What do you like best about Juma?

We've been users of Team-GPT (now Juma) since they launched in 2023. Since then they've been a core tool in our organization. We can quickly and easily create projects for each of our clients, and enhance those projects by submitting websites, files, and special instructions that ensure all prompts return consistent results. Being able to select different models from Anthropic or OpenAI is also a huge plus, it allows us to utilize the best model for specific tasks. We use Team-GPT for a variety of reasons, from website copy and social media posts, to coding and business planning. The ability for us to switch between different models is a huge benefit, as we know that some models are better suited for certain tasks. Before Team-GPT, I was constantly juggling multiple AI platforms - opening ChatGPT in one tab, Gemini in another, Claude somewhere else. What do you like best about Juma?

it is super easy to set up and start using. The trainings are also very relevant, easy to comprehend and interesting captivating the attention of the user. I also like the pricing they have and the oppotunity to run it in our Private AWS cloud making it cimpletely independent. Their customer suport is also beyond anything a customer can ask for. It is super quick and easy to get in touch with them and get your problem solved. We use the solution on a daily basis and it has changed our lives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juma?
