What do you like best about Ohanafy?

Support was the number one factor in our decision to move to a new software company—and Ohanafy has exceeded our expectations. From personal experience, their support is truly top-tier. The team is always available, responsive, and best of all, it's real people—local and live—who understand our needs.

The software itself is incredibly flexible. We’ve been able to easily customize it to track the specific fields and data that matter most to our business. That kind of adaptability is rare and invaluable.

Another standout feature is the real-time data access. Everything is live, which means we’re always working with the most current information—no delays, no syncing issues.

What do you dislike about Ohanafy?

There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering. What do you like best about Ohanafy?

The customer support is second to none, Mackenzie "Mack" Fenn is incredibly quick with responses to any issues that may arise and always has a solution! Moving to this software from our previous interface was a bit daunting at first, but once we got into it we realized just how user friendly the system is and I couldn't imagine ever using something else at this point. What do you like best about Ohanafy?

The software itself is really intuitive and easy to navigate. It's helping us place our invoices seamlessly and allowing us to have easy-to-view dashboards with where our product is actually being sold! The accessibility to CRM data at your fingertips might be one of the best systems we've brought into our company. The ease and use of building invoices and packaging products of our production line have drastically decreased the time spent in our offices. The software has enabled us to pivot very quickly if edits need to be made and the real time reports are incredibly helpful for our team meetings each and every week.
