What do you like best about Wave Invoicing?

Wave Invoicing is one of the best user-friendly cloud invoicing software I used. It has all the features required to generate invoices and Freelancers, Small Business owners, as well as other self-employed professionals, will find it very helpful. It has a mobile app so that anyone can generate invoices on the go. And to top it all it's free to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wave Invoicing?

Some features are not available in my country (India) such as Payment collection from the clients and making of GST-compliant invoices. Payment collection is only available in some countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is solving a great problem which a business can have which is invoicing. It takes lot of time and resources human and others to invoice customers and internal things . "Best app for small business invoicing and light accounting... By far!"

What do you like best about Wave Invoicing?

It's not loaded down with extra features that I would never need. Other apps I've used in the past are loaded with advanced features that I would never really use as a small business owner, but they are missing the more minor, essential elements that I need. What good is a tool if it has everything I don't need but nothing I actually need? Wave keeps things simple and user-friendly. It didn't take very long to learn how to use the features and if I don't understand something, they have excellent documentation that explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Wave recently released Wave Money, a business banking account that you link to your Wave Invoicing account. When I receive payment from a client, I can cash out that payment to my Wave Money bank account immediately and free of charge. It comes with a Wave Money Visa debit card, and I can use those funds directly or get cash from the ATM. I don't have to wait for days for funds to transfer or post to my account, and I don't have to pay an extra fee to receive my money sooner. It's a nice feature for a new, small business owner. Oh, I forgot! It's all FREE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wave Invoicing?

I can honestly say I haven't come across anything I don't like yet. Wave takes the time to listen to their customers' needs, and by doing so, they have built a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wave Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Record keeping is not my strong suit. However, I know how important it is when owning a business. This tool has kept me on track with record keeping because the features are easy to understand, and the tools inside the application are easy to use. It's a lifesaver during tax season. I have always done my taxes myself, and Wave has reports and tools that make tax preparation fast and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wave Invoicing?

I love that Wave Invoicing makes it easy to keep up with invoicing your customers, whether it's a one-time charge or recurring. You can also set recurring for any interval, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wave Invoicing?

I would like to see the ability to block out weekends, holidays, or other specific dates from having recurring invoices sent. Also, it would be nice to be able to add an interest charge for overdue invoices automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wave Invoicing?

Ease of setup and use. The platform is intuitive. I also can. Easily create recurring invoices that are setup to automatically be paid by the customer. I also that I'm able to do a lot on the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wave Invoicing?

It would be nice to take an existing invoice and make it recurring. Right now in order to create a recurring invoice you have. To create a new invoice and add all information in. It'd be helpful to take a one time invoice and switch it to recurring without needing to input the company and rate info again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
