
This is my second year using Anchor. It has helped streamline my invoicing. It has ways to add out of scope charges as well as to let the client pay via ACH or credit card. If they pay by credit card, the client is billed. For my tax clients, it has helped to get payment in advance as well as to have them sign my client service agreement in advance. It also syncs with QuickBooks Online, including adding new client names to QBO. As far as implementation, there is no startup fee, and they spent all the time I needed to help me. I would like to add completely separate agreements for existing clients, but this means that they have to reset their payment method. Chat support could use faster response time. But once they do respond, they are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
