**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is a very easy-to-use platform with strong LinkedIn integration, especially the ability to manage multiple selections efficiently. The HubSpot integration is also a real advantage, as it helps keep sales workflows connected, organized, and easier to manage. The onboarding experience is smooth and clear, which makes it easy for new users to understand the main features quickly and start launching campaigns without too much complexity.

I also appreciate the AI features, which can help save time when creating outreach messages, improving personalization, and optimizing campaign content. AI support is becoming increasingly important in sales automation, and Lemlist is moving in the right direction by making these features accessible and practical for everyday use.

A few areas could still be improved. Phone number enrichment can become expensive, batch performance could be faster and more reliable at scale, and I would like to see more advanced AI features in the future, especially for sequence optimization, smarter personalization, and better recommendations based on campaign performance. Overall, Lemlist remains a very useful, intuitive, and efficient solution for prospecting and sales automation.

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The UX is genuinely pleasant to work in, which matters when you're building and iterating on sequences daily. The campaign builder is intuitive and easy to navigate, even when sequences get complex with multiple branches between email and LinkedIn steps.
Two features stand out for me. A/B testing is well implemented: you can split-test subject lines, copy variants, or full sequence steps without friction. And the tracking is genuinely high quality, with clean, granular data on opens, clicks, replies, and conversion at each step. It makes optimization actually data-driven rather than guesswork, and I can spot underperforming variants without exporting anything.
Lemwarm running in the background for deliverability is also a real plus when you scale sender volume.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The pricing is on the higher end, especially as you add seats or scale sender volume. Compared to other tools we evaluated, Lemlist sits in the premium bracket, and while the product quality justifies part of it, the cost ramps up quickly for growing teams.

The other recurring pain point is duplicate handling. Duplicates aren't properly tracked across campaigns, which forces a lot of manual cleanup when running multiple sequences in parallel or reactivating old leads. Honestly, it sometimes gives the impression that the lack of native deduplication is intentional, since every contact added counts toward credit usage. A clearer, workspace-level dedup system with proper tracking would save real time and feel more aligned with users' interests.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist helps us run and scale outbound prospecting in a structured way. Concretely, it's the tool that drives demo bookings for our sales team by allowing us to reach the right personas at scale with sequences that combine email and LinkedIn touches.
The other key benefit is centralization. Instead of having campaigns scattered across tools and spreadsheets, everything sits in one place: we can see how each prospect behaves across sequences (opens, clicks, replies, LinkedIn interactions) and adjust messaging or follow-ups accordingly. That visibility on prospect behavior is what makes the difference between sending volume and actually running a thoughtful outbound motion.
The result is a more predictable pipeline and a clearer view of what's working, which campaigns, which steps, and which messages drive conversations with prospects.

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is the quality of its database combined with its powerful sequencing capabilities. The multichannel outreach is a real game changer. it allows us to engage prospects across email, LinkedIn and more all within a single, streamlined workflow.

We’ve also seen consistently strong open and click rates on our campaigns, which speaks to how effective the personalization and delivery features are. Overall, it has significantly improved both our outreach efficiency and results.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One limitation I’ve noticed with lemlist is that the database view is restricted to only 30 pages. This can make it a bit challenging to navigate and manage larger prospect lists efficiently, especially when working at scale. Expanding this limit or improving how larger datasets are handled would make the experience even better.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist helps us solve the challenge of targeted outreach by allowing us to tailor campaigns specifically to fit our product offerings. This ensures that our messages are relevant to each prospect, which has boosted engagement, improved response rates, and made our outreach efforts far more efficient. The platform greatly reduces the friction of multi-channel outreach by bringing email, LinkedIn, and even WhatsApp into a single, cohesive workflow. I’m especially impressed with the AI personalization—it helps us generate tailored messages at scale that still feel relevant and actually get responses. Features like "lemwarm" also give us peace of mind around deliverability, and the UI is straightforward enough that we can get campaigns up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There’s definitely a learning curve once you start working with advanced automation and conditional logic. The tool is powerful, but it takes time to get comfortable building and managing the more complex sequences. Pricing can also become a consideration as your contact volume scales, and I’d like to see reporting and analytics that are a bit more granular, especially compared with some other high-end enterprise tools.

