I do not like the partner build format where a third party builds the product. We have had so much trouble with a bad build and after a UKG optimization, we're still suffering with a bad build. We've employed another third party to try and rebuild our system but we are getting tired at throwing money at this. Our company gives us all of our vacation to use right away on January 1st. UKG shows it as accrued only.
