What do you like best about monday CRM?

I absolutely love the emails and activities feature of monday CRM, which automatically tags emails to clients and leads, making tracking incredibly efficient. This automation, combined with the AI features, helps me extract crucial information like follow-up dates and important details effortlessly. The Workflow Center is another standout feature, offering enhanced automation akin to having if-this-then-that statements that propel my work forward and prevent stagnation, ultimately saving both time and money. In my role as both a freelancer and Director of Sales, these features significantly boost my productivity by keeping communications streamlined and organized. Additionally, despite using it for both individual and team purposes, the initial setup was straightforward due to my extensive experience with monday products, making integration seamless. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I find the quotes and invoices feature of monday CRM lacking. I wish it had the ability to automatically pull in products from the deal. For instance, if I have a column or subitem for each product associated with a deal, I want the quotes tool to recognize and utilize that data. What do you like best about monday CRM?

I love that monday CRM is highly customizable, which allows it to adapt to the specific needs of any company. This is especially valuable because it offers me the flexibility to adjust the information of each contact according to the focus and needs of my organization, which is dedicated to market research. The ability to add fields and separate by types of methodologies is essential for our workflow. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One of the things I dislike about Monday CRM is the lack of proper restrictions or locks, which allows contacts to be deleted by any user. This can pose a security issue or inadequate information management. Additionally, I find that making adjustments from scratch, especially when customizing contact rules, can be complicated and not as intuitive as would be ideal. What do you like best about monday CRM?

I like the templates that were created and provided at start up. The software is intuitive and easy to work with.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The fact that every user is a paid seat. I wish there were tiers for the different levels of users. People who do the bulk of the work pay a higher tier, people who just change a status, etc would be a lower tier.

What do you like best about monday CRM?

I really like how intuitive and easy monday CRM is to use – it’s very visual and straightforward, so our whole team can jump in without much training. I love that we can all collaborate in real time, track every stage of our leads and clients, and see at a glance who’s responsible for what and what’s coming next. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The only downside for me is that I feel the CRM has a lot more potential than we’re currently using, and we’re probably just scratching the surface with the basic features. I wish I had deeper knowledge of the more advanced tools, especially around integrations and more complex automations. What I appreciate most about Monday.com is how easy it is to keep everything in order. Implementing it into my existing routine and using some of my current programs was very helpful/ It helps me keep track of leads and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks, and all my customer information is in one place instead of scattered across different apps. With easy integrations and clear prioritization, I can focus on the most important tasks and manage relationships more professionally, saving time and reducing the stress of juggling everything manually. I appreciate the versatility of Monday CRM, as it allows us to integrate all our departments into a single interface. The mass email feature is a convenient tool for reaching out to clients and makes communication much easier, as it's already built into the program. Furthermore, I find the system easy to train on due to its simplicity, which enables rapid onboarding for most people. The ease of visualization and workflow reengineering without the need for extensive external consultation has vastly improved our company's adoption of the system. It helps not only with client relations but also enhances internal workflows and staffing processes. Additionally, Monday CRM offers a cost-effective solution compared to Salesforce, as it eliminates the need for consultants and allows us the flexibility to create new workflows from scratch without any significant external assistance. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I would like the email features in monday CRM to be far more robust. The emailing out of cases is not as effective as it could be. We currently use a workaround to manage emails by publishing them within a case, like a note, but this is one of the biggest barriers. Additionally, implementing network workflows on the back end requires different modules, which in turn require more licenses. Overall, the email feature is the most frustrating aspect for me.
