The simplicity of the implementation, the UI/UX, the support from the team and sales features.

It's quite intuitive and easy to use, the deplyment was smooth. It's easy cgnitive load-wise as a daily driver and workflows can be easily replicated/integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
