
I absolutely love the emails and activities feature of monday CRM, which automatically tags emails to clients and leads, making tracking incredibly efficient. This automation, combined with the AI features, helps me extract crucial information like follow-up dates and important details effortlessly. The Workflow Center is another standout feature, offering enhanced automation akin to having if-this-then-that statements that propel my work forward and prevent stagnation, ultimately saving both time and money. In my role as both a freelancer and Director of Sales, these features significantly boost my productivity by keeping communications streamlined and organized. Additionally, despite using it for both individual and team purposes, the initial setup was straightforward due to my extensive experience with monday products, making integration seamless. I find the quotes and invoices feature of monday CRM lacking. I wish it had the ability to automatically pull in products from the deal. For instance, if I have a column or subitem for each product associated with a deal, I want the quotes tool to recognize and utilize that data.
