Design UI/UX Performance Support/Onboarding

I have used the Paddle service as both a consumer (purchasing software through the platform) and a developer (using Paddle for my own website checkout). My experience from both sides of the fence has been excellent. The team just goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. A while ago, I gave them some feedback on the UI. Now, in my experience, most companies (if they reply at all) will send a cut-and-paste response like, 'We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to the team.' Not these guys… They sent a personal reply. Their UI team leader even gave up some of his time personally to walk me through improvements they are working on and invite further feedback. And I’m just a small customer—a tiny drop in the ocean—yet they listened, and talked with me like I was running a multi-million dollar company. Full disclosure: They asked for this review, but I have no hesitation in offering it—with or without the €45 card!

I use Paddle for money transactions and I appreciate that it's a Merchant of Record (MOR) because it handles taxes itself, which saves me from going elsewhere. I also find Paddle's documentation with AI features very helpful, and its site is very easy to use. What I like most about Paddle is its customer support, which is incredibly awesome with fast responses and detailed guidance. Additionally, I'm impressed by its robust API and the fast and reliable webhooks.
