**What do you like best about RSoft CRM?**

Avoiding repeated follow up of the client from different team in same office. It also very helpful for filtering the client and convert for the booking process. The Notification bell is very useful for the user to call back the client in the right time.

**What do you dislike about RSoft CRM?**

On the starting We use to request email for  each and every problem sort out. Now a days it is very user friendly. That issues also been sort out by them in the recent month.

**What problems is RSoft CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have customized the report sheet as we prefer. often we request them to change user name and password for the new joining staff. But now they have customized it now. Now days admin can change or edit the staff details. And also last 50 crm entries are visible to all the employee so they can easily updated day to day reviews and follow ups of  others also .

quick action which helps to attend leads much easier to daily follow-up and sending daily reports on mail helps to monitor updates of sale conversion

currently no feature that was dislike to us

Rsoft helps us to track and update customer based on their required information with timely follow-up notification and helps tell caller to check the complete track of the customer from the initial stage to closed won

**What do you like best about RSoft CRM?**

I would prefer using Rsoft CRM due to its Speed and Accuracy, User friendly, Best customization support product I have ever worked with, Efficient auto-dialer option in Mobile App which helped my executive dial 450 calls per day.
Escalations are addressed in short span of time.
Great technical support by  Chockalingam, Shivani & rest of the team headed by Pradeesh.

Nil - We have solution for all technical questions. Hence no flaws at all.

Rsoft CRM is basically managing our leads. It plays a major role in our business by securing our data and ease work flow.

We have been associated with Rsoft from last 2 years and we have had a very positive experience with them. Their sales, support team have been very good and they have set good system for any query/support required. Our overall experience has been very good and we would surely recommed it to other developers.

They are good at their work and we do not have much to comment on this.

It's easy to manage all my leads within a single software. I received multiple customization options from rsoft, such as report and workflow features, which I didn't have in my previous software customization and high budget.

Previously, we did not maintain any leads, follow-ups, notifications, or similar tasks. After we started using the RSoft CRM, we were able to manage follow-ups and leads more effectively. We also purchased the R Dialler for our sales team its working good.

What I like best about RSoft CRM is it's user friendly interface and high level of customization. It's easy to tailor workflows, automate tasks, without needing deep technical tools are  especially strong, helping us stay their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance

I used one year with RSoft CRM, I can confidently say it's been smooth and no issues
