## lemlist Reviews
  ### 1. Great all-in-one tool for scaling partner outreach and maintaining deliverability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Inna L. | Global Partnerships Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The "all-in-one" nature of the platform is a huge win for us. Being able to handle cold outreach, automated follow-ups, and email warmups (via lemwarm) within a single dashboard saves us a significant amount of time. The automation workflows are intuitive and make it easy to scale our efforts without losing the quality of our campaigns.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

While the multi-channel approach is great, I’d love to see more granular customization for LinkedIn actions. Currently, the options feel a bit limited compared to the email side of the tool.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solves the two biggest hurdles in our growth strategy: email deliverability and manual outreach fatigue. By using the warmup features, we ensure our partner outreach actually lands in the inbox. It has allowed us to automate the heavy lifting of initial contact, freeing up our team to focus on closing partnerships rather than manual data entry.

  ### 2. Makes partner outreach fast, clear and easy to repeat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margaux C. | Creative Director of Brand Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I can set up a clean sequence and keep track of every conversation. I pull prospects from LinkedIn, drop them into a multichannel flow, and each morning I just follow the tasks in my queue instead of digging through my inbox. Personalisation is simple enough that I can adapt the message to each partner type without spending hours rewriting everything. Any time I have a doubt about setup or best practices, Miona from customer support has been very responsive and clear, which makes me much more confident in what we launch.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I would like a slightly more compact overview when I manage several partner campaigns at once, so I can compare them at a glance without exporting data. It is a small wish rather than a real problem though. For my day to day work, lemlist does exactly what I need, so it is a genuine five out of five from me.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes multichannel outreach, enforces consistent follow ups, and saves time while increasing replies and booked meetings.

  ### 3. Lightweight but powerful sales engagement for everyday use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Policy Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

All is good for Email / Linkedin and task management for my agency. On top of that, interactions with Miona in Customer Support have been genuinely helpful and down-to-earth, which makes rollout and troubleshooting much less stressful.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love to see a bit more depth around native lead scoring and some lighter, mobile-friendly views for handling replies on the go. Those are “nice to have” improvements rather than real blockers though

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each prospect enters a defined journey, every touchpoint is logged, and we can see how many meetings and opportunities come from each sequence, market or message. That makes it much easier to decide what to stop, what to scale, and where to invest more effort.

It also fixes a skills and experience gap in the team. Not everyone is an outbound expert, but lemlist gives us proven templates, best-practice cadences, and guardrails on volume and deliverability. New joiners don’t have to “invent” a way of doing outbound

  ### 4. All-in-One Messaging Across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and More

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin J. | Project Management , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

All channels approach. Email, WhatsApp, sms etc.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Costs Are a bit higher with all the add-ons.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that you can build a complete workflow, not just the email. After sending an email, you can also follow up by sending LinkedIn messages, and so on.

  ### 5. Super leads generation software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is its strong focus on personalization and deliverability. It makes it easy to create highly customized outreach at scale, which helps increase response rates and build more genuine connections. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to manage multichannel campaigns, track performance, and optimize sequences in one place makes it a very efficient tool for outbound prospecting. It saves time while still allowing a very human approach to outreach.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One thing I dislike about lemlist is that some advanced features can take time to fully understand and set up, especially for new users. The learning curve can be a bit steep when trying to optimize campaigns, personalization variables, and integrations. Additionally, certain limits and pricing tiers can feel restrictive when scaling outreach, and occasional delays in synchronization or campaign updates can affect workflow efficiency.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves the main challenges of outbound prospecting by making it easier to find leads, personalize outreach, and automate follow-ups across multiple channels. Instead of manually searching for contacts, writing individual emails, and managing conversations across different platforms, lemlist centralizes everything in one place. This saves significant time and reduces repetitive manual work.

It also improves deliverability and ensures emails reach prospects’ inboxes rather than spam folders, which increases the chances of getting replies. The personalization features allow me to send tailored messages at scale, helping create more meaningful interactions and improving response rates.

Overall, lemlist benefits me by making outreach more efficient, organized, and scalable, while helping me generate more conversations, opportunities, and potential business growth.

  ### 6. Took our emails out of spam and into real conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | Guest Relations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The best part of lemlist for us has been the deliverability and structure. We followed their warm-up, domain and sending recommendations and saw a clear jump in opens and replies compared to our previous setup. On top of that, sequences make it easy to mix email and LinkedIn in one simple flow, so reps don’t have to think about “what do I do next?” all day long. It’s also a big plus that the UI is very clean – new team members understand it in a couple of days.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only thing I’d improve is the depth of analytics for people who love to slice data in many ways. The current reports are totally fine for everyday management, but when we want very detailed views by segment or country, we still export a bit. That said, for ease of use, deliverability gains and day-to-day productivity,

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

emlist mainly solves our problem of sending a lot of outreach without being sure it was the right outreach. Before, we were basically doing “bulk cold email” with very little targeting or prioritisation: big lists, generic copy, and then hoping something sticks. There was no real link between what people did (opened, clicked, visited the site) and what happened next. Everyone more or less got the same follow-up, whether they were interested or not.

With lemlist, our outbound is now driven by intent instead of volume. Sequences react to what prospects do: if someone opens several times or clicks, they go down a different path than someone who never engages. We can focus effort on warm signals instead of spending time chasing completely cold contacts. That has two big benefits for us:

the team’s time is used on the most promising leads instead of spread thin on everyone,

and our messaging feels more relevant and respectful from the prospect’s point of view, which directly improves reply rates and the quality of conversations we’re having.

  ### 7. Exactly the level of structure our small SaaS team needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley P. | Human Resources Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist gives us a proper outbound engine without feeling like an “enterprise monster”. We build simple multichannel sequences, plug leads in, and the team just follows the daily tasks instead of living in spreadsheets. It’s very clear who is being contacted, on which channel, and when the next touch is due. The built-in data + LinkedIn extension make it easy to test new segments quickly. Whenever we’ve had questions, Miona on Customer Support has been quick, friendly and very hands-on, which made adoption much smoother.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love a bit more flexibility in dashboards when we want to quickly compare a few sequences or personas side by side, without exporting anything. It’s a minor limitation though

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With lemlist, a big part of that operational mess is handled automatically: leads go into a clear multistep sequence, follow-ups are scheduled, and each rep starts the day with a focused to-do list (emails to send, LinkedIn actions to do, replies to handle). That frees up time and headspace to work on what really matters better targeting, better messaging, and better callsand that’s what ends up driving more meetings and more pipeline for us.

