What do you like best about Juma?

Working with different clients (B2B growth) at once makes it difficult to manage and not forget all the context around them. When trying to create new deliverables, analyze data, do research or just brainstorm, Juma makes it easy to just start a chat with all the context and do the work much quicker in one place. What do you dislike about Juma?

What do you like best about Juma?

I have been using Juma (formerly TeamGPT) for two years, and it has evolved from my entry point into AI into the central operating system of my freelance business.

While the ability to access top-tier models (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) in one interface is excellent, the absolute standout feature is the Prompt Library. I have not seen this implemented so effectively on any other platform. It allows me to save, organize, and refine complex prompts for recurring tasks. Instead of rewriting instructions, I have a library of "standard operating procedures" ready to go.

Combined with Project Knowledge (where I can upload specific client data or quality guidelines), Juma allows me to execute complex workflows with a level of consistency and speed that wouldn't be possible otherwise.

I must also commend the support team. The communication is professional, rapid, and genuinely helpful. They actively seek customer feedback, and it feels like a true partnership rather than just a software subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juma?

From a functional standpoint, the platform is nearly flawless for my needs.

My only observation is that the branding and marketing are heavily oriented towards marketing agencies and larger teams. As a freelancer working in Quality Management, I find the tool just as powerful for individual use cases. What do you like best about Juma?

One of the biggest wins is that it already has our client data stored, so I don't need to constantly re-explain who's who or what we're working on. It just gets the context. I also really value that it's confidential to our company. When you're handling sensitive client information and strategic work, that privacy matters. What do you dislike about Juma?

Sometimes it picks up on my personal tone of voice and language style, which isn't helpful when I'm writing copy for different brands - I need it to match the brand voice, not mine. The image generation also has limitations. Once an image is created, it's really hard to make corrections or improvements to it. We've been users of Team-GPT (now Juma) since they launched in 2023. Since then they've been a core tool in our organization. We can quickly and easily create projects for each of our clients, and enhance those projects by submitting websites, files, and special instructions that ensure all prompts return consistent results. Being able to select different models from Anthropic or OpenAI is also a huge plus, it allows us to utilize the best model for specific tasks.
