    "We can track our time and manage accounts payable more effectively: BigTime is very easy to use, for the most part, and allows us to efficiently combine our work hour data with billing data and invoicing. The account control has a nice design that makes it pleasant to use, which is important since we use it daily. To be accurate with our time reporting, we can activate timers that run while we work on a particular tasks and clients. The charts and graphs in BigTime are big, bold and make it easy for us to get an overview of items such as billable and unbillable time worked."

    "Great software for financial management: It has several applications integrated for customers to make payments more easily as is the case of paypal or stripe. This gives payment facilities so that we as a company have more facilities to charge and customers so that they can pay with widely used means of payment. The financial documents are editable and customizable. You can modify the logo, the data, the structure, which allows creating professional documents in a simple way thanks to its good editor. The reminder of paying bills to customers is also important, as notifications and warnings are sent to remind you when to make the bills."

    "A good online accounting platform with just about all of our needs: The user interface of Wave is very clean with distinct menu options and sections that make navigating the platform fairly simple. Most all of the tools are self-explanatory enough for most of us to go in and use it without needing extensive training. We can create engaging data-filled reports within seconds with Wave's custom report generation tools. We not only have all the tools we need for standard accounting and tax purposes, but we can also generate invoices and connect all of our bank and credit card accounts to transfer payment information completely online."

    "Excellent Intuitive UI: I love the user interface of Avaza. It is easy to navigate, clean, and very intuitive. It takes very little time to train employees on how to use it and when I have questions the support team is literally a single click away. They are very responsive and open to ides for improvement (like a pause button on the timer). I like that you don't have to pick a project prior to starting a timer. You can start the timer from a browser on your computer, get up walk away, and stop it from the app. This is excellent for working in a shop environment because I'm not always sitting at my computer when I start or stop a timer. Avaza has a wonderful app that lets you take pictures of expenses and mark it as both a reimbursable and an expense that is billable to the customer. This feature is excellent when you have people on the road. Not only do we need to pay our employees back but we can also bill the customer for meals/lodging/etc."

    "How helpful Mhelp is: I have been using Mhelp for more than a year now. I work for a Window Treatment company based in Georgia US and i find the software user friendly. I would recommend it to first time users. Invoicing has never been this easy. Plus the interface of the software is so easy to understand. The chat support is also very responsive in case you will have any questions. Never did I encounter any problems with using it. "

    "Invoiced is the way to go...: The ease of use is what we like best about invoiced. We use it daily for our small business and it has taken away the stress of invoicing. The reports allow us to track our income and assist in our monthly billing as well as our end of year totals. Their customer service goes above and beyond and answers any concerns immediately.     "Free and Full-Featured: I absolutely love that Zoho Invoice has a free, full-featured plan. The only thing that it does not included is a custom domain and you are limited to invoicing no more than 5 customers at any given time. I also cannot get over the fact that it works seamlessly with Zoho Inventory. As of right now, my business only has two customers that we invoice, so this software and plan is a perfect match for us!"

    "Bill.com reduces the time it takes to pay bills and invoice customers: My favorite things about Bill.com are being able to pay bills simply by selecting the bills I want to pay and clicking a "Pay" button. I don't have to cut checks or process wire transfers myself. Additionally, Bill.com pulls the money all in one lump sum, so I don't have to wait for outstanding checks to clear the bank. On the receivables side, I love being able to create a recurring invoice that can be automatically e-mailed out to the customer by Bill.com. My accounting software cannot do that."

    "Easy Setup - Seamless Integration with Salesforce with Great Customization Options: Chargent is very simple to install and implement. Because it uses standard and custom objects, there was a lot of flexibility to customize the system and processes to meet our business needs. It also pairs very nicely with FormAssembly. I've used Authorize.net for Salesforce/Form Assembly integrations in the past, but Chargent is much more flexible, customizable and in the flow of our business processes. Chargent allows us to set up one-time or recurring transactions (subscriptions / payment plans) right within Salesforce. It has enormously simplified the way we do business. Setting up a charging terminal in Salesforce was a breeze. Customer support is outstanding as well. "

    "Apptivo: All-Inclusive Cloud App for Admin & Operational Success (CRM, Project Management, Billing): I like how detail views are available from most places; call logs, projects, tasks, notes can be associated with a contact or company or opportunity. The integration with email is excellent, right down to making it easy to connect your email boxes. One challenge I had that Apptivo solved for me was how to keep emails related to a particular project or opportunity all together in one place. Apptivo does a good job of this by assigning codes (or project numbers), and allowing you to select whether or not the email you are writing is related .... If you are writing emails using some other application (your desktop client or cloud-based app), you can use the same code in the subject line and Apptivo will pull that email into the app, and associate it with the relevant modules (project, client, case, etc.) They do not nickle-and-dime you to death! One price includes everything. Their tiers are about number of users rather than adding/subtracting features. A more sensible model than some of the others."

    "Best solution for the price: For the money I would rate Avid as one of the best, if the note the best automation solution available. The amount of processing that we need to do has been cut in half since we have gone live with Avid and we are not looking back. I envision we can increase our payables by another 50% before we will need to increase staff. We also like the method of submission for invoices. Avid uses Indexers rather than OCR which means you have a person looking at every invoice that is sent to the system. Another great thing has been the reduction in paperwork. Because every invoice is captured in the system you never have to worry about losing an invoice again! I came into a completely paper based system and people are constantly surprised as the speed we are able to retrieve invoices. And I can't end this without mentioning AvidPay. We currently write 500+ checks a month but will be able to reduce that to zero or very close to zero once we have fully automated payments. This will be another huge efficiency boost in our AP cycle."
