What I like most is how Lemlist makes cold outreach feel actually personal, not robotic. The dynamic personalization (text, images, conditions) is super powerful and lets us customize messages at scale without spending hours per lead. The sequence builder is easy to use, and the UI is clean so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The warm-up and deliverability tools are also a big win, it gives you peace of mind when you start sending more volume.

There is defintely a learning curve at first, especially when you start using conditions and advanced personalization. It can feel a bit confusing in the beginning and takes some trial and error. But once you get the hang of it, everything starts to make sense and works really well.

Lemlist is reliable to find the phone and email adress of futur customers. When you know how to use it, it's very efficient and the prices are affordable.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

It was difficult to know how to use Lemlist at the beginning because the extension wasn't connected to my account, even i logged in several times. But now the problem disappeared so I continue to use it and I like it.

With Lemlist, it's easy to find the phone numbers of the people I want to contact, so it save me a lot of time for this.

The API is better than French competitors, and the UX/UI is super friendly. ROI is easy to verify, and the pricing gives you access to the data. Support is also very fast, every problem is solved within 30 minutes.

I like the multi touch point system.  I use an email, Linkedin, chat, email sequence which works well.  I like how I can find leads in the people database and use the filters to refine my lead list to a very focused list.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Sometimes when I am moving contacts from one campaign to another and deleting contacts from my lead lists it can get a bit confusing about which campaign I am in.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of how to make contact with new targets by email and on Linkedin.  Being able to find someone's email and phone number and Linkedin profile is extremely useful and being able to pre qualify and add them to various campaigns is great.

I appreciate how flexible and easy to use it is.
I import my data in CSV format, and I can immediately run the data enrichment features (searching for phone numbers or email addresses). I can do other things while it’s running!

Honestly, nothing. Well, I did notice that the horizontal scrolling in the tables isn't exactly smooth (and that's saying something!)

Given the growing challenge of reaching B2B prospects, Lemlist offers me a single platform to meet my needs for enriching and organizing my prospecting efforts. It saves me a tremendous amount of time not having to switch between different tools.

What I love most about Lemlist is how easy it makes it to create personalized outreach campaigns that actually get replies. The mix of automation and creativity is perfect — I can scale my outbound strategy without losing the human touch. I also really like the intuitive interface, the deliverability insights, and the ability to add custom images or videos directly in emails. Plus, the Lemlist team is super reactive and keeps improving the product all the time.

It takes a bit of time to get familiar with all the features at first, but there are plenty of free resources and tutorials available to help you learn — and they’re really well made.

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like how straightforward lemlist makes campaign setup. We can organize sequences, mix channels and assign tasks without needing a heavy sales engagement tool. The interface is intuitive, so the team adopted it quickly, and the built in personalization options help our messages feel more natural. Anytime we had questions, Miona from support was fast and clear in her explanations.

The main limitation for us is the depth of analytics. It covers everyday needs, but when we want to break down performance by several criteria at once, we still rely on spreadsheets. And the pricing is little bit too high :)

What I like most about Lemlist is the ability to run outbound campaigns at scale while still maintaining a level of personalization. The built-in database is also very useful, as it allows you to quickly find, filter, and select prospects without relying entirely on external tools.

What makes lemlist strong is primarily the massive time savings on the initial phase of prospecting. The ability to find contacts and enrich them almost instantly directly within the tool is a game changer; it avoids tedious back-and-forth between different databases.

Moreover, the management of multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.) is extremely smooth. This allows for the creation of varied and coherent touchpoints, which significantly increases response rates compared to simple cold emailing.

At the moment, it is difficult to mention any negative points. I am still in the deployment and familiarization phase with the tool. So far, the experience is positive and I have not yet identified any specific areas for improvement or major technical obstacles.

"Siloed" prospecting: The problem with classic cold mailing is that it is often limited to email. lemlist solves this by integrating multichannel sequences (LinkedIn + Email + Whatsapp) in an automated way, thus avoiding losing track of interactions across different networks.

