**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

What I like most about Ohanafy is its ability to handle combined client‑vendor relationship management within the same workspace, which fits our Santa Fe Digital Labs agency workflow really well. Most CRMs I’ve tested are built mainly for sales lead tracking, and vendor management is treated as an afterthought. Ohanafy lets us store paying clients and freelance vendor partners side‑by‑side, and I can directly link vendor profiles to the exact client projects they support. This paid off big during our busy summer campaign season, when we were running multiple parallel brand projects relying on a whole roster of freelance designers and copywriters. Before Ohanafy, account managers had to jump between FileCloud, spreadsheets and chat threads just to pull up vendor contact info and past feedback. After linking each vendor record to its matching client profile inside Ohanafy, account managers could open a client record and instantly view assigned vendors plus historical collaboration notes all in one spot, cutting down tons of cross‑system chasing. I also appreciate the straightforward permission controls. I can give our project delivery team read‑only access so they can look up client and vendor contact details they need for day‑to‑day execution, while locking away sensitive financial and pricing data only for sales and operations. This proved valuable when one of our project leads needed vendor contact details for a fast‑turnaround deliverable; they got what they needed without any risk of accidentally altering critical account information. That said, permissions don’t support fine‑grained field‑level locking, so I still have to stay careful when assigning roles. Overall, the native capability to tie clients and vendors together securely in one shared workspace is Ohanafy’s biggest strength for our mid‑size agency operations.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

Ohanafy's native sales pipeline functionality is quite limited for our agency‑style multi‑stage sales cycles covering initial inquiry, discovery call, proposal review, contract negotiation and onboarding kickoff. It does not offer enough configurable pipeline stages out of the box, forcing us to lean heavily on custom tags to track deal progress. Unfortunately, tags cannot feed into real pipeline forecasting reports. During our busy fall sales quarter, our sales team could not get a consolidated visual view of all active opportunities. We had to export raw contact data every week and build manual spreadsheets for forecasting, which burned several hours of our team’s time week over week. Bulk CSV importing is also a consistent headache. When we migrated our combined client‑vendor dataset over from Clarify CRM, we hit tag‑field misalignment that generated dozens of partial duplicate contact records. There is no import preview feature, so we could not spot mapping mistakes before data was written into the system. I spent nearly half a workday manually cleaning up hundreds of messed‑up records. The lack of native webhook support makes things harder still. Whenever client retainer status or assigned vendor changes inside Ohanafy, those updates cannot auto‑push to our other tools. Earlier this year, we updated retainer status for about fifteen clients, and those changes never synced out. Our Zigpoll survey tool kept sending outdated follow‑up sequences, and I had to manually cross‑check and correct records across platforms. The initial setup was far more complex than anticipated; we built all custom tags and relationship‑link logic completely from scratch, with no agency‑ready templates. Since we don’t have a dedicated CRM administrator, all data cleanup and troubleshooting lands on me, making import failures and mapping errors extra disruptive to our daily workflow.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we adopted Ohanafy, our client and vendor data was badly siloed across Clarify CRM, FileCloud, and various offline spreadsheets. Sales held lead data in the old CRM, account managers stored client notes in private spreadsheets, and project teams kept freelance vendor contacts inside our cloud storage. Team members wasted large amounts of time hunting for basic background information whenever account hand‑offs happened. We had a real‑world incident last summer: a senior account manager took unexpected leave, and critical context for multiple active brand clients plus their preferred freelance vendors only existed inside their personal spreadsheets. Our team lacked complete records for days, and we nearly missed a key creative deliverable deadline for one of our important clients. That messy situation was a major wake‑up call for us. We use Ohanafy to centralize client and vendor data in one shared workspace, drastically cutting down time spent digging for scattered details and lowering miscommunication risks during staff transitions. Sales, account management and project delivery all work off the same shared records now. When an account hand‑off occurs, new team members can review client history and linked vendor profiles directly inside Ohanafy. Even so, we still have to stay vigilant. As I saw during our CSV migration, bad imports can create duplicates and corrupted records. I also learned the hard way that without webhook syncs, status changes stay trapped inside Ohanafy. After one status update batch, mismatched data caused our Zigpoll survey responses to get paired to wrong client profiles, requiring manual cross‑reference fixes. It solves our core data‑fragmentation pain point well, but we still need regular manual validation to keep our cross‑system data consistent and avoid costly missteps for our client projects.

