
I like that lemlist centralizes multichannel outreach so my reps can manage outreach and follow-ups in a single sequence, and simplify our workflow. It gives real personalization at scale with dynamic variables and images so our messages still feel human even when sending to large lists. I dislike the mobile experience because the app isn't optimized for full productivity which slows our team when they're replying on the go. A lighter mobile dashboard for quick reply handling would make it much easier to manage conversations outside the office.
