What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

It provides the basic services we need to run payroll for our company of about 20 employees (give or take in any given month). What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

We’ve run into a couple of issues. First, the system isn’t ministry-specific, so it doesn’t offer much assistance or guidance when it comes to navigating the nuances of paying ministers. Before switching to a cloud-based payroll service, we relied on a local accounting firm. That process was unreliable and very difficult to manage, to the point that we didn’t feel confident in the payroll process for our employees. What do you like best about Rippling?

It supports payroll for a global workforce, which makes it easier to manage employees and pay across different locations. The onboarding process is poorly designed and needlessly long so what could be a 3-5 min each employee setup takes 10-15 min each employee. Pricing is awful and (at-least from our rep experience) misleading with contractual gotchas like auto renewing certain parts for a 1 year term even if you stated you want to cancel the full service. Performance is subpar with consistent employee account issues such as not being able to transfer their own available balances and just saying contact support who does not give answers other than automated Ai response with help article links. Even urgent issues such as "multiple employees are not able to get their wages and error says something went wrong contact support" are not handled with a timeline, urgency, or visibility but the money deducted to make those payments comes out days in advanced or you get urgent payroll emails saying they wont process. Integrations with google workspace was poor and disconnected promptly due to trust issue with Rippling. the UI is terribly designed with no clear intuitive navigation or usability. What do you like best about Gusto?

The interface is intuitive and modern without being overly bloated or animated. I am able to use the website and the app with ease. It is easy to set up alerts whether by email or app notification. I also appreciate getting confirmation of my activity and the security gives me peace of mind. The search functionality is easy to use and the ability to download my paychecks and review my pay within the interface is superior to other platforms I have used through prior jobs. What do you dislike about Gusto?

The only downside, which isn't a showstopper at all, is that there are features that my employer has not enabled so they appear on the interface taking up room. They aren't too obnoxious but I wish I could disable or collapse those widgets since they are controlled by my employer and thus nothing I can do with those features. My company uses Gusto for payroll and PTO requests. It is easy to look up paychecks and set up account information, as well as splitting the pay if necessary. The enhanced capabilities and features that let employees update their accounts, review paystubs, and answer questions have helped HR and Payroll staff use their time more efficiently. This includes Beti, the AI assistant, which has become more impressive over time. In addition, the smartphone app allows managers and admin to complete payroll related tasks in a timely manner, without the need to login to the website. The UI is easy to use and makes most tasks easy to accomplish. We very rarely have issues with website performance, which in turn allows personnel to work freely without access related problems. We are integrated with all of our benefits platforms, so from onboarding to payroll, third party integrations is a steamlined process that allows for efficient and accurate work. We have found the support team to be top notch, super helpful, and easily accessible. You can always reach someone by phone, who has some experience with your account. The biggest issues we’ve had over time were related to changes in the support team, especially when some individuals weren’t experienced enough to understand the complexity of our questions and couldn’t provide support in an appropriate manner. I would like it to be more instantaneous because we're already paying a fee to Deel Payroll to convert our salary into our currency. I love how BILL AP/AR enables me to easily process and receive electronic payments. It saves a lot of time since I don't have to print and mail checks or go to the bank to deposit checks. I also find that it speeds up our Accounts Receivable process significantly when clients pay electronically, which helps with cash flow. The interface continues to be a huge challenge for me. I have it synced with QuickBooks Online but overall do not find the user experience easy or enjoyable. I think because of this I have not dug deeper into the features or how else I could be using it. I do not feel that it's really clear what it's doing or how it's set up. I would want a simpler interface, better instructions and guidance as I use it. The initial setup was not very easy, it took me a while to figure out. I just started a business and was spinning in circles setting up a process to write customer agreements and collect payments. Anchor has both electronic agreements and payment processing integrated so I could put the services right in the proposal, and set how they should be billed. What do you like best about Bill360?

We have never had a "Pay Now" button for our customers and it has ALWAYS been asked for. It is great to have that readily available. This helps with the one time customers that are typically harder to track down for payment. When the invoice is sent from Bill360 it shows when the customer opened the email so there is never a "I didnt receive the invoice" excuse. What do you dislike about Bill360?

Honestly I havent been working with it enough to find something I dislike but at the moment I am hard pressed to find something as well. Overall the product works as intended and I hopefully do not find anything I dislike moving foward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our first day implementing Bill360 we had a customer use the "pay now" options and that is already a one time customer that we will not have to reach out to in order to get paid. Tabs is very user-friendly. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to onboard both my team and clients without a steep learning curve. Since I work across multiple clients as a fractional CFO, having a platform that's quick to navigate and doesn't require extensive training saves real time. As a fractional CFO managing multiple clients, one of the biggest challenges is keeping invoicing and revenue recognition organized and accurate across different accounts without a ton of manual overhead. Tabs solves that by giving us a central, structured way to manage invoices and sync them with our accounting systems, which cuts down on the back-and-forth and manual data entry that used to eat up time. It's also made it easier to build automation around contract and purchase order processing, so instead of manually tracking deals and invoices in scattered documents, we have a more reliable, centralized system. What do you like best about Sequence?

The thing that’s stood out the most for us is how much of our quote-to-cash process is now in one place. Our pricing is usage-based and fairly involved, but Sequence handles it without us having to develop a bunch of workarounds. Building quotes using the CPQ module is intuitive, e-signature is built-in, and once a deal gets signed the billing schedules and invoices follow on naturally. The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous.