  ### 8. Simple, human, and actually built for outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline R. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like that lemlist makes outbound feel straightforward instead of heavy. We can grab leads from their database or LinkedIn, drop them into a multichannel sequence, and reps just follow their daily tasks without juggling spreadsheets and multiple tools. Personalisation (variables, images, small tweaks per segment) is easy enough that the team actually uses it. Support has been excellent as well – Arijana from Customer Support has always given fast, practical answers when we were unsure about setup or best practices.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only thing I miss is more flexible reporting when we want to slice results by many criteria (market, persona, channel) without exporting data. It’s not a blocker at all, but it’s the one area where I see room for improvement. For everything else – ease of use, speed, and results

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With lemlist, we treat these tests like small, repeatable experiments. We spin up a targeted list, build a sequence just for that hypothesis, and track replies and meetings in one view. If something works, we turn it into a standard playbook; if it doesn’t, we kill it and move on. The benefit is that we iterate much faster: less time setting things up, more time learning what resonates, and a clearer link between “tests we run” and pipeline we generate.

  ### 9. The first outbound tool that doesn’t slow us down

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie J. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I love how quickly we can go from idea to live campaign. We pull a list from the built-in database or LinkedIn, enrich it, and launch a multichannel sequence in minutes instead of juggling three tools and a spreadsheet. The UI is clean, reps know exactly what to do each day, and the deliverability features mean we’re not constantly worrying about burning a domain. Support has also been great – Aleksa from Customer Support has helped us more than once with clear, no-nonsense advice.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only thing I’d really improve is deeper, more flexible reporting for power users – sometimes we still export data to analyse performance by segment or market. Apart from that, it does exactly what we need, which is why it’s an easy 5/5 for us.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist mostly fixes our issue of onboarding new people into outbound without restarting from zero every time. Before, when a new SDR or AE joined, we had to explain our ICP, share scattered templates in Google Docs, forward a few “good emails,” and hope they’d figure out their own routine in Gmail and LinkedIn. Ramp-up was slow and very dependent on who trained them.

Now, all of our proven sequences, messages, and cadences live directly in lemlist. A new rep logs in, picks the right sequences for their segment, and is operational in a couple of days instead of a couple of weeks. Because performance is tracked at the sequence level, we can see where they struggle and coach them with concrete data rather than vague feedback. The benefit is simple: new hires reach quota faster, managers spend less time rebuilding “how we do outbound here,” and our outreach quality stays consistent even as the team changes.

  ### 10. Modern sales engagement platform with a few gaps for advanced teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline N. | City Project Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is that it turned outbound into a daily routine we can actually stick to, instead of a big project everyone keeps postponing. As a founder, I don’t have time for complex setups, and lemlist has a very “plug-and-play” feel: we define a target, build a sequence in a few minutes, and the platform quietly keeps things moving in the background.

The way everything connects is what really stands out. We can pull prospects from their database or from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension, enrich them, and drop them straight into a sequence without living in spreadsheets. The interface is clear enough that I can see, at a glance, how many people are entering the top of the funnel, where they are in the journey, and how many demos it’s turning into. It feels less like campaign management and more like running a small, efficient machine.

I also really appreciate the attitude of the team behind the product. When I had questions about how to structure sequences for different countries and mailboxes, Aleksa from Customer Support didn’t just answer “how” but also “why”, sharing practical tips that clearly came from seeing lots of real-world setups. That kind of guidance makes a big difference when you’re not an email or deliverability expert.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There isn’t anything that would stop me from recommending it, but there are a couple of small things I notice as a power user. As soon as you start running several sequences for different audiences, you sometimes wish you could build more tailored overview screens – for example, a dashboard focused only on new market tests, or only on “warm” reactivation campaigns. You can get the numbers, but I’d love even more flexibility in how they’re presented.

I’d also be happy to see a few more “founder-oriented” playbooks out of the box (e.g. investor outreach, partnership outreach, beta user recruitment), even though the existing templates are a good starting point. That said, these are minor wish-list items. For day-to-day use, lemlist gives me exactly what I wanted: a straightforward way to keep outbound running consistently, with results I can actually track, which is why it’s a 5/5 for me.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist is mainly solving our problem of running coordinated outbound across several people and time zones without losing control. Before, SDRs and AEs were each doing their own outreach from their inbox and LinkedIn account, and it was very hard to keep track of who had contacted which account, in which language, and with what follow-up plan. When you add different regions (US, EMEA, APAC) into the mix, it quickly became messy and we were constantly worried about overlapping or missing opportunities.

With lemlist, we’ve moved that into one shared system. We can build separate sequences for each region or language, set sending windows that match local time zones, and assign tasks so it’s clear who owns which part of the outreach. Everyone sees the same timeline of touches (emails, LinkedIn actions, manual steps), so there’s no confusion about what has already been done and what comes next.

It also solves a handover and collaboration issue between SDRs and AEs. When an SDR books a meeting or gets an interesting reply, the whole conversation history is in one place, and the AE can quickly understand the context instead of scrolling through forwarded emails and screenshots. That makes handoffs smoother, reduces “what’s the story with this account?” calls, and gives prospects a more professional experience.

The benefit is that our outbound motion now feels coordinated and scalable instead of fragmented: we can run campaigns in multiple markets at the same time, with different people involved, and still trust that the process is clear, traceable, and under control.

  ### 11. The right balance between automation and genuine outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara S. | Pastry Chef, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The sequence builder makes it simple to map out a full journey—first touch, soft follow-ups, LinkedIn nudges, manual tasks—while the personalization options (custom fields, images, conditional text) keep the messages sounding like they were written for a real person, not a list. For a small team, that combination is priceless: we get scale and quality.

The built-in database and Chrome extension are also game changers. We can identify a new niche, grab relevant contacts from LinkedIn, enrich them with verified emails, and drop them straight into a tailored sequence in one sitting. That agility has completely changed how we test new markets.

I also appreciate how opinionated lemlist is about good practices. Between the Academy content, templates, and in-app guidance, you feel like the product is nudging you toward doing outbound “the right way” instead of just spamming people. It makes onboarding new reps much easier because they’re not starting from a blank page.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There’s nothing serious enough to knock it below 5/5, but there are a couple of things I’d love to see evolve. When you’re running many sequences at once, the main views can feel a bit crowded, and having more saved filters or customizable dashboards per role (SDR vs manager) would make navigation smoother.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist has mostly solved our problem of having outbound that was either “too basic” or “too heavy”. We were stuck between lightweight tools that could only send simple cold-email blasts, and big enterprise platforms that required a full-time admin to do anything. In both cases, we ended up with underused software and reps going back to their own Gmail + LinkedIn routines. lemlist gave us a middle ground: structured multichannel outreach that’s powerful enough for a serious process, but simple enough for the team to actually use every day.

