I like Zoho Books' user-friendly interface with its dashboard and the ease of understanding reports, making everything from creating an invoice to issuing a purchase bill very easy. I also like that it facilitates a multi-currency system, allowing us to issue invoices in currencies like USD, GBP, and INR. The initial setup was quite easy and self-explanatory, and we received customer support from the Zoho team, which helped us set up the whole process. In the Indian edition, it also lets us integrate seven bank accounts, and the performance is absolutely phenomenal. It even has a free plan. The Zoho Books support team helped us get onboarded very quickly and in a very efficient way. The automatic calculation of GST and the assistance during GST filing save me a lot of valuable time and reduce mistakes.