A campaign should be editable after it is started. Also the sales pipeline handling needs to be improved so that it is easier to use and to structure if you are not using a fully blown CRM system.

I will be honest i have used this software on and off for about 2 years. After the first use i went over to a cheaper option, but immediately regretted it. Then I started seeing ads and talks about another software one of their big comeptitor and went to them for a few months. But i always keep coming back to Lemlist. They have a great lead data, there email warmup is better than anyone in the industry. They have both LinkedIn and email automation. They are always adding new features.

The cost is a little expensive. Other competitors are offering unlimited emails for the same price. The AI automated camapign set up can use some work. There is no option to edit the flow or the message once you have AI built it for you.

Email outreach. It has a great database where we can get verified email and phone numbers of users.

What I like best about Lemlist is its ability to create highly personalized outreach at scale. Once you get past the initial learning curve, building and structuring campaigns becomes very intuitive. The personalization features especially with the newer AI variables make it easy to tailor messages in a way that feels relevant and not generic. This makes it a very effective tool for outbound and ABM efforts.

What I dislike about Lemlist is that there is a noticeable learning curve when getting started, especially for new users. Additionally, the filtering and segmentation options are not always as precise or flexible as needed, which can make targeting specific audiences more challenging. I found it a bit confusing to use one specific feature: inserting dynamic images that are also dynamically hyperlinked. It’s not something most people will need, but support told me that you cannot do this using the UI, so I ended up having to do it manually in HTML. However I can say the support team were helpful

I appreciate the ability to manage multichannel campaigns by combining LinkedIn and email, while benefiting from HubSpot integration that automatically syncs actions performed through Lemlist. Managing conversations directly within the platform, and across multiple users, also brings a real boost in productivity and speed. Moreover, the built-in data enrichment feature in Lemlist is a genuine asset for ensuring data quality and accurate lead qualification. Finally, the wide range of additional integrations beyond HubSpot is both extensive and highly relevant.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

With the platform’s evolution, I find the menus have become less intuitive. I sometimes struggle to locate the information I’m looking for. Creating and managing reports and dashboards has also become more complex than before. Furthermore, the way contacts and companies are managed doesn’t seem well suited to our needs, which is why we don’t use that feature.

I use lemlist to centralize our outreach across email and LinkedIn and to personalize messages at scale with dynamic variables and images. The platform's multichannel sequences and native enrichment save me time and the customer support's been responsive when I needed help.

I wish lemlist offered more advanced reporting and analytics tailored for larger teams. Without deeper reports it's harder to track performance and scale campaigns across multiple reps, kinda esp when you're trying to compare results.

I like using lemlist for LinkedIn outreach and appreciate the lemwarm feature. My product and customer base communicate heavily through LinkedIn, so having everything synthesized in one platform is crucial for efficient outreach. The initial setup was good, which was a nice experience.

I don't like the filtering & people database search. Also, the credits are too expensive. They recently downgraded the amount of credits per month from 1500 to 400, which almost made me leave the platform.

My overall experience with Lemlist has been very straightforward. The software is intuitive, simple to set up, and easy to integrate through extensions. The sequences work effectively, and the overall performance meets my expectations. I have been using Lemlist for six months now and have consistently had positive interactions with customer support whenever I needed assistance. I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One aspect that certainly requires more attention is the contact database. Currently, there are too many entries for businesses that are no longer active. I would recommend removing these inactive contacts and verifying the ones that are still in operation. Otherwise, it can be difficult to confirm all the information on your own.

It saves a lot of time by providing a lot of automations and sequences which I absolutely love. The overall deliverability for me significantly improved because of their AI integration and I started getting a lot more traction through my email based campaigns.

I like it's accuracy in finding email and phone numbers, the outreach process.   I like the Linkedin integrations and I am now using the AI to help searching for prospects.

I would be nice if it was also my CRM instead of integrating to Pipedrive.