  ### 12. Solid outbound layer on top of our CRM, with room to grow on analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cathy A. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The UX is very approachable for the team: the sequence view is clear, the Chrome extension makes it easy to grab prospects from LinkedIn, and the built-in database helps us quickly test new markets without needing another data vendor. Personalisation (custom fields, conditions, images) is enough to keep campaigns feeling human. And when we’ve been unsure about setup or best practices, Aleksa from Customer Support has been genuinely helpful and responsive, which made rollout smoother than with other tools we’ve tried.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only other drawback is cost as you scale: once you add several users, higher volumes and more enrichment, lemlist is clearly not the cheapest option in the stack. For us the time saved and the smoother outbound workflow justify it

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, sequences, templates and ideas were scattered across inboxes, Notion pages and old documents. That meant every new rep was basically rebuilding outbound from scratch, and we couldn’t really say “this is our playbook for this market/persona”. With lemlist, our cadences, messages and tests all live in one place, so we finally have a proper outbound library that the whole team uses and improves together.

It also fixes a quality and consistency issue. We used to notice big differences in tone and structure from one rep to another, which isn’t great for the brand and makes results hard to compare. Now we design sequences centrally, give reps room to personalize, and use the performance data to refine things instead of guessing. That’s made our outreach more coherent and easier to coach.

  ### 13. A great all-in-one prospecting tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine E. | Renewable Energy Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The interface is intuitive enough that new team members can start sending campaigns quickly, and the sequence builder is very visual — emails, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks all sit in one clear timeline. Personalisation is strong without being overkill: custom fields, conditions and images are enough to make our messages feel tailored, even when we’re running larger campaigns.

I also really appreciate the support side. When we had questions about how to structure campaigns across several client accounts and domains, Aleksandra (CSM) took the time to walk through our setup and share concrete recommendations, not just generic “best practices”. That saved us a lot of trial and error.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

We’d love more agency-oriented features out of the box, like easier cross-campaign reporting, simple client-facing dashboards, or clearer separation of workspaces without having to hack things with naming conventions.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, lemlist solved a very concrete problem: we were spending more time setting up outreach than actually doing it. We had to pull leads from one tool, clean them in a spreadsheet, import them into another tool for emails, then manually do LinkedIn on the side. Every step was an opportunity to make mistakes, duplicate people, or simply give up because it was too much admin. With lemlist, we can find leads, enrich them, and launch multichannel sequences from the same place, so campaigns go from idea to execution much faster and with far fewer manual steps.

It also fixed a coordination problem inside the team. Before, nobody had the same view of what was going on: one person had their own list, another had a different version, and nobody knew exactly how many touches a prospect had received. lemlist gives us a single timeline for each contact (emails, LinkedIn actions, tasks), so it’s clear what’s been done and what’s next. That makes handovers easier, reduces “oops, I already contacted them” moments, and gives managers a realistic view of the activity.

The direct benefit is that outbound feels lighter and more predictable. Reps stop wasting energy on copy-paste work and focus on conversations. We launch more campaigns with the same headcount, we lose far fewer leads along the way, and we can actually learn from what we do instead of restarting from scratch every month.

  ### 14. Practical, modern outreach tool that keeps our team on track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha P. | Healthcare Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist is how practical it is for day-to-day outreach. Our SDRs open it in the morning and instantly know what to do: which emails to send, who to nudge on LinkedIn, which replies to handle. There’s no need to jump between several tools or guess what the next step should be. The visual sequence builder makes it easy to design a path with emails, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks, and everyone follows the same logic.

The built-in B2B database and enrichment are also very handy. We can build targeted lists directly inside lemlist, verify emails, and push leads into campaigns without wrestling with spreadsheets. Personalization (custom fields, images, conditional content) is powerful enough that our messages don’t feel like mass blasts.

Support has been a real plus too. Any time we’ve been unsure about configuration or best practices, Arijana from Customer Support has been quick to respond with clear, concrete answers instead of generic links, which made rollout for the team much smoother.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The reporting is fine for everyday monitoring, but when you want more sophisticated breakdowns (for example, comparing multiple personas, markets or angles inside one dashboard), you end up exporting data to dig deeper.

Pricing is another point to watch. It’s fair for what the platform offers, but as soon as you add more users, multichannel steps and enrichment, it can start to feel a bit tight for smaller teams.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That made it impossible to guarantee a minimum quality, almost impossible to enforce brand tone, and very hard to train new hires. With lemlist, we’ve turned that into one shared playbook: sequences, messaging and cadence are all defined in the platform, so everyone follows the same structure and we can improve it centrally instead of rep by rep.

  ### 15. With the CMP and AI, Lemlist becomes the essential outreach tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon M. | Head of growth freelance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist was already exceptional, I have been a user as a freelancer for other companies and also on some projects for 6 years now, but since the addition of the CMP and AI features, it has become by far the best outreach tool.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Sincerely, no inconvenience in my opinion, the signal features were missing but they are coming little by little.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist allows me to streamline all outbound operations at a large scale

  ### 16. Outbound that scales with your stack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The API—we can set up and maintain campaigns, leads, and CRM data without manual clicks. The UI is straightforward to navigate, and onboarding with Jovana PAPAZ was excellent.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

No API to delete or bulk-clean CRM contacts/companies — we lost a lot of time fixing lists manually in the UI instead of automating cleanup like the rest of our workflow.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes email + LinkedIn outbound with sequences, variables, and campaign logic in one system. We benefit from running outreach at scale through the API—syncing contacts, assigning campaigns, and keeping lists current—instead of manual CRM work, which makes our B2B prospecting faster and more consistent.

  ### 17. Makes outbound painless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April B. | Interior Decor Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I can set up a clear sequence once, then lemlist runs in the background while I focus on product and calls. I pull leads from LinkedIn, drop them into a campaign, and every morning I just follow the tasks in my queue. When I got stuck on domains and tracking, Aleksa from customer support walked me through everything in plain language.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Slightly more compact view to monitor several small campaigns at once, without exporting anything. It is a small detail though, overall lemlist gives me a reliable way to keep outbound running without needing a full sales team, so it is a solid five out of five.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist fixes our messy outbound workflow by centralizing email and LinkedIn, automating structured follow ups, and handling deliverability. We spend less time on spreadsheets and manual reminders, and more time speaking with qualified prospects, which directly increases replies, meetings, and pipeline predictability.

