What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like that Pipedrive is very customizable, and we've been able to build it in a way that works for what we need. It allows us to keep our client list and prospect list organized and use it for traditional CRM functionalities, like keeping a database of all our leads, prospects, clients, and customers. Additionally, we've been able to use Pipedrive to keep track of projects, such as providing cost estimates, processing orders, and communicating with vendors. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I definitely love the ability to track everything after sending a campaign or starting an automation. I love the integrations with other services that I use like Calendly, Wordpress, and even Stripe. It really feels like a one stop shop where you can get a good idea of how things are performing. I really like the new suggestions for segmenting contact lists for analysis and testing. It's proven to be a good tool with not too great a learning curve. I was able to start sending emails soon after learning the basics and their learning library is VERY comprehensive. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

As much as AI can be useful, I absolutely hate the new homepage they are pushing. Thankfully I can revert to the original dashboard version for now. It gives a good at a glance idea of how everything is doing. I'm also not a fan of the AI creation features for images and writing in general since it's so obvious once finished that it was generative AI. I think using the AI features for analyzing and tips is the better way to go. There's not enough information for it to really create useful things about niche topics like what I'm marketing. ActiveCampaign is helping solve the issue of having to manually approve everything as I work on growing my business. I've added a course feature to website and created funnels. As my email list grows, it would be an absolute nightmare to have to respond and forward freebies for example manually. Also, with the ability to segment along with analytics, it's keeping me from flying blind. Most people on an email list really don't interact even if you beg. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. One thing I dislike is that when I log in to Mekari Qontak on one of my devices (mobile phone/laptop) and activate my agent account, I sometimes find on another device that my account still shows as inactive (whether due to signal or other issues). The company I work for is a small business that started two years ago. Before this, we only used a regular business chat application, with shifts shared among several people. In that setup, I noticed that some people sometimes ended up working more than others, while others worked less. With Qontak Mekari, the workload for each agent is now divided much more evenly, which feels fairer overall. There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering. Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.

Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.