Support was the number one factor in our decision to move to a new software company—and Ohanafy has exceeded our expectations. From personal experience, their support is truly top-tier. The team is always available, responsive, and best of all, it's real people—local and live—who understand our needs.

The software itself is incredibly flexible. We’ve been able to easily customize it to track the specific fields and data that matter most to our business. That kind of adaptability is rare and invaluable.

Another standout feature is the real-time data access. Everything is live, which means we’re always working with the most current information—no delays, no syncing issues.

Overall, Ohanafy has been a game-changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering.

Ohanafy has helped us solve several operational challenges, bringing efficiency and ease to our daily workflows.

Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.

Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.

Overall, Ohanafy has significantly improved our operational efficiency and data accessibility.

Continually developing beverage management software with excellent customer service.

I have really not found anything that I do not like that Ohanafy wasn't able to remedy in quick fashion.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have addressed long-standing challenges we faced with inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and procurement in our two warehouses. Previously, we also had difficulties with reporting accuracy when using our former beverage software provider. In a short period, they have developed reporting tools that now help us manage our warehousing and distribution functions more effectively.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The customer support is second to none, Mackenzie "Mack" Fenn is incredibly quick with responses to any issues that may arise and always has a solution! Moving to this software from our previous interface was a bit daunting at first, but once we got into it we realized just how user friendly the system is and I couldn't imagine ever using something else at this point.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

Truthfully I have not experienced any issues that were not simply user error. Ohanafy has made my life at work much easier, and has led me to become far more efficient during the work day.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the program allows us to visualize any and every single data point that we may have, we have been able to be more efficient in making packaging decisions, cast smarter sales forecasts, and maintain a sufficient level of inventory of raw materials without ever cutting it close to running dry.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The software itself is really intuitive and easy to navigate. It's helping us place our invoices seamlessly and allowing us to have easy-to-view dashboards with where our product is actually being sold! But for me the thing that I personally really appreciate the most is the responsive human help. Shout out to the Big Mack (Mackenzie)!

No dislikes on my end, everything about the system and the company has been to my liking.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates ordering, inventory, recipes, production, sales and deliveries seamlessly. Giving us a great overview of where our products are being sold as well as how much revenue is being generated per region which is an important data point for us. We have found that it is extremely easy to work with with the way the pages are layed out and what all the system has the power to do.

Ohanafy has a great user interface, and is easy to navigate. Our transition over was great, and the amount of features Ohanafy has is amazing. The customer support team is also great, and very responsive.

I don't love the sales force app that you can use to access ohanafy, I find the website is easier to navigate.

Ohanafy does so many things well, it can be hard to choose just one best part, but if push came to shove, I would say the customer service is the best part of Ohanafy. While the software itself is comprehensive and works smoothly, the customer service and implementation teams that we were paired with seemed to really care about the success of our business.

I have had no problems with the software, therefore I have nothing to dislike!

Ohanafy is helping our brewery streamline its information and providing new insight into our operations. It has consolidated all of our information into one space where we can access everything quickly and efficiently. On top of that, Ohanafy provides any analyses we may want for any of our beers at the click of a button.

Such an easy set up process! We had a great onboarding experience with Ohanafy and now using the software itself daily is a dream. It's so easy to navigate and use and supplies us with the tools needed to retain the information we need.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The accessibility to CRM data at your fingertips might be one of the best systems we've brought into our company. The ease and use of building invoices and packaging products of our production line have drastically decreased the time spent in our offices. The software has enabled us to pivot very quickly if edits need to be made and the real time reports are incredibly helpful for our team meetings each and every week.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

There have been some gaps pop up since onboarding. However, every single time something I need comes up it's taken care of. The customer service aspect is top notch. I have yet to find a limitation that can't be patched in within an hours time.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timeliness of doing admin has drastically helped us focus more on the products we're making and the relationships we're building.