  ### 18. Super User-Friendly and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hey D. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I really love how super user-friendly it is to use.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Maybe the AI features could be more accessible and easier to adapt to and use, without wasting so many credits.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get new prospects, filter them, and make my campaigns more efficient and faster.

  ### 19. Makes it realistic to do high-quality outbound with a small team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claude R. | Human Resources Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist makes good outbound realistic, even for a small team. We don’t have a huge SDR army, so every hour matters. With lemlist, we can build one solid sequence, plug in our leads, and let the platform handle timing, reminders and multichannel steps instead of chasing tasks in spreadsheets and calendars.
I also really appreciate the way the team interacts with customers. The few times I needed help, Arijana from Customer Support was friendly, clear, and actually tried to understand what we were trying to achieve before suggesting anything. That kind of attitude makes a big difference when you’re setting things up under time pressure.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There isn’t anything that would stop me from recommending it, but there are a couple of small things I’d improve. The first time you log in with several sequences, inboxes and teammates, the interface can feel a bit “busy” until you learn where everything lives. After a week or two it’s fine, but a slightly more guided view for new users would help.

I’d also love a few more built-in “starter packs” for different business models (SaaS, agencies, services, etc.) so you can launch your first serious campaigns even faster. That said, these are minor wishes rather than real problems.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist helped us fix a very concrete problem: our team was spending a lot of time “doing outreach” but not building a real, clean pipeline. We were buying data, exporting lists, sending campaigns from different tools, and at the end of the month it was hard to say what had actually turned into meetings and opportunities. Leads were touched once, maybe twice, then forgotten because nobody had a clear system to ensure consistent follow-up.

  ### 20. Gives our lean team “big league” outbound capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Pol B. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is that it lets a small team operate like a much bigger outbound organization. We can go from “idea” to a live multichannel sequence in a couple of hours: we pull a list from the built-in B2B database, enrich contacts, add a few prospects from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension, and plug everyone straight into email + LinkedIn + task steps without touching a spreadsheet.

The day-to-day experience for reps is very clear: they log into lemlist and see exactly which emails to send, which LinkedIn actions to do, and which replies to handle. The tool handles timing and follow-ups, so they’re not constantly bouncing between inbox, CRM and random notes. Personalization is also genuinely usable at scale – dynamic fields, personalized images, even small variations in copy – without turning every campaign into a technical project.

I also really value the onboarding and guidance. The Academy content, templates and in-product tips make it easy to give new SDRs a concrete starting point. And when we need help, Miona from Customer Support has been fantastic – fast replies, very practical advice, and a real understanding of how outbound works in the real world, not just in theory.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

here isn’t anything that would keep me from recommending it, but there are a few “nice to have” improvements I’d love to see as we keep scaling. I’d like more granular roles and permissions for bigger teams, so we can better separate what SDRs, managers and admins can change. A more advanced layer for A/B testing (especially across whole sequences, not just subject lines) and native lead scoring would also be useful as we get more data.

That said, these are future-facing wishes rather than real pain points. For what matters most – running structured, human outbound with a small team and actually learning from what we do

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves a very concrete problem for us: we had a lot of outbound activity, but almost no control over “when” and “how much” each rep was doing. Some people would batch 200 cold emails on a Monday, others spread a few messages over the week, and nobody had a clear view of the real workload or the pressure we were putting on our domains and prospects. With lemlist, we’ve moved to structured, paced sequences where volumes, timings and touchpoints are defined ahead of time. That keeps outreach sustainable for both the team and our sending infrastructure.

  ### 21. The only outbound tool my reps genuinely like using

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie L. | Souscripteur en Assurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is how fast my team went from “trying a new tool” to actually living in it every day. The UI is clean, sequences are visual, and reps immediately understand what’s going out, what’s coming back, and what they need to do next. There’s no sense of “fighting the software” like we’ve had with some heavier enterprise tools.

The combination of features is spot on for a modern sales team:

we can build multichannel sequences (email + LinkedIn + manual tasks) in a few minutes,

personalization (variables, images, conditions) is strong without being over-engineered,

and the built-in B2B database + enrichment means we spend less time chasing data in other tools.

I also really appreciate the learning resources and guidance. Between the lemlist Academy, in-app tips and templates, it’s very easy to onboard new SDRs and give them a clear, concrete playbook from day one. And whenever we hit a question, Aleksandra (CSM) has been excellent at helping us refine sequences and challenge our approach, not just showing us where to click.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There’s nothing major that would make me drop the rating, but there are a couple of things I’d like to see evolve as we grow: more role-based dashboards (for example, lighter views for SDRs and more strategic views for managers), and even deeper analytics for “power users” who want to slice performance by persona, market, and message angle without exporting data.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves a big alignment problem between marketing and sales. Before, marketing was writing “nice” outreach copy in decks and docs, while sales was rewriting everything on the fly in their own inbox. There was no single version of our outbound strategy, and it was almost impossible to know which messages were actually driving meetings. With lemlist, we build and store our sequences in one place, so everyone uses the same playbooks, and when something works, we can roll it out to the whole team in a few clicks.

  ### 22. A very complete outbound tool that makes prospecting feel manageable again

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brigitte P. | Nurse Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The interface is surprisingly friendly for non-technical users. Our reps quickly understood how to build and follow sequences, schedule tasks, and personalize their messages without needing extensive technical training. The advanced personalization (images, variables, conditional content) is available when we want to delve deeper, but the basics are simple enough that the team actually uses them in day-to-day outreach.

I also want to highlight the support side: interactions with Aleksa – Customer Support have been excellent. He took the time to walk us through some more advanced settings and helped us avoid a few mistakes with domains and sending limits. That kind of hands-on help makes a big difference when you’re setting up a tool that affects your reputation and deliverability.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The point is pricing. For what you get, it’s not unreasonable, but once you add multiple users, multichannel features and enrichment, it’s clearly not the cheapest option on the market. For us the time saved and the all-in-one aspect justify it, but smaller teams need to think about how much of the feature set they will actually use.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, we were jumping between a data provider, LinkedIn, an email tool, and spreadsheets just to launch one campaign. Every handoff (export/import CSVs, copy-paste lists, manual updates) was a potential mistake and a huge time sink. With lemlist, we can find leads, enrich them, then engage them in multichannel sequences from the same place. That means less friction, fewer errors, and campaigns that are much quicker to launch.

