I like how UKG doesn't let the software designers and developers push them around. Just put stuff wherever, as long as it stacks. That's what I do at home. I'm not surprised that you put a survey at the login to UKG, I am so happy that you are concentrating on asking the Users for information after all these years. I didn't have anything to do on UKG, I was just logging on to do the triple-password mini-game. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Having worked as a developer, I wonder why there are always huge spaces in the middle of the screen and all the menus are pushed to the sides, and then nested inside other menus. When doing performance reviews, I've had times where I entered my answers, but they didn't save. I also struggled to find where to start entering new information. I don't use the laptop often but when I do, this is sometimes a problem for me. For most that are not tech savvy, they have a very hard time with the initial setup. UKG is always evolving to make the software better. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Integration with 3rd party vendors take a while to set up. We have file feeds for each of our benefit providers but sometimes we need to make an edit or set up a new vendor. The response time is slow and it takes months to set up a new vendor. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** UKG has added tip allocations and OT rules to the system to accommodate the OBBBA. We will use both. They implemented a script to add the 2025 OT to the W2. ### 15. It is difficult for me to understand the decimals sometimes.
