I don't know about the ones listed here, but I use Honeybook and their AI assistant helps by sending emails to clients to remind them of our sessions, handles follow ups, and helps make changes if needed. The other thing I like about Honeybook's AI assistant is that it will look through my emails to see if there are any potential leads that I may have missed. It will alert me to the potential client and recommend a course of action.

How do you usually handle meeting follow-ups today? Do you rely on AI tools, or still prefer doing it manually?

### Comment 3

I'd say one challenge we ran into is trust. If the AI-generated follow-up includes incorrect details, people hesitate to rely on it. So there’s always a review step, this is especially for client-facing communications.

### Comment 4

We tested Sembly mainly for internal meetings, and the biggest win was how it automatically turns discussions into tasks. That said, you still need to review those tasks because not everything it flags is actually actionable. It’s helpful, but not fully hands-off.

### Comment 5

We’ve been using Fireflies for a while, and it’s been great for follow-ups, especially pulling out action items and key decisions. But I wouldn’t say it replaces scheduling at all. It integrates with calendars, but the actual scheduling logic still lives in Google Calendar or similar tools. So it’s more of a “post-meeting efficiency” tool than a true scheduling assistant.

### Comment 6

The biggest value for us came from consistency in follow-ups. Even if the AI-generated summary isn’t perfect, having a structured draft ready right after the meeting helps ensure nothing gets missed.