  ### 23. Helps us run outbound like a real growth engine, not an afterthought

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnaude B. | Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The multichannel side is very well thought out: email, LinkedIn actions and manual tasks are all in one timeline, so reps aren’t guessing what to do next. Reply detection and intent signals also work reliably, which means people who show interest are fast-tracked instead of continuing down a generic follow-up path. Integrations with our CRM and Slack keep everyone aligned without forcing reps to log activities all day.

On top of that, I’ve had a great experience with Aleksa from Customer Support. Any time we hit a question about a more advanced use case, he’s been quick to answer and willing to walk through the logic with us, not just send a link to an article.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The point is more of a UX wish: when you have many campaigns and team members, the main views can feel a bit crowded. Some extra layout options or saved filters for different roles (SDR, manager, ops) would make navigation even smoother

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a communication gap between the team and management. Reps see exactly what they need to do each day, while managers see which messages, channels and cadences drive pipeline. That shared visibility means coaching is based on real data instead of gut feeling, and planning is more realistic. The benefit for us is clear: outbound feels less like “spray and pray” and much more like a predictable growth lever we can adjust and scale with confidence.

  ### 24. Easy to use, great for outreach and finding emails and phone numbers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is so easy to use and means I can do all of my outreach in one place. Plus, it is the best tool I've ever used for finding contact details of prospects. It is making my job as a BDR so much easier!

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Sometimes creating campaigns can be confusing with all the different options.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me find contact details, launch campaigns and see all of my engagement in one place.

  ### 25. Keeps our outbound organized and our team aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis W. | Director of Strategic Communications and Brand Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to iterate on campaigns. We clone a sequence, tweak the steps, swap a few messages, and immediately see how it performs compared to the original. The built-in enrichment and B2B database make list building much faster, and the deliverability features mean we aren’t constantly worrying about ending up in spam.

On top of the product itself, the support has been genuinely helpful. The times I’ve interacted with Miona from Customer Support, she’s been clear, patient, and very pragmatic in her advice, which makes a big difference when you’re moving fast.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There isn’t anything major I’d call a deal-breaker, but there are a couple of things I’d love to see improved as we keep scaling. When you manage a lot of sequences at once, the dashboard can feel a bit dense, and having more layout options or filters to quickly isolate what matters most for the day would be great.

I’d also welcome some extra “quality of life” features for power users, like more keyboard shortcuts or slightly deeper customization in reporting. None of this stops us from getting value out of the platform, though — for our use case, lemlist absolutely deserves a 5/5.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of everyone writing their own messages from scratch, we build sequences together, test variations, and then roll out what actually works to the whole team. Over time, our outbound playbook improves with real data rather than opinions. The benefit is that we now have a repeatable system instead of a collection of individual habits: new hires ramp faster, managers can coach based on facts, and our pipeline is more predictable month after month.

  ### 26. The first outbound platform that feels built for real conversations, not just volume

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annette R. | Risk Mitigation Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist helps us stay human while scaling. Most outreach tools we tried before pushed us toward sending more and more emails; with lemlist, we focus on sending better ones. The multichannel sequences are easy to build, so we can mix email, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks in a way that actually matches how our prospects like to be approached.

The personalization is where it really stands out. We use custom variables, conditions, and images to adapt the message to each segment without spending hours rewriting every email. The intent-based logic (opens, clicks, replies) lets us react to what people actually do instead of pushing them through a fixed script. On top of that, the deliverability features have made a clear difference: after setting up warm-up and following their guidelines, our open and reply rates became much more consistent.

I also want to highlight the human support. Every interaction I’ve had with Arijana from Customer Support has been smooth and genuinely helpful. She answers quickly, explains the “why” behind the product behavior, and often shares small tips that make our daily use easier. It feels like we’re working with a team that actually cares about our results.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Even though I’m giving 5/5, there are still a couple of things that could be improved. The reporting covers most of what we need, but sometimes I’d love even more flexibility to build custom views without exporting data. A very lightweight mobile experience or app focused on handling replies on the go would also be a nice bonus.

That said, these are more “wish list” items than real pain points. For our team, lemlist already delivers what we need most: a clear outbound framework, consistent results, and a tool that our reps actually like using. That’s why it deserves a full 5/5 from us.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem lemlist solved for us was having a lot of outbound activity but no real, unified system behind it. Before, reps were working from their own inboxes, manual LinkedIn outreach, random reminders, and half-updated CRM fields. We had no clear view of how many touchpoints a prospect actually received, where they were in the process, or which sequence was really generating meetings.

  ### 27. A strong outbound system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irène K. | Director of Sustainable Development and Innovation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is that it gives us a clear, repeatable structure for outbound, instead of everyone improvising their own way. We build multichannel sequences with emails, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks, and lemlist keeps everything in one place. When we plug this into MirrorProfiles to manage multiple LinkedIn identities, it becomes very powerful: we can scale social touches without losing control over who contacted whom and when.

The interface is intuitive enough that SDRs can be productive quickly, and the personalization features let us keep a human tone at scale. We use attributes, custom images and conditions to adapt the messaging to each segment. Deliverability has also improved: domain warm-up and sending rules helped us get more consistent inbox placement than with our previous tools.

The relationship with Aleksandra – CSM has been a big plus. She took the time to understand our sales process, reviewed our key sequences, and suggested concrete changes instead of generic “best practices”. It feels like having a sparring partner for outbound strategy.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The reporting is good for day-to-day monitoring, but when you want to compare multiple markets, personas and LinkedIn identities (via MirrorProfiles) in one place, it can feel a bit limited. We sometimes have to export data and rebuild views elsewhere for deeper analysis.

There is also a slight learning curve for new joiners when they arrive in a setup that includes several mailboxes, advanced sequences and MirrorProfiles in the mix. It’s manageable, but it does require some internal onboarding.

Overall, lemlist gives us a solid, scalable base for outbound, and combined with MirrorProfiles and the guidance from Aleksandra on the CSM side, it’s easily a 4/5 tool in our sales stack.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With lemlist, we now have one structured flow for each prospect: email steps, LinkedIn actions, and manual tasks are all part of the same sequence. When we combine that with MirrorProfiles to manage several LinkedIn identities, we can scale social outreach without losing track of who did what. This has drastically reduced the number of leads “falling through the cracks” and made follow-up much more consistent across the team

  ### 28. Incredible UI with Highly Accurate Contact Info

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernat S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Incredible UI and very accurate contact info

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Can't search by job offers. I need to find companies that offer free food to their employees and they put this information in the LinkedIn job offers

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Find relevant companies, contacts and their contact info

  ### 29. Powerful Personalization and Multichannel Outreach, but Limited Scandinavia Leads

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip W. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like most about Lemlist is how it blends personalization with automation without making outreach feel robotic.

