Regarding the player not playing all slides in a multi-slide PowerPoint, it is recommended to upload your PowerPoint file, since OptiSigns does not support video, transitions, or animations from PPT files (please refer to the attached document for more detail). Frustrating **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2025 **What do you like best about OptiSigns?** The ability to customize and personalize an event as long as it will connect to Wi-Fi to download the content **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** I have spent days trying to get the screen to connect to Wi-Fi despite multiple suggestions from my corporate franchise or. I have content on the screen that I do not have on the truck and it is misleading to customers and very frustrating. I’ve tried multiple hotspots I’ve tried a full Wi-Fi signal from my garage and it simply will not connect to download new content. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** I still need a resolution to get it to connect to Wi-Fi **Official Response from Alex H.:** > Thank you for sharing your feedback. Dashboard experience falls short of competitors **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Cuyler M. | Client Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2020 **What do you like best about OptiSigns?** The ability to build and store multiple Playlists is the best and most unique feature. We would have contracted with OptiSigns based on this alone but the app variety offered by Enplug won us over. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** Limited app selection and sub-par dashboard admin experience. Enplug allows users to toggle percentage share of app visibility and have multiple contributor profiles. Enplug is easier to use so we subscribed to Enplug and are happy. **Recommendations to others considering OptiSigns:** This is a great option if you would like to build playlists that allow you to quickly change display group content from one day to the next without needing to re-deploy apps. However, there are superior software products. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** We decided on Enplug after a trial of both companies and are very happy with our decision.