Ohanafy has all the tools you need in one place. Everyone there is easy to work with and very willing to help both with implementation and creating any additional reports or documents that you might need. I use this on a daily basis for all my day to day tasks, from recipes to inventory.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

The integration took some time, but this was not too surprising as everyone at Ohanafy became familiar with our process and we learned to navigate a new system.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Production scheduling, inventory tracking, order management. Ohanafy is a one stop shop. I was previously using a few different systems to do all that I can do within Ohanafy. This has simplified my daily workload tremendously. And any reports I need are generated within the system as well.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

You can do pretty much everything you need, from creating invoices to managing orders, managing stock, customer management and in-depth reports on anything you can think of. The team, in particular Mack, have been of great assistance whenever we need support. It is app enabled, so we can use it wherever and whenever, and it integrates with our other systems.

The sales app is very helpful and actually allows me to track more than just invoices. The sales tactics it has natively allows us to track down more leads and understand the market that is buying our product.

The exclusive reporting and dashboards have been a great feature to utilize. It's very easy to generate a report that used to take an extensive amount of time to do. The support team has been top tier as well, they get back to me almost within minutes of reaching out.

Ohanafy has given us the ability to see our data in more than just one way, but tailored to each of our employees roles. Sales can see sales data, and our production team enjoys the process of tracking their batches and data points through their brew logs.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The customer service and their willingness to make changes and customize features. Ohanafy is probably the most customizable brewery management software on the market. Although, it does take more time and effort on the users part to work with Ohanafy to get it set up they way the user wants and to learn how to navigate compared to other platforms. I guess that's just a result of this not being a cookie cutter, one size fits all software.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

I find the program difficult to navigate without contacting Ohanafy. Due to the amount of customization available, it can be a bit overwhelming at first and hard to find what you're looking for, or knowing what all is available on Ohanafy. This can be fixed by talking with Ohanafy and having them make the changes you need, show you which report has the info, show you how to navigate the page, etc. One more thing, the reports, though many, can be a bit frustrating because if the report exists, the name of it might not be what you consider obvious which make it near impossible to find without asking Ohanafy. That being said, if the form report doesn't exist, they'll make it for you.

Tax forms and state DOR report. It saves us considerable time. Customizing the brew day and cellar data to contain the info and have the look we want.

The system itself is very user friendly. I've never gotten lost in the system, but even if I were to not be able to find what I needed there are so many ways to be able to find what I am looking for. Whether it is a specific recipe, item, account, it's so easy to manage!

There isn't anything that I dislike about Ohanafy. They are the new kids on the block, but they have done a magnificent job at branding themselves around our industry and priding themselves on customer success.

Before we found Ohanafy we didn't know how we were going to manage the aspects of our business. We sell and produce RTD's (ready to drink) and also have a co-packing business. Their reports and dashboards have been a game changer for us. It's so easy for us to create a report and understand where the data is coming from. User layout is easy to follow and everything has a place.

Nothing at the moment, they are consistently updating the software which is a big plus. They've implemented a lot of our feedback and listen to us.

We now have all of our data in one place! Everyone can see what they need to see and I am able to truly understand what our ROI is on our beer. Their mobile app is great to work on the road and has no limitations when comparing it to the desktop. The way Ohanafy is set up is super easy to use. Everything down to the item has a link so it's not hard to find and makes it almost impossible to get lost in the system. Anytime I have had a question about something, my CSM has gotten back to me in a very timely manner. They give the best customer service.

Ohanafy is very intuitive and has many customized reports that help me predict what I need to forecast. Keeping track of what is being brewed what days, what steps are required to be completed has helped us create a new process that otherwise wouldn't have been possible.