The dynamic personalization goes well beyond simply inserting a first name. You can customize images, landing pages, and even intro lines at scale, and it actually helps increase reply rates rather than just boosting volume. That kind of balance is rare.

I also like how the multichannel sequences are set up. Email, LinkedIn steps, and follow-ups are all managed in one clear flow, which makes the campaign logic easy to control and optimize. It feels designed for operators who care about conversion, not vanity metrics.

The interface is straightforward enough for quick setup, yet still powerful for serious outbound work. You can launch quickly, test quickly, and iterate without getting buried in unnecessary complexity.

If you approach outbound strategically not as spam at scale Lemlist gives you the tools to do it the right way.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I feel like the lead database on scandinavia is pretty small

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves the problem of scaling personalized outreach without making it feel like spam.

It allows me to automate campaigns while still adding meaningful personalization, which increases reply rates and conversions. It also replaces multiple tools by combining email, LinkedIn steps, and follow ups in one place, which saves time and simplifies workflow.

The result for me is more qualified conversations with less manual work.

  ### 30. Perfect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The platform is very easy to use, with AI that is seamlessly integrated and a large database that helps us find leads quickly. I also really like the interface, which makes it easy to build multichannel outreach sequences. I consider it to be a very reliable tool.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

It’s hard for me to say what I don’t like. I’d say there are still a few areas that could be improved to make it an even more autonomous AI agent.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation

  ### 31. Automates outreach and helps me book more meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather C. | Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like that lemlist centralizes multichannel outreach and personalization at scale so my team can automate small actions and keep a human tone. The interface is intuative, integrations like HubSpot keep our contacts synced and the support team's responsive when we need help tbh.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I wish the mobile experience was optimized for full productivity because the app is usable but not great for quick reply handling. A ligher mobile dashboard for managing replies and tasks would make it far easier to keep campaigns running on the go, esp.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use lemlist to start more conversations and book meetings by automating outreach follow-ups, and intent-based sequence adjustments. Personalization tools and native enrichment save time on prospecting so reps can focus on real conversations, kinda.

  ### 32. Constantly Improving Features and Strong Campaign Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Founder, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is constantly upgrading its features, and their CS team is also good. It offers useful features like email warm-up and more. Overall, it provides detailed campaign mapping and a solid set of tools for managing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’ve been using Lemlist for the past two years or so. In the early days, I ran into a few issues with data syncing, but those have since been resolved, and everything is working smoothly now.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist help in single platform for multichannel b2b campaings. It is really great.

  ### 33. One of my main tools for my business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

This has helped me scale my outreach for my business and I love that how personalized the campaigns can be.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Only thing I didn’t like is the warm up period for the domains. But that is apart of the process.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me be able to personalize and reach out to a large number of people throughout industries via email rather than me having to sit cold call or do any other sales work around

  ### 34. Pillar of my sales stack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emeric K. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Great solution for outreach, pretty easy to understand, configure and setup. Lemlist is perfectly tailored to launch multichannel campaigns without falling in the "spam trap". It takes me only a few minutes to imagine and launch a new campaign and predefined scenarios from the community are a great help

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There could be some UI/UX improvements when it comes to campaign preparation. Also, some markets (outside Europe / US) are lacking contacts, which can make it harder to build out campaigns effectively.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the leader of a small company, I’m not able to hire someone dedicated to outreach. Once I have a clear view of my sales strategy, ICP, and messaging, it becomes much easier to find prospects while I stay focused on other priorities.

  ### 35. A very good tool to industrialize outbound without losing the human touch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isadora D. | Expert Growth Hacking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I appreciate most about lemlist is the way the tool allows us to move from "artisanal" prospecting to a much more industrialized approach, while maintaining a human tone. We create sequences that mix emails, LinkedIn, manual tasks, and calls, and everything is clearly visualized. For a manager, it's very comfortable: you can see who is doing what, where each lead stands, and which sequences perform best.

The integrated contact database and enrichment also save us a lot of time: no more juggling between multiple data tools. The AI-assisted writing part is helpful for starting new messages without starting from scratch, and then we adjust to keep our style. Finally, special mention to Aleksandra on the CSM side, who really helped us structure our playbooks instead of just "showing us the buttons."

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The learning curve for more advanced features (conditional logic, more complex scenarios, advanced reporting) can be a bit steep for newcomers. Nothing insurmountable, but one must accept a little time to ramp up skills.

I would also like to see more ready-to-use templates by sector (SaaS, industry, recruitment, etc.). The existing templates are useful, but we would save even more time with slightly more specific sequences.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, our main problem was that everyone was doing outbound on their own: salespeople were sending emails from their personal accounts, marketing was managing a few massive campaigns, and follow-up was done in more or less up-to-date Excel files. It was impossible to have a real overview: who was contacted, how many times, on which channels, and with what results. We also had a hard time capitalizing on what really worked, because each person had their own templates and their own way of working.

lemlist allowed us to standardize and centralize prospecting: the same sequences for everyone, shared templates, clear tracking of steps and responses in a single interface. This solves both a consistency problem (tone, messages, follow-up frequency) and a visibility problem for management. We can finally see which sequences generate responses, which segments react best, and where leads drop off.

The other very concrete benefit is the saving of time and mental energy: no more need to juggle between CRM, Excel, email, and LinkedIn to know who to follow up with. Reminders, tasks, and steps follow automatically. Result: fewer forgotten leads, more regularity in outbound, and a team that spends more time in real conversation with interested prospects rather than in "prospecting administration."

  ### 36. A great ally for outbound, still improvable on a few points

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaëlle D. | Directrice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like most about lemlist is the way the tool finally structures our prospecting. We can create complete sequences with emails, LinkedIn actions, manual tasks, calls... and everything is centralized. We can clearly see where each prospect stands, who needs to follow up, and we no longer have 3 different Excel files to track conversations.

The personalization aspect is also a real plus: variables, conditional messages, personalized visuals... We manage to maintain a human tone even when contacting a lot of people. Deliverability has significantly improved since we started following their recommendations (warm-up, sending limits, etc.), and we can see it in the open and response rates.