It has streamlined our investor outreach, which used to be a disorganized mix of spreadsheets and manual follow-ups. Now that everything is brought into a single dashboard, we can prospect and pitch more efficiently while still keeping track of important conversations. Cutting down on administrative busywork has also made a noticeable difference, letting us spend more time in actual meetings and less time on repetitive data entry.

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The interface is very user-friendly, but the real strength is in the custom conditions for sequence personalization. Timezone management has been a huge win for us, along with the “waiting room” feature. It lets me import a large batch of leads and have them automatically queued according to my daily sending limits, with essentially no manual oversight needed.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The HubSpot integration feels a bit basic compared to competitors like Apollo, and I’d really like a direct push plugin. The dashboard widgets also feel quite rigid and are difficult to customize for my specific needs. Finally, it’s frustrating that I can’t send from specific Microsoft email aliases, since that forces us to maintain multiple separate accounts instead of managing everything under one.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has completely automated our scheduling across different US time zones, which used to be a manual mess. The AI-driven tracking of interest and metrics has replaced our old manual systems, and it’s given us much better data to refine our strategy. On top of that, Lemwarm has finally given us real control over deliverability and sender reputation as we scale.

The user interface is exceptionally clean, which makes the overall experience genuinely pleasant. I also really appreciate how much detail you can build into the sequences—it’s been a lifesaver when I’m coordinating targeted outreach for upcoming industry events.

I feel like the search filters in the lead database could be a bit more granular. For example, it would be really helpful to enter a custom range for employee counts. I’d also like more specific filters to identify early-stage startups that don’t yet have a dedicated marketing department, since that’s a key segment for us.

The personalization at scale is genuinely impressive. Setting up multichannel sequences with custom variables, images and LinkedIn steps in one place saves a huge amount of time. The M-List database is also a solid bonus for finding leads directly inside the tool.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The learning curve is a bit steep at the beginning. It takes some time to understand all the sequence logic and warm-up settings properly. A more guided onboarding would help new users get to value faster.

lemlist solves the chaos of manual outreach. Before, managing cold email campaigns meant juggling multiple tools for sending, personalization, follow-ups and tracking. lemlist centralizes everything in one place, which means less time wasted on ops and more focus on actual conversations. **What do you like best about lemlist?**

The platform is extremely user-friendly, and the AI integration makes drafting sequences much quicker than doing it manually. I’m also a big fan of the pre-built campaign templates and the “Lemmanuel” bot, which genuinely offers helpful guidance throughout the setup process.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The credit system across the different plans can be a bit confusing to track at first. I also found it frustrating that you can’t start drafting campaign steps or content until you upload a lead list; it would be much better if we could build out the sequence first and then finalize the recipient data afterward. Lastly, the importance of the warm-up period should be explained more clearly during onboarding so people don’t lose time unnecessarily.

It does a great job of bridging the gap between finding verified lead data and running mass outreach that still doesn’t come across as spam. With the enrichment tools and personalization features, we’ve been able to boost our brand awareness in a meaningful way. The biggest advantage for us is that we can scale communication while keeping deliverability high and preserving a genuinely “human” feel in every email we send.

The platform makes building even complex outbound sequences feel incredibly intuitive, and the steps are clearly documented from start to finish. I’m a huge fan of the built-in profile enrichment and the email finder tool—it’s remarkably accurate and saves us from having to bounce between different third-party data providers just to find a verified contact address for a prospect.

The “cockpit” billing system, along with how team structures are set up, can be a bit confusing—especially when I’m trying to manage multiple sender accounts at the same time. That said, whenever I’ve hit a snag with account settings, the support team has been fantastic and very quick to help me get everything configured correctly.

It takes away the headache of trying to coordinate outreach manually across different platforms like email and LinkedIn. **What do you like best about lemlist?**

Multi-channel sequencing is the main reason I use this platform. I can build a complete LinkedIn and email flow with complex conditional branches—like switching subject lines if an email isn’t opened—without having to write any code.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The 200-character limit on LinkedIn messages remains a persistent irritant, especially given that the LinkedIn platform itself allows much longer messages. I also think campaign status visibility could be better. When I’m running several sequences in parallel, it’s not always clear at a glance where each one stands, which ends up causing unnecessary clicking around the dashboard just to check progress.

It solves the problem of running coordinated outreach across multiple channels without turning it into a full-time job. By bringing sequences, conditions, and channel switching together in one place, it saves me hours of manual decision-making and keeps the whole process easier to manage.