Since switching to Ohanafy our business model has become more efficient and effective, saving time and money across the board. When first signing on, the employees spent ample time getting us adjusted and comfortable with the new system. We have already increased our profits in such a short period of time and as a small family owned brewery, every penny counts. <br><br>Highly recommend this platform and their sales team!

There's nothing negative to say on our end. We were skeptical of jumping ship to work with Ohanafy as it is a newer company but within a short few months we have already seen an increase in revenue and tighter margins within our brewery and production facilities. On Ohanafy, all of their apps speak to one another. Inventory speaks to sales, sales speaks to production, and production speaks to inventory. It is very user-friendly and has helped me become 10x more organized than I ever was before.

“Our production team and head brewer has loved using Ohanafy after making the switch off one of the leading systems that we’ve used the last 5 years.

We have saved a ton of time being able to leverage the in depth analytics their platform provides us and we’re very happy to say that we couldn’t be more thrilled to have made the switch.

If I had to say something I disliked about Ohanafy, it would be the number of clicks necessary to perform each function, although I also know that this is ultimately necessary, as the software is incredibly thorough.

Inventory tracking, keg placement management, sales analytics, route planning, etc. All of the day-to-day headaches that are generally part-and-parcel with a sales position become a background issue that is handled almost entirely by the software.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

What is most helpful about Ohanafy are the people and the support team. Everyone is always ready to help or just interact and communicate. It's very refreshing to find amazing people so attentive.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. If there is ever any bugs that arise, the team has responded very quickly and taken care of business. I would like to see improvements with the App UI

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any problems that Ohanafy solves benefits me, as I'm using the app and desktop site all day. By solving any problems, it makes our business run smoother and be more successful.

I like that, as the sales guy, I can create my invoices independently without relying on others.

The system is in constant flux sometimes; as we learn, we highlight changes that would maybe benefit the system

At this point in time I have no issues with the system that the administrator has not taken care of

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The ability to create custom reports and visualize them on dashboards is second to none. I can see graphs updated daily on the health of my business. Anytime we need help, the team at Ohanafy is quick to respond and loves incorporating our feedback to enhance the product.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

They haven't been at it for long, so we are finding little issues here and there, but as soon as we report them, they get fixed. I'm impressed at how much functionality there is, given how young the product is. Many of their competitors that have been around for years lack much of the functionality already available in Ohanafy.

Excellent visibility into our company's data that all users can use.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The user interface is very clean and modern and is easy to follow along.

The dedication their team has to making us successful on their platform is unrivaled in our industry.

I wish they came along years ago!

Nothing so far. Just make sure you continue to invest in your customer service as your grow!!

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's keeping us organized and lets us see what we need to do every day.

By using their reports we can see nice visuals and charts that summarize all of the "things" that are happening on our side that need our attention which is letting a lot less "slip through the cracks".

Ohanafy's UI is comprehensive. Everything is where it needs to be.

Nothing to dislike. The only challenge is the onboarding, but it's well worth it.

Ohanafy lets you track everything in the brewery down to the ounce. We can see exactly where we're spending and making money, which enables us to improve in every way.

Ohanafy is very user friendly and their customer service is unmatched. Ohanafy's analytics help me visualize important KPIs that enable me to make the right decisions for my brewery. I couldn't imagine managing my business without Ohanafy and excited to see the continued growth and innovation they will continue to bring.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Ohanafy.

It allows my team to stay easily organized and have reports that are easily accessible to make key decisions on a daily basis. It also automates state and federal tax reporting which saves me hours each month!

Ohanafy has been very user friendly for management of sales, inventory, production and tracking of our products/finished goods.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

It is a little newer, there's going to be some small curveballs and issues with finding certain things, or something not working the way it should. But they are receptive and quick to make the necessary changes to create a better experience.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and tracking of financial aspects of productions, sales, inventory and supplies. It is also helping us with organizing routes for deliveries and managing time better.