Finally, I highlight the support: every time I had a question, Miona was very responsive and especially very concrete in her answers, not just copy-pasting from the documentation.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Statistics and reports are good for day-to-day tracking, but a bit limited when you want a more "commercial direction" view: more advanced comparisons between sequences, long-term vision by segment, etc. You can manage, but it requires exports and some tinkering on the side.

The mobile experience could be improved. You can use the interface from the phone, but to quickly handle responses between two appointments, a dedicated app or a more optimized version would be really appreciated.

Despite this, the overall assessment remains very positive: lemlist saves us time, prevents us from losing leads along the way, and makes our outbound much more predictable.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, our prospecting was scattered: one tool to find leads, another to send emails, direct LinkedIn, an Excel file for follow-ups, and everyone had their own way of doing things. Result: a lot of time wasted, duplicates, leads forgotten after one or two messages, and it was impossible to have a clear view of what really worked. lemlist solved this problem by centralizing the entire outbound process on a single platform: multichannel sequences, follow-ups, tracking, and responses. We now have a clear framework that the whole team follows, making prospecting much more fluid and structured.

  ### 37. Clear tool with great UI/UX for outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I find the user interface of Lemlist very clear and pleasant to use. The UI and UX are great. I particularly appreciate the ability to create sequences in such detail, which is especially helpful for creating special sequences for upcoming events. The initial setup of Lemlist was easy and very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I think the filters to find people in the database could be more precise. Possibly a custom number of employees in a company or the ability to search for dedicated startups without marketing.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use lemlist to find qualified leads and reach the right people. The platform is very user-friendly and offers great options for creating detailed sequences, which is especially convenient for special events.

  ### 38. A modern outbound platform that actually drives replies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Apolline D. | Directrice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is that it feels built for how sales teams really work today. We can design multichannel sequences with emails, LinkedIn steps, and manual tasks in a few minutes, and the flow is easy for the whole team to understand. The interface is clean, so people actually enjoy using it instead of fighting with it.
I also really appreciate the support: Miona has been incredibly proactive, checking in on our performance and giving concrete suggestions instead of generic “best practices”. It feels like we’re not alone with the too

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

If I had to pick something, I’d say the analytics could go one level deeper for strategic reporting, especially when you manage several markets or segments at once. You can see the essentials, but more advanced breakdowns would help with high-level decisions.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist mainly solved our problem of having an outbound engine that was busy but not really controlled. We were sending a lot of emails and doing manual LinkedIn outreach, but we couldn’t clearly see what was happening at each stage, and we regularly lost track of prospects after the first or second touch. Every rep had their own way of working, so it was very hard to measure, improve, or scale anything.

  ### 39. Great lead generation tool that saves massive amounts of time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya J.

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist has completely transformed how I find and connect with prospects. Its powerful filtering and search capabilities make it incredibly easy to pinpoint high-quality leads that perfectly match my target audience, cutting my prospecting time in half. If you want a platform that streamlines lead discovery and outbound automation in one place, this is it.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

almost nothing, things are workings as I expect

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

find the right prospects and engaging with them made easy.

  ### 40. Easy to setup a marketing campaign

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I get to centralize my leads to one platform and even generate new leads without having duplicates from my old CRM data. I also can use multiple outreach media (email, LinkedIn, whatsapp, etc) in a single campaign without switching tools.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about lemlist.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem lemlist is solving for me is cold outreach without domain risk. I really appreciate the email warmup feature that increases my inbox delivery rates while reducing the chances of my domain getting flagged. Now, I can focus on other areas of my startup while automating my outreach and only responding when a prospect replies.

  ### 41. Great when you’re juggling multiple personas

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda P. | Brand Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What stands out is how manageable it is to run outreach to different roles without mixing everything together. Lemlist makes it easy to keep separate messaging for separate personas, and I don’t feel like I’m constantly re-building campaigns from zero.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

It’s easy to create a lot of campaigns quickly, and then you end up with a campaign graveyard. Stronger lifecycle management would help. Also, the UI could better surface when key fields are missing before launch.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell into orgs where the buyer, user, and champion are different people. Our old approach used one generic sequence, and it underperformed. Lemlist helped us split outreach by persona and tailor the story: different hooks, different objections, different CTAs while keeping a consistent cadence.
That shift alone improved reply quality because the message finally matched who was reading it.

  ### 42. My experience using Lemlist is actually phenomenal.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

One thing I really love about Lemlist is how much control and automation you have over your campaigns. I also love how Lemlist offers full service like Lemwarm and Lemcal.

One thing I must point out is the live support service. So fast and reliable.
I love the way Lemlist representative will always ask "Before we close the ticket, do you have any more questions?". That's the best part for me.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One thing I'll like to see changed is how much credits needed to view an email address. I think 5 credits is kinda much. 2 or 3 is fine and moderate in my opinion.

I like the fact that you can buy more credits when you exhaust the ones you have though.

I still love Lemlist and believe it's the best tool out there. I don't have any complaint about the tool.

My honest review.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lemlist for my email campaign outreach. It's been great so far. Loving it.

  ### 43. Super helpful and seamless in lead generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like most about Lemlist is its ability to automate personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn while still feeling human. For Urehgab, it helps us reach more candidates and potential clients, improve response rates, stay consistent with follow-ups, and save significant time on business development and recruitment activities.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Pricing can become expensive as the team grows, there is a learning curve when setting up campaigns and optimizing email deliverability, and sometimes some lead contact details are missing or omitted, which can affect outreach efforts.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates outreach, lead generation and improves response rates.

  ### 44. The only outreach tool that gave us both structure and flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Léandre L. | Lead Acquisition specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

On top of that, Aleksa from support has been great at helping us refine campaigns, not just fix issues. It feels like having a small extension of our team.

The intent-based logic is a big advantage: prospects don’t all get the same follow-ups anymore. If someone opens several times, clicks, or replies, the sequence adapts. That makes our outreach feel much more human. The integration with our CRM also means we’re not double-logging activities all day.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

At times, I wish the reporting went one step further, especially for comparing “families” of sequences across different markets or personas. The current stats are totally usable, but more strategic views would help for quarterly planning.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solved this by giving us one clear playbook that everyone can follow. We now have shared sequences, shared templates, and a central place to manage email and LinkedIn actions. That means our messaging is aligned, follow-ups are not forgotten, and new hires can start using proven flows from day one instead of guessing.