I find lemlist super user-friendly, and it's easy to show and adapt in companies that I consulted and worked in, even if they didn't use it before. I appreciate that it's simple, with a dashboard that's not complicated, and it's completely safe to use. The initial setup is easy, which is one of their competitive advantages.

The only feature that still feels underdeveloped is AI communication building and message creation - it does not generate yet messages that feel human-written.

Everything from prospecting and enrichment to adding contacts into sequences feels smooth and efficient. 

I can do everything in bulk without it feeling clunky. 

The reporting dashboard is super clean, too. It helps me track how each cadence is performing and where I can improve. 

The LinkedIn integration is also amazing. Being able to connect, send messages, and manage steps directly through Lemlist saves a ton of time. 



Overall, it’s a really well-rounded platform for outbound.

Honestly, not much to dislike — just a few small tweaks that could make things smoother. 

It’d be great to filter by timezone and have more flexibility to re-edit AI cadences.

I use lemlist for my outreaches at Runwork.ai, and it's the whole package, I love it. It lets me import and enrich leads, find leads from its own people database, and create campaigns with email and various LinkedIn activities, along with tasks and contact management. The user experience is amazing, and I was surprised by so many details and consistencies in their user interface. I love how it has everything I need plus an amazing user interface. I think the whole pipeline is very well designed, and their wizards are really well designed.

I find it confusing that after a few days of running a campaign, the sending patterns mix up follow-up emails with initial outreach emails. This creates confusion for us and the receivers because the follow-up emails don't always go out as scheduled. What distinguishes Lemlist from other similar tools is its exceptional personalisation features. I find it very convenient to add the LinkedIn profile of a champion user, and Lemlist then identifies similar prospects for me to contact.

Furthermore, Multichannel Expert proves to be indispensable in today’s sales environment.

I also value the Inbox feature, which enables me to manage all responses from potential leads within a single platform. The reporting tools offer insightful data as well.

The Lead scoring feature is also very well executed. Using a straightforward widget, I can instantly view all the hot leads that are most crucial for my outreach.

Implementation and integration are straightforward, customer support has been excellent, and in my daily use, I’ve found that dedicating just a few hours each day can help grow your ARR.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Overall, I find that credits tend to run out rather quickly. For example, I used about 1000 credits to reach just over 100 people across two sequences. On the Multichannel expert plan, I would appreciate having a higher allocation of call credits.

In the past, when we used similar tools, we struggled with poor deliverability because many of our contacts had inaccurate data. Lemlist has addressed this issue for us, and its new approach to personalisation has been a significant improvement. Previously, with other tools, we sent about 25,000 emails and received only around 200 replies. Since switching to Lemlist, I have consistently achieved at least a 60% open rate within just two weeks of use. This means that if I send emails to 100 people, at least 60 of them are opening my messages, which has also led to a higher reply rate. As a result, I am seeing more qualified leads, more meetings scheduled each month, and ultimately, increased revenue for the company.

I am an experienced professional who is using automation for outbound messages for the first time. I am part of a coaching program that introduced Lemlist to me. The most efficient way to send both emails and LinkedIn messages as part of a campaign feels like what's best about the product at this time. I was up and running immediately after creating a login. I can duplicate than customize outreach sequences, using best practice outlines to help me feel more confident in what I'm sending. When I've needed support, the chat feature has pointed me to where I needed for most items. Live / human support is immediate when requested and this is quite important to me. Finally, I appreciate the Chrome Extension - ease of use.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Sometimes I get lost on where a prospective contact sits within a campaign, but this is likely more of being a newer user than anything product related. I would add to the chrome extension a way to add in more contact information - IE multiple emails.

Scaling initial outreach to prospective candidates for roles I am recruiting for on behalf of my clients. Prior to Lemlist, I was sending outbound messaging without the knowledge of deliverability or linking efforts between email and other communication channels. So this unlock is helping me be leverage my time more efficiently. As recently as yesterday, I realized that manually sending a number of messages is very time consuming (again) when compared to campaigns I've built inside Lemlist.
