The one thing which I dislike about salesforce sales cloud is that the lightning UI is is sometimes takes too much time to get loaded. For example, If I make any kind of changes in the page layout or in flexi page (lightning record page) it takes too much time to get reflected which is a headache for me as a developer. What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I appreciate most about Power Automate is its new design and improved connectivity. The updated user interface makes it much easier to add blocks for connections and use them in a more intuitive way. I also value the Flow Checker, which alerts users to errors—this is an extremely helpful feature. In addition, the Flow Run viewer provides clear insights that make troubleshooting and monitoring much easier. The implementation of flows and their seamless integration with Power Apps have been especially beneficial, as I use Power Automate frequently alongside Power Apps. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I believe the AI implementation in Power Automate is very helpful. If a user encounters an error, it would be even more beneficial if the system could suggest appropriate AI tools or automatically recommend the required components. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. The software itself is incredibly flexible. We’ve been able to easily customize it to track the specific fields and data that matter most to our business. That kind of adaptability is rare and invaluable.

Another standout feature is the real-time data access. Everything is live, which means we’re always working with the most current information—no delays, no syncing issues.

What do you dislike about Ohanafy?

There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering. Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.

Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.
