What do you like best?
The program can be used to deliver mass communication to thousands of people over various delivery methods. Once you hit SEND, the emergency message gets delivered via email, text message, phone call, desktop alert, television, etc.
The preset messages are also great. There countless preset messages that you can modify for later use that will be ready for you if that particular emergency or situation ever happens.
What do you dislike?
Some of the presets have strange wording that you cannot modify, so you have to be creative with the information you sandwich into the boxes between the preset sentences. If you don't pay attention, the message could come off as sounding weird.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

It helps us meet state and federal guidelines for emergency notification. The ability to send emergency messages to the public on various things (computer, phones, etc) lets us exceed the minimum standards. The additional benefit is that the program can be accessed from out in the field as long as you have an internet connection.
