**What do you like best about Goals.com?**

Compared to my last position at a different company, I'm thankful we currently use this easy to adopt platform. Being new in the last few months, it's been easy for me to get used to the cadence and systems of the role.

**What do you dislike about Goals.com?**

Redundancy in notifications. I almost always have the portal open, so I don't need the emails as much as maybe someone else would, but the info is clear and shared numerous ways.

**What problems is Goals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of leads and opportunities with my sales team leader and the rest of our team.

This platform helps our team manage our goals and our active leads in real time. The best thing is the subtle changes to the platform over time that continually make it better while not making it confusing to learn or use.

The chat function looks useful, but I already have some pretty established lines of communication with my teammates.

**What do you like best about Goals.com?**

The experience overall has been phenominal. We loved how easy it was to get implemented. We use goals daily with many powerful and positive features presented a very simple way. We have been very pleased with the customer success team and their ability to listen to our needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Goals.com?**

We have some internal metrics that we need to capture that are not yet in goals, but it wouldn't suprise us to see them in here in the near future.

**What problems is Goals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled getting organized internally and lacked confidence in our sales pipeline. We spent an absorbinate amount of time trying to figure out what metrics really mattered to drive our business forward. We are very pleased with how goals brought us the ability to focus on mastering business fundementals. It has helped to drive team accountability, bring a positive culture shift, and focus on impacting our bottomline.

**What do you like best about Goals.com?**

Our team is always out and about completing projects for our clients and it's once in a blue moon when all of us are around the shop around the same time. This helps us keep track of everything we need without adding more office time.

**What do you dislike about Goals.com?**

This happens with a lot of different programs, but getting the whole team to use it right away. They know how to use it, just sometimes it's not part of the routine yet since it's so new to our process.

It's keeping track of our sales and deals while we're on the road and getting our actual work done.

Before, it was really difficult for me and the team to connect on our sales tracking and pipeline. We had excel spreadsheets formatted differently for everyone and Goals has helped us really see opportunities and ways to get better.

**What do you dislike about Goals.com?**

Not much to dislike, but we don't get too much value from the messaging feature, but we have another messaging service we would consider getting rid of in place of this feature being available.

**What problems is Goals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making our team accountable to each other and our supervisors. Before it took a lot more time and a lot more effort to even just see what our sales were in a week or month. Now, everything is way clearer.

It gives our group what we need to track things, keep our focus on the 8-ball and not be distracted by features we frankly would never use.

Right now, there aren't a lot of integrations built in, but their team seems willing to work with us to build integrations going forward.

**What problems is Goals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all of our hectic sales processes and stages on track in one place. It's been nice to have this opportunity without being upsold on other features or a million other little things we could use that wouldn't help my process.

**What do you like best about Goals.com?**

The goals team was great to work with and always are there when I need them. Onboarding only took a couple of hours and was super easy and straightforward. Our team quickly adopted the tool and are enjoying how easy it is to use. I would recommend this to anyone who wants their goals and commissions tied into their CRM.

**What do you dislike about Goals.com?**

At the present time, I don’t have any complaints.

**What problems is Goals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried several different CRM’s, all ended up being too complicated and we gave up on them. Goals.com gives us the ability to track revenues, commissions and really what's important. This has saved our reps (at a minimum) 50 hours a week with gathering data for our internal reporting.

Our company is always working on a lot of leads at once. Different stages, opportunities, people to call, it can get confusing. So far, with Goals, it's been simple to keep live track of all this stuff.

So far, we don't see anything that is a negative for us.

Keeping our leads together neatly without all the bells and whistles we don't want or have time to use. It helps push our group and keep everything current.

It has really simplified our pipeline management and made our process much more transparent with managers.

I'd say the least helpful is the chat function, but that isn't because it's a bad feature, we are in-office and just don't use it regularly.

Goals has solved issues that plagued our sales team for years. Now we are saving significant time in unneccesary interactions with sales leaders to connect over the phone, email threads, and endless versions of the same spreadsheets.

Our team loves the collaboration and I appreciate the simple ways to foster some competition in our team that is spread out.

It could use some more integrations, but chatting with our rep, they are currently working on adding more of those.

As mentioned, the competition factor is really cool. The team can see the leaderboard and get fired up to work just a little harder. Also, for my perspective, commission management is important and this is the first option I’ve used that does this well.

Our team loves Goals.com! Total breath of fresh air compared to our last platform. Setup was a breeze, the team there is so great to work with. This simple platform packs quite a punch. Checks all the boxes, and then some.

The mobile app is pretty good, but not quite as good as the desktop version. If the mobile app can catch up with the quality of the desktop, that would be awesome.

Our last platform was so complicated and time consuming. Goals.com is just so much quicker and easy to use, I spend more time focusing on sales activity instead of navigating software platforms.

Goals has been very easy for our team to adopt and incorporate into our business on a daily basis. The onboarding and support team has been great in supporting us and getting our integrations working well.

I wish we would've had our new accounting platform onboarded so that we could integrate Goals with it. However, I am confident we will get that to happen here in the near future.

We have a seasoned sales team who have been in sales for 20+ years. Technology doesn't come natural and most things are done on pen and paper. Goals.com has helped our team with an easy ability enter information. It is critical to share that seeing results in real time helped drive adoption and alignment.

Goals has been a huge help in building a postive atmosphere, driving focus daily, and establishing confidence in our projected revenue. Also, the customer success team has been great and helped us get onboarded very quickly.

We would like to see more customization with the reporting.

We struggled internally with focus. Our team members were all over the place with recording and tracking opportunities. Some did consistently but many didn't. Goals has helped us shift our thinking and provide a lot of value. It has been crazy to see the impact and new found confidence in our projections!

For 3 years we couldn't generate a pipeline we were confident in. Goals provided this in a day or two of onboarding. This is an incredible tool and timesaver!

I wish we would've known about this sooner.

Due to the complexities of our business we struggled with getting our sales pipeline and forcast in a state that we could be confident in. This tool provided this in no time and helped to drive accountabilty as well. Our management team are impressed with the results and our sales team enjoy how simple there record keeping is now.

We continue to push on more integrations across our tech stack. They have helped automate the big ones but we need to continue to integrate.

We would like to be able to customize some of the reporting metrics within the platform.

We couldn't generate a sales pipeline forcast with confidence. Even when we thought we had a "final" forecast we still found large gaps. Goals has helped us tighten up our focus and be much more deliberate with our sales efforts. We love the revenue based goals to drive accountability and also how commissions are tied directly in.

The team at goals has been great to work with and I use this daily. Goals has done a great job at promoting accountability, gamifying our work, and providing a positive culture shift.

I have some minor scheduling/activity tracking views I would like added but nothing big at this time.

The commissions and ROi features are the absolute best. My job has so much more room for teaching and coaching now. Very happy to have this time to not just worry about basic bookkeeping.

No real complaints, the discussion notifications definitely pop, but that’s good to make sure we take care of them.

It’s saving a ton of time for me. I reached the point where I was basically just bookkeeping and completing some administrative tasks, not really being a sales leader.
