What do you like best about 17hats?

I love that I can keep all of my design client, project, invoicing, to-do lists, files, and notes in one place. 17hats allows me to open one software in the morning, reply to emails, send quotes (automatically, if I have that set up), and even save final files within one software. It's more than a CRM, it's a lifesaver! I'm a one-woman graphic design & marketing operation, and this keeps me organized. I know what stage each project is in (gathering info, proofing, production, etc) and whether someone has approved designs or paid project invoices. At the end of the tax year, I can tally up my numbers and run a report. Any troubles, and customer support is right on it. They are a fantastic company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 17hats?

What do you like best about 17hats?

One of the things I love most is the ability to capture leads and integrate with my website. I appreciate being able to customize and collect necessary information. Automation adds contacts to my list for easy follow-up, quotes, through invoicing and delivery. I also have taken advantage of integrations to link my customer online ordering and scheduling. Another plus for me: the support team is amazing! They patiently answer questions and help work through customizations specific to my business. What do you dislike about 17hats?

What do you like best about 17hats?

I’ve been using 17hats since 2020 — long enough to be considered a founding member — and it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in my business. As a solo PR and communications consultant, I handle everything myself, and 17hats makes that possible without the overwhelm.

I use it freqquently to send contracts, quotes and questionnaires, and the platform makes everything feel streamlined and professional. Online scheduling has saved me from endless back-and-forth emails. Clients pick a time from my availability, and 17hats seamlessly takes care of confirmations and reminders.

Invoicing is quick and polished, and I love that I can check on project statuses and payments anytime using the mobile app. It gives me peace of mind and makes it easy to stay on top of things.

Being part of the 17hats Ambassador program has also connected me with a supportive community of business owners. It’s clear the company is invested in helping us succeed.

What do you dislike about 17hats?

While I haven’t used Workflows and Pipelines as much as I’d like, I know there’s room to grow with the platform. I appreciate that 17hats is flexible enough to meet me where I am.

Sometimes a bank account stops syncing with 17hats' bookkeeping feature, but that seems to be a problem with the bank, not 17hats. And 17hats' customer suport folks have been incredibly helpful getting the account reconnected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was looking for a software that would help me connect the dots between customers, communication, customer financials, sales, etc. I had been using several other software products but everything always cost more. With 17hats I pay one price and I get everything I want and need for my small business. As a photographer who is busy and needs to spend my time working on photography, I need a software that helps me get things done and manage things daily. 17hats does it. What do you like best about 17hats?

I'm a portrait photographer, so the first tool I bought was image cataloging and editing software. Immediately thereafter, I bought 17hats to actually run my business. I didn't start slowly either - I jumped right in with both feet! Everything was so much easier once I started using it - I had a system to capture leads, I responded to them automatically, I had workflows to remind me of my next steps. Of course, I tweak my emails and my workflows as my business grows and changes, but it's so easy! I use new features as 17hats adds them. If I have questions, I get great answers from support. I love the integration with other software programs I use like ProSelect, Fundy, Zapier MailerLite, Zoom, and QuickBooks. What do you like best about 17hats?

I’ve been using 17hats for nearly 10 years, and my photo/video business quite literally runs on it. From invoicing and contracts to scheduling and client management, it keeps everything streamlined and professional.

The biggest value for me is peace of mind everything I need to keep my business organized lives in one place, and I don’t have to juggle multiple platforms. It saves time, reduces errors, and makes me look more polished to clients.

What I love most about 17hats is how it truly feels like an all-in-one business hub. From the moment an inquiry comes in, I can have a lead capture form automatically trigger the right workflow, send personalized emails, schedule consultations, and even roll straight into quotes, contracts, and invoices - all in one seamless flow. That 3-in-1 document feature (Quote, Contract, Invoice) is a game-changer for saving time and making the booking process effortless for my clients. The client portal is another favorite - it keeps everything organized in one secure place, so clients don’t have to dig through their inboxes, and I don’t waste time re-sending links or documents. Add in the Marketplace templates and I can set up systems even faster, knowing they’re tested by other professionals in my industry. If I had to choose a “dislike,” it would be that I sometimes wish there were even more customization options in templates and reporting - but I also understand that part of 17hats’ strength is its simplicity. Instead of overwhelming me with endless settings, it’s built to get me up and running quickly, without needing a tech background. The beauty is that 17hats is constantly evolving, rolling out new Marketplace items, services, and features that make the platform stronger every year. So while I might want a little more flexibility in certain areas, I’d much rather have a system that works reliably out of the box and continues to grow with my business. The first thing that got my attention was just the visual appeal and the ease of use. I had researched a lot and as soon as I opened it up for the trial, I could tell this was the CRM for me. I instantly felt more organized and much more professional sending branded emails, quotes, invoices and questionnaires to clients. What do you like best about 17hats?

I’ve been using 17hats since 2018, and it has completely transformed the way I run my photography business. Everything is in one place, clients, invoices, contracts, quotes, and questionnaires, which makes my workflow smooth and stress-free. Automatic reminders save me from chasing payments, and workflows help me stay on top of every client process. I also love the online scheduling, which makes it so convenient for clients to book with me. It really saves me time and gives me more headspace to focus on the creative side of my business.
