"Creative Templates Make Design Effortless"
What do you like best about OptiSigns?

I really appreciate the creative templates available on the site, as well as the option to design my own. Setting up our TV was a quick and easy process, which was especially important during the busy holiday season. Now, it plays content in our office every day. The Optisigns team also checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which I find helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

There isn't a way to format slideshow pictures, and I wish all the images would automatically fit the screen when I start a slideshow. It would also be helpful to have the option to crop each image individually so they fit the available space better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OptiSigns?

Optisigns is so easy to use - my staff were able to quickly adopt the platform and upskill with ease.

The implementation phase was much shorter than expected, so we are deriving value quickly.

I like that the interface is easy to use and that scheduling is a breeze.

What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

I would appreciate whitepapers or resource guides on best practices in designing digital signs. I like to know hoe to optimize tools to align with actual human behaviours. I have seen a bit of useful info, but I want more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Family Communication and Celebration with OptiSigns"
What do you like best about OptiSigns?

OptiSigns has allowed us to more effectively communicate with our families in a clear, concise manner. It has also allowed us to celebrate the smaller things, like birthdays, that often got lost in the shuffle of a busy day. We found it pretty easy to use, and is easy to tailor to our needs on a daily, ever-changing basis. I haven't yet needed to contact Customer Support, as I haven't had any issues with the platform. What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

There are some bugs that I occasionally come across, where it doesn't link well to our screens. However, it typically corrects itself within that same day. I also would prefer a self-tutorial in order to be able to fully use all the functionality of OptiSigns. I feel like there were many features that I had to learn by trial. What do you like best about OptiSigns?

I have been very happy with the features of the OptiSigns and OptiStick player which we are using to display upcoming events and other information in our church's fellowship hall before and after Sunday services. The quick and on-spot support I have received via email from OptiSigns excels. I had done trials of two other digital signage services but felt that OptiSigns was the best designed and best value. Having the OptiSigns app on my phone as also been also most helpful. It was very easy to get started and configure the OptiStick player. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

As a software developer myself, I would have added a few more options to the OptiSigns apps, especially the Google Calendar Feed. Scheduling of playlists is not well implemented for ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Flexibility and Value—A Truly Outstanding Product"
What do you like best about OptiSigns?

This product is unbelievable, as you can make it whatever you want!The current product we use requires us to contact support to get configured or make changes. This product allows the user to make configurations as they see fit which is huge. Also, the number of products that can be integrated into this product is outstanding. The final advantage is the cost which really is attractive. The cost per screen is low and the hardware needed is really cost effective also. A product that is inexpensive with US based support and almost infinitely configurable is simply the best. This is just an outstanding company and product! Also very easy to implement this product. What do you like best about OptiSigns?

I really like how easy to use OptiSigns is, the interface is clean and intuitive, so uploading and managing content is simple. The ease of implementation was great too; setting up my screen took almost no time. The number of features is impressive, from videos and images to social media feeds, and the ease of integration with other platforms makes everything seamless. What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

What do you like best about OptiSigns?

What I appreciate most about Optisigns is how easy it is to use. The systems we operate with Optisigns are fairly straightforward, so I was pleased to find that integrating Optisigns didn’t complicate things. I also really like how quickly I can make changes, even if they’re only temporary. Our screen runs on a continuous loop, and we frequently update the content to stay current with retail needs. What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

If I had to mention one aspect of Optisigns that I don't particularly like, it would be the frequency of marketing emails. What do you like best about OptiSigns?

After trying several options, I ultimately chose OptiSigns because it offered the best customer support and the most user-friendly interface among all the programs I considered. Additionally, OptiSigns proved to be the most cost-effective solution for our Church's digital signage needs. Another key reason for selecting OptiSigns was their demo period, which provided access to a complete, fully featured account rather than a restricted version with limited functionality. This allowed me to test every feature exactly as I intended to use it before making a purchase, eliminating any uncertainty about how the platform would perform.

With the smart tv app we were immediately able to begin using OptiSigns with our current display TVs without having to upgrade any hardware. Within minutes of signing up I had displays scheduled and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

The scheduling options are great! However I find it lacks a few simpler options that would make scheduling content easier. Scheduling is a little clunky unless you figure out some of the subtle tricks, like how the OptiSigns system recognizes the "First Thursday of the month" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OptiSigns?

What I like best about OptiSigns is how easy it is to set up and manage digital signage across multiple locations. The interface is clean and intuitive, so updating content takes just a few clicks compared to what we have before, where we had an older system hooked back in the TV. I also appreciate the wide variety of templates and integrations which are very fun and creative! We have one for our breakroom, and our employee loves the fun facts or templates already built in. It saves a lot of time and makes the displays look polished without needing advanced design skills. Overall, it’s a reliable and flexible platform that makes managing screens effortless.
