What do you like best about Paddle?

I've been dealing with new tasks given to me regarding pricing plans and logistics for our company, and Paddle (profit well) customer support has been invaluable in making it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paddle?

In my use, I haven't encountered any issues to have a dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paddle?

We don't have to worry about VAT / Sales tax registration in any country.

Paddle Billing is now much better than Paddle Classic.

I like that it has Profitwell and Retain included, but there were some small data hiccups with the switch from Classic to Paddle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paddle?

There are some scenarios in which you have to contact their support team and it can take some time for a response. It seems to be getting quicker though. (Like when a customer updates their address on old invoices and needs the regenerated.)

I'm not sure of their product direction regards building a comprehensive Customer Subscription Management Portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
