really support CPQ --> customer facing billing modules in-platform.

**What do you dislike about MonetizeNow?**

Currently, there is not a DocuSign stripe integration module for payment collection upon contract signature. I believe this is on the roadmap but it creates a gap today.

**What problems is MonetizeNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated deal approval matrixes, eliminating manual quote configurations and customized pricing, and Salesforce data collection which has saved both the revenue and finance teams valuable time and reducing momentum loss in closing deals.