It also helped with quality and relevance. Personalization at scale (variables, images, steps based on intent) allows us to tailor messages without spending hours on each prospect. As a result, we’re seeing more replies, more booked meetings, and a much smoother handover between team members. Overall, it turned outbound from something a bit chaotic into a predictable, trackable process.

  ### 45. A simple, powerful platform that keeps our outbound under control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eve L. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is how it turns what used to be a messy mix of tools into one clear workflow. We build multichannel sequences with emails, LinkedIn steps, and manual tasks, and everything is easy to follow for the team. The interface is clean, so even new reps feel comfortable after a short onboarding.

I’m also a big fan of the way lemlist handles personalization and deliverability. We can use custom variables, images, and targeting rules without needing a technical person on the team, and the warm-up plus sending recommendations have clearly improved our open and reply rates. On top of that, Arijana from support has been outstanding – very proactive, friendly, and always ready with practical suggestions instead of generic answers.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love to see more advanced analytics for long-term management, especially when it comes to comparing multiple sequences over time and by different segments. The reporting is good for day-to-day decisions, but deeper insights would help for strategic planning.

Also, while the web version works fine on mobile, a dedicated mobile app or a more optimized mobile layout would make it easier to quickly handle replies when I’m away from the laptop. These are minor things, though, compared to the overall value we’re getting from the platform.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist mainly solved our problem of having an outbound process that was spread across too many tools and too many habits. Before, reps were using their own inbox, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and reminders in their calendar. We had no single place to see who had been contacted, how many times, and on which channel. That made it very easy to lose leads and very hard to understand what was actually working.

  ### 46. The first outbound platform that actually fits how we work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Apolline M. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like most about lemlist is that it finally brings our whole outbound motion into one place. Instead of jumping between our CRM, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and random email tools, my team can build one sequence that includes emails, LinkedIn touches, calls, and manual tasks. It’s very easy to see who is where in the process and who needs a follow-up today.

Personalization is also a huge plus. We can add dynamic fields, personalized images, and website screenshots without it becoming a technical nightmare. It still feels like we’re sending real, thoughtful messages, not just blasting a list.

And I have to mention the human side: Aleksandra from the CSM team has been amazing. She helped us review our sequences, shared honest best practices, and didn’t try to push features we don’t need. It feels more like a partner than just another software subscription.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There are a few things that could be better. The reporting is good for day-to-day decisions, but I’d love more advanced dashboards for long-term management and forecasting. Also, when I’m traveling, I find myself wishing there was a proper mobile app instead of just using the browser on my phone.

These are more “nice-to-have” improvements than real blockers, though. Overall, the impact on our reply rates and the way it structured our outbound easily outweighs these small gaps.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solved three big pain points for us:

Follow-up discipline – sequences make sure every prospect gets a clear, consistent follow-up path across email and LinkedIn, without relying on memory.

Message quality at scale – with templates, variables, and personalized visuals, we can send tailored messages to hundreds of prospects without everything sounding generic.

Visibility for the team – managers can finally see which sequences bring replies and meetings, and new reps can plug into what already works instead of starting from zero.

  ### 47. The most practical outbound tool I’ve used for real sales teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like most about Lemlist is how practical and execution-oriented it is. It’s not just an outreach tool, it’s a system that enforces good outbound habits: email warm-up, deliverability, clean sequences, and true multichannel execution (email + LinkedIn).

The UI is intuitive, onboarding is fast, and teams can become productive very quickly without heavy ops work. Personalization is powerful but still usable at scale, and the focus on deliverability is clearly a core strength. Compared to many outbound tools, Lemlist feels built by people who actually run outbound campaigns, not just design software.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Because Lemlist is opinionated and focused on outbound best practices, it can feel a bit restrictive for teams looking for extreme customization or very complex workflows. Some advanced users may want deeper native CRM logic or more granular reporting without relying on integrations.

That said, these are trade-offs rather than real flaws. Lemlist prioritizes simplicity, execution, and deliverability over feature bloat — which is exactly why it works well for most sales teams running serious outbound.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solves one of the biggest outbound problems: running consistent, scalable outreach without hurting deliverability or losing personalization quality.

It helps teams avoid common issues such as poor inbox placement, inconsistent follow-ups, manual multichannel execution, and low-quality personalization at scale. By structuring outreach properly (warm-up, sequencing, multichannel steps), Lemlist removes operational friction and enforces discipline.

The direct benefit is higher reply rates, more predictable outbound activity, and less time wasted fixing technical issues. Teams can focus on messaging and targeting instead of fighting their tools, which leads to more conversations and better pipeline quality.

  ### 48. Amazing Marketing Automation and Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like most about lemlist is the ability to run highly personalized, multi-channel outreach in a structured and scalable way. The interface is intuitive, automation flows are flexible, and it makes it easy to combine email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp while keeping a human tone. It helps us maintain a premium, non-spammy approach and focus on quality conversations instead of volume. The analytics and sequencing features are especially helpful for testing messaging and improving response rates.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

What I like least is that some advanced configurations can feel a bit complex at first, especially when managing multiple channels and large campaigns. Occasionally, small UX details or loading times could be smoother. Also, deeper native reporting and CRM-style visibility in one place would make campaign performance analysis even more efficient.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist is solving the challenge of reaching the right decision-makers in a personalized and scalable way without losing the human touch. It allows us to structure outreach, test messaging quickly, and manage multi-channel communication in one place instead of using scattered tools. This benefits us by increasing response rates, shortening the time to meaningful conversations, and maintaining a premium brand perception while still operating efficiently. It turns outbound from a manual, inconsistent effort into a repeatable and measurable growth process.

  ### 49. Holistic Sales Platform That Covers the Process End to End

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I love the holistic nature of the software. With one software, I can tackle the entire sales process from start to finish. I can make calls, I can send follow up messages on email or LinkedIn, and enrichment is innate.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The UI/UX is very tacky at times, and things are a little slow. I am also occasionally confused with the dashboard overview.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist is solving the data enrichment part of the sales process the most. It saves me from having to do endless research online. I'm very happy I can do everything in one place.

  ### 50. Great trial experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist is incredibly user intuitive. I love that I can find contacts, enroll them in sequencing, and have intent all in one platform. It cuts down on the number of tools I need. I love the LinkedIn features!

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Credits are always hard to navigate. As a user, I want to pay one pre-planned price per month that is comprehensive for all my needs. I worry about how to scale a true program on a credit system.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one solution that covers outbound (email and LinkedIn), contact identification, and intent. Saves on needing to build complex lead scoring across multiple tools
