The simplicity of the implementation, the UI/UX, the support from the team and sales features.

It's quite intuitive and easy to use, the deplyment was smooth. It's easy cgnitive load-wise as a daily driver and workflows can be easily replicated/integrated.

The TAT for customisation is a bit on the longer side, but the team is transparent and diligent

We needed transparency and predictibality in our sales and a platform to seamlessly integrate with our demand generation and business operations. Happsales was the answer.

They provide immediate resolution of issues and doubts, ensuring quick and effective support. Highly commendable service and support. Mr. Chandra Prakash is always there to help with resolving our issues and doubts in navigating the software.

The app's font color could be darker instead of light grey to enhance readability. A deeper shade improves contrast, making text clearer and reducing eye strain for users, especially in low-light environments . I have informed Mr. Chandra Prakash, the SPOC regarding this aesthetic issue, they are working on this.

**What problems is HappSales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Happsales simplifies data management for CRM calls and Sales team activities. Previously, using multiple Excel sheets for various purposes was cumbersome and confusing and we used to maintain separate sheets for CRM and Sales. Now it is more convenient. Happsales streamlines this process, making it easy. Generating weekly and performance reports is now an effortless task, enhancing efficiency and clarity. Collating the information has become more easy.

This solution has no downside since anything you need from a CRM is there.

Acceptance of Sales People is very well taken care of. It is a Voice-enabled Mobile version that is fun to enter the data. You can see where your Sales Team is lacking & make decisions accordingly to close more deals with high priority. Accurate Forecast & Strategically Managing Accounts with hierarchy are a few great features of the product.

This solution has many features that make it apart from other CRM solutions. It has a Voice assistant to book meetings and enter the notes of conversations with customers.

**What do you dislike about HappSales?**

Some additional features like raising Invoices and Quotations through Email directly from the CRM would be great to have.

**What problems is HappSales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage the opportunities in detail. Multiple contacts can be added to a single account with a hierarchy. The software can enter strategic data like the contact is an influencer, neutral or supporter etc. Managing Large and Major Accounts is excellent in this solution, and it also gives you the provision to do the BANT Analysis, which is of great help.

Too many dashboards. Rest all seems good with Happsaes. Working perfect with our line of business

I can get all the leads entered in one place and keep track of it. The most beneficial point of it is the mobile version where even the location map can be entered and the entire address gets registered onto the Happsales. Also the voice talk is the very important where instructions can be done over phone
