I love the power dialer and voice mail drop features in Close; they make things a lot easier. The inbox is another favorite because it helps track activity on every single deal. It's amazing because I never miss any deals. I can set reminders and snooze tasks, so they always show up when needed. This makes Close very reliable in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. I am using EngageBay for handling our emails and staying in touch with people in our business and the best part that I like is that everything is in one place. I can see all contacts, send emails and setup follow-ups without switching between different tools

Setting up automatic follow-up emails is actually quite easy. Once I created a few sequences, I didn't have to worry much after that. It keeps sending messages on time, which helps because earlier we used to forget or delay replies. This has made things more consistent for us.

What I like most is that the UI/UX is very clear and easy to use. It also has one of the best automation systems out there—I use automations a lot, and this is by far the best one I’ve worked with. I also love the CRM management: the way it filters tags and organizes everything about each contact into columns makes it very straightforward and simple to manage. What I dislike most is the email builder. It’s clunky, hard to use, and not very intuitive.

Another thing I don’t like is the reporting system. The way it filters and displays metrics is difficult to understand and navigate. I’d prefer it to be more straightforward and focused on what matters, like email title effectiveness, open rate, and click-through rate.

We recently started using Zoho Bigin CRM for managing enquiries and student interactions at Sankhyiki, and the experience so far has been very smooth.

What we really like about Bigin is its simplicity. Unlike many CRMs that feel complicated and overwhelming, Bigin is extremely easy to set up and start using. The pipeline view makes it very intuitive to track leads from enquiry to conversion, which is very helpful for an education business like ours where we deal with a large number of student queries.

Another great aspect is the integration capabilities with email and other Zoho tools, which makes communication and follow-ups much more organized. The interface is clean, responsive, and easy for the team to adopt without requiring extensive training.

Zoho Bigin solves this problem by giving us a structured pipeline to manage all leads in one place. We can easily track every enquiry from the initial student inquiry to final course enrollment, ensuring that no potential student is missed.

The automation and task management features are also very helpful. Follow-ups, reminders, and communication history are all recorded in one system, which saves time and improves team coordination. The most interesting feature for me is the CRM Integration and Sync, Having lead and outreach data flow platforms without constant manual imports makes a noticeable difference. It helps keep records consistent, ensure sales teams are working with Up To Date information, and reduces the friction that usually comes with managing tools. What do you dislike about Salestarget.ai?

One thing we observed is that sync timing and field mapping occasionally need monitoring, especially wen dealing with large or fast moving datasets. There were moments where updates didn`t reflect instantly or required a quick check to confirm everything aligned correctly. The one friction point I ran into was with the memory/business info section. I filled out my business details there, but when using the AI to create a campaign, it didn't seem to pull from that information automatically — I had to re-enter things manually. There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering. Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.

Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.
