What do you like best about lemlist?

I really appreciate the multichannel campaigns for their ease of use, allowing seamless outreach through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. The automation of LinkedIn reach-outs, profile visits, and invites significantly simplify my lead management process. Connecting lemlist with HubSpot and Zapier works perfectly, making tracking and syncing data straightforward across platforms. The setup was exceptionally easy, especially compared to Apollo, requiring no full technical setup. The overall use and ease of generating reports add to its value. What do you dislike about lemlist?

I dislike the presence of bugs in lemlist. These occur within the inbox and campaigns, and sometimes with LinkedIn connections. While they might not always affect the workflow, they can be a nuisance and slow down the job at times. I believe these bugs are preventable and should be addressed before the product reaches production, so their existence in the production environment is frustrating. What do you like best about lemlist?

I appreciate that setting up Lemlist was fairly straightforward, which made the initial process smooth. I also like the concept of the single unit box for LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and calling, which was a key reason why I decided to try Lemlist—it offers a comprehensive solution for multifaceted outreach efforts. What do you dislike about lemlist?

I find the pricing structure of Lemlist to be quite problematic. They entice users with a certain pricing model that seems affordable initially, but once you start using the platform to any significant degree, you find out that the costs mount up quickly. This issue is compounded by the fact that their support agents sometimes convey pricing information that differs from what is actually charged. This lack of transparency in pricing leads to a frustrating experience, especially when attempting to scale up outreach campaigns. Ultimately, this makes the service quite expensive and less viable compared to alternatives like Instantly.
