Over the past 7 years of using it across our 10-person sales team, it has evolved in a direction that fits our organizational needs well, which has eliminated any need to migrate to another platform. Pipedrive solves the continuity of information within our team and prevents data loss during turnover - when someone leaves or a deal is handed over, the full history stays in one place. Concretely, it gives us constant, shared access to crucial client information so we can manage over 500 active clients effectively and plan follow-up actions without anything falling through the cracks. Since adopting it, our follow-up consistency has improved and we've cut the time spent on manual handover notes. This fluidity of information is the single biggest benefit for us.

I use Close for everything sales related and it gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline. I appreciate having a centralized place for all my leads with a clear view of every contact's history and actions taken. The transition from tools like HubSpot, which felt clunky and heavy, to Close has been refreshing as it provides an immediate and actionable view of each lead. I find it the best CRM for cold outreach en masse and lead generation. I really like the view and design of the tool; it feels very light to use. It's also very responsive and has tons of integrations. I love how it makes the brain fog of a heavy tool disappear and saves so much time navigating. What do you dislike about Ohanafy?

There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering. Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.

Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I use Jotform Workflows to manage and screen candidate applications for my partner company. The interface is incredibly simple and intuitive to learn. All the options and settings you need are always right in front of you without a steep learning curve.

When it comes to performance, the platform is highly reliable and handles heavy application volumes smoothly. Automated actions and conditional routing trigger instantly upon form submission without any lagging or processing delays.

The AI assistant feature is a massive help for making quick modifications or asking for information, keeping the experience consistent with other Jotform products. One specific feature I appreciate is the ability to fully customize outgoing emails using HTML. The AI assistant can even design the HTML email layout for me, which saves a lot of manual coding time.

The workflow flexibility is excellent, especially the conditional branches and the approval capabilities. It lets me review an application directly from an email on my phone. If a specific email needs to go out to an applicant, I can simply click "Approve" or "Deny" right from my mobile inbox. I do not have to open my laptop or log into a heavy platform because I can manage the queue seamlessly on the go. The vertical block layout also makes it easy to visualize exactly how the applicant travels from the submission starting point down to the final notification. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Heads-up: This feedback is based on my hands-on navigation so far. I am still figuring out existing workarounds if they are available.

My primary challenge is with scheduling and data integration. I wanted a scheduled starting point that reads specific columns from an existing Jotform form to trigger conditional emails. However, the system does not let me select a form that is already tied to a form-started workflow. There should be a direct way to trigger scheduled actions based on existing submission data or connected Google Sheets columns.

Additionally, the Podo AI assistant struggled with these scheduling scenarios. It ran into multiple errors, had trouble generating the requested logic, and gave unclear troubleshooting instructions. The AI assistant needs deeper training on all integrations and conditional logic to prevent these hurdles. Because of this, I deleted my scheduled workflow for now.

Lastly, there is a disconnect between Jotform AI Agents and structural Jotform Workflows. I want an automated flow that triggers at the start of an AI chat. The agent could prompt structured, sequential screening questions before switching to a freestyle AI mode. Currently, keeping chat interactions organized within the main workflow logic is not seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jotform Workflows solves the bottleneck of manual candidate tracking. Instead of manually reviewing every single profile and copying data over, the platform uses a submitted form as a direct starting point to route applicants through conditional gates.

The biggest benefit to my recruiting setup is the mobility it provides. Being able to trigger custom email alerts like my Interview Invite Email via simple mobile inbox approvals allows me to keep the hiring pipeline moving rapidly from anywhere.
