What really changed the game for the Blossom marketing team was how Mekari Qontak turned our chaotic communication into a streamlined garden. Here are the highlights:

The Omnichannel Magic: Before Qontak, my team was jumping between Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and Facebook like they were in a sprint. Having a single unified dashboard for all customer interactions allowed us to maintain a consistent brand voice without the burnout.

WhatsApp Business API & Automation: The ability to send out automated broadcasts that don’t feel like "spam" is huge. We can trigger personalized updates and use chatbots to handle basic FAQs, which frees up my creative team to focus on actual strategy rather than answering "Is this in stock?" 100 times a day.

Data-Driven Insights: As a Head of Marketing, I live for the analytics. The reporting tools gave us a clear view of agent performance and customer response times. It’s much easier to scale when you can actually see where the "blooms" are happening in your conversion funnel.

Seamless Integration: It played very nicely with our existing CRM, meaning no lost leads. Every interaction is logged, so we never miss an opportunity to re-engage a customer with a personalized offer.

"It’s a powerful tool, but it requires a bit of patience during the honeymoon phase. If you aren't careful with your automation logic, it can feel a bit robotic—which is the last thing a brand like Blossom wants for its community.

Mekari Qontak solved our biggest bottleneck: sheer communication chaos.

Before we brought them on board, I cannot track my team conversation with our customers, since every campus has dedicated WhatsApp number. My team was constantly losing track of conversations, and leaving people on read for hours simply because a message slipped down the queue. We were dropping leads left and right, and it was actively hurting our brand reputation.

**What do you like best about Mekari Qontak?**

After using Mekari Qontak for about 6 months, it has significantly helped our team communicate with customers more efficiently. The broadcast feature allows us to reach many customers quickly, and the chatbot feature is very useful in assisting and automating customer conversations. It makes our customer communication much more organized and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Mekari Qontak?**

One downside is that exporting or retrieving chat/data cannot be done directly by users. We currently need to contact the Qontak team to request the data, which can take quite some time. It would be great if there were a self-service export feature to make the process faster and more efficient.

**What problems is Mekari Qontak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mekari Qontak helps us solve the problem of communicating with many customers at the same time. With the broadcast feature, we can send information or promotions to many customers quickly. The chatbot feature also helps handle incoming chats, making our response faster and reducing the workload of our team.

Before we used Mekari Qontak, our school had several separate WhatsApp service numbers across different departments, making it difficult and confusing for prospective parents and students who wanted to contact the school regarding finances, catering, pick-up, PPDB (School Admissions), and so on.
Since we started using Mekari Qontak, all of our problems and concerns have been alleviated, and handling the needs of prospective parents and students has become much easier.

As a customer service agent, I find Mekari Qontak very convenient because I can access it through the mobile app or the website. This makes it easy for me to work remotely without needing expensive devices. The features in Mekari Qontak are also straightforward, and in my opinion it has the cleanest UI, so I don’t get confused while using it.

**What do you dislike about Mekari Qontak?**

One thing I dislike is that when I log in to Mekari Qontak on one of my devices (mobile phone/laptop) and activate my agent account, I sometimes find on another device that my account still shows as inactive (whether due to signal or other issues). As a result, my performance is considered to have declined because it looks like I wasn’t active on time.

**What problems is Mekari Qontak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company I work for is a small business that started two years ago. Before this, we only used a regular business chat application, with shifts shared among several people. In that setup, I noticed that some people sometimes ended up working more than others, while others worked less. With Qontak Mekari, the workload for each agent is now divided much more evenly, which feels fairer overall. I also found that, with its features, we can separate serious customers from those who are not.

We are using this product/service daily, 24x7. It really very simple and easier to use, have many feature such as broadcast message, schedule, and tagging customer etc. The customer support is always ready and fast to solve our problem. And there is a feature about report for our agent, so we can evaluate and make more better performing every month.

There is no issue about the Mekari Qontak so far.

Before using Mekari Qontak, we have some problem. Such as our whatsapp don't have blue tick, the customer was uncertain about us, they doubt we are fake. After using Mekari Qontak, everyone put in trust, and there is no doubt again to us. Our social media become in one dashboard, no need again using more devices to login our account. And now we can share broadcast message for giving promo or information to our customer in one time,  handling our customer more efficiently, and make more productive.

What I dislike is that the AI Agent feature is considered an add-on. This means we have to make an additional payment on top of our regular subscription if we want to fully utilize the AI to assist our CS team

Easy to access, full features, no hassle. There is even a mekari qontak (qontak chat mobile) app that allow ls me to replay to customer messages outside of store hours. I think Mekari Qontak is the best among others. 
My store is located in Bogor Trade Mall, and i even recommended Mekari Qontak to the mall management.

The most valuable feature of Mekari Qontak is the WhatsApp Broadcast API. It provides unlimited broadcast capability with a clean and intuitive UI/UX, making integration and implementation with our engineers very straightforward. We can easily create and submit message templates for Meta’s approval before sending broadcasts to customers. In addition, our customer service team can monitor campaign performance and respond directly to customer replies, which makes the workflow highly efficient.

Overall, Mekari Qontak works very well for our needs. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that the reporting and analytics dashboard could be even more detailed. Having more advanced insights would make it easier to measure campaign performance in real time.

We can easier to manage the database also with detail information, customer journey, and more advanced features on ticketing and pipeline. Hence we can control and make a comprehensive report

The uploading process take a little bit long time. So when you upload tons of data, the process take long time and you can not continuously refresh, because it gonna be error. The one that you can do is waiting with patience and do refresh periodically once in 10-15 minutes.

When we upload more than 5000 list in once, there is a little problem. That is failed notification on the screen, whereas the system is still processing the data. It will affect people who use Qontak for the first time

I've been using WABA from Qontak for about 2 months and it's been very useful for me. Blasting messages have been so much easier for my team, it's also efficient because with only one account WhatsApp you can access many devices and agents, like in our Faculty, since we have 5 administrators, so they can just log in with 1 account only.

**What do you dislike about Mekari Qontak?**

I think the Qontak system would be awesome if they update some of the features. I'm pretty sure the system will run smoothly after improvement. Hopefully, we would not find the lag/bug on the system.
