I would say the lack of verifications in delivrability for emails. A lot of emails found are unusable.

Beautiful flow interface, very intuitive and easy to use.
Customized messaging with context message drafting is insanely useful and can save so much time.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The LinkedIn connection request note sometimes doesn't go through and it's very awkward when that happens.
The email enrichment only gets people's company emails not personal ones making that feature basically unusable for recruitment.

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The ability to source leads and push the leads into an outbound campaign within the same platform! The platform allows me to search and find leads for my ICP, enrich their contact information, view & engage with their LinkedIn and build/deploy email campaigns all in one system. No one likes having to use 3 different platforms in order to do outreach...

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Once a campaign has launched, you are unable to enrich leads. Also, Lemlist will send the email campaign performance stats, but once the campaign is launched you are unable to make adjustments to the campaign, to fix the issues they notified you of.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the issue of having many platforms within a sales orgs tech stack. Which benefits me by not having to navigate through multiple platforms to complete my daily sales activities.

I love how it automates everything, my activities are better organized, it has a better conversion rate than other tools.

Just the issue of not being able to customize my reports with the metrics of my choice

I did a lot of research and I wanted to try cold emailing for the first time, so Lemwarm was a big plus!

Nothing at the moment! We don't have any information on the freshness of the information in the database, and I would find that relevant to know which prospects to enrich.

Lemlist is a great tool for outbound. The multi channel approach (linkedin+email+calls) is great.
The use of AI, is easy for such thing as campaigns but also variables is the lead table making personnalisation at scale more attainable.
Direct integration with open AI, Perplexity

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Small bug inside the platform, especially when trying to use AI variable, if you need to enrich some lead, the LLM model can time out. 
Lack of double sync, it is hard to push a lead from lemlist to the crm.

Being able to automate my outreach and having a good overview on the performance of my campaigns. 
Being able to try different approach in my outreach.

I like that Lemlist serves as a comprehensive platform where I can easily manage email validation and the list building process. The integration capabilities with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce via API keys are highly beneficial for streamlining my workflow and managing multichannel campaigns efficiently. I appreciate the most recent upgrades that include WhatsApp integration, which allows me to communicate seamlessly with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, this feature reduces the chances of missing important communications, such as voicemails or messages, which is vital for managing ongoing deals. These capabilities make Lemlist exceedingly helpful for my tasks, and I find the platform's latest features particularly noteworthy.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I find the credit system in lemlist quite problematic. Specifically, the cost of credits for finding phone numbers or contact details seems disproportionately high compared to emails. For emails, five credits are required, but it feels like we have to pay even more for phone numbers, which could use improvement. Additionally, during the email validation process, we're often charged credits for emails that turn out to be undeliverable or risky, which does not provide value for the credits spent. This system of handling credits makes it difficult to manage limited resources efficiently, and it would be beneficial if the credit system was adjusted to provide better value for both emails and phone numbers.

I use Lemlist to automate multichannel campaigns, draft personalized emails, and integrate CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, which enhances efficiency. It automates LinkedIn interactions, triggering responses, making the campaign process seamless and useful.

It brings everything under one roof - multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, whatsapp) plus Lemwarm for deliverability. Having it all in one place saves me from juggling multiple tools and makes it easier to manage campaigns end-to-end. The fact that it’s continuously adding features to centralize outbound makes me more likely to stick with it long-term. Customer support is great too.

Lemlist should be able to generate highly personalized and accurate support based on AI research to make campaign optimization smarter. Another key improvement would be the ability to automatically detect and eliminate duplicate leads that are already present in other campaigns directly from a campaign’s lead list, instead of needing manual cleanup.

Lemlist helps us solve the challenge of scaling outbound while still keeping it personalized. Instead of switching between tools for email, LinkedIn, and deliverability, we can manage everything in one place. I like the attention to details and how the product was designed to fit into a real and meaningful workflow. The overall experience is great with the web app but also the integrations and Chrome extension to make your life as easy as possible.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Some UI are too much inspired by Excel — and sometimes the navigation is a bit slow. I'm sure there is a way to reinvent some UI and make them less spreadsheet-like and more adapted to user's workflow.
Also, in B2B, we often prospect by Company > Then find leads inside that Company. It's possible to do this in lemlist with the filters, but it's a bit too manual and painful.

Multichannel sequences and having a unified platform for domain warming & sequencing is a huge plus.

Feels a bit too expensive for what you pay for - specifically the limitations when using lemwarm.

Lemlist does a great job at unifying all of my outbound in an AI-native way. I also love the human-in-the-loop features where you can manually edit individual messages and steps of each sequence. I also love how it has a native dialer in addition to LinkedIn and email, and it has a very good REST API for building agents.

it’s a full outreach platform. I really like the multichannel sequences where I can mix email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, which makes my prospecting way more effective and human. On top of that, the data enrichment feature saves me hours by helping me find and qualify leads directly in the tool. No need to jump between different platforms — everything is centralized, from prospecting to outreach to follow-up

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Managing contacts and keeping everything perfectly organized is not as easy as I’d like. To be fair, it might also be because I haven’t explored all the features yet, but I sometimes feel the workflow for contact management could be smoother.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist helps me solve two major challenges: finding the right prospects and reaching them effectively. Thanks to data enrichment, I can identify and qualify leads much faster, which saves me hours of manual research. With multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), I can engage prospects where they are most active, making my campaigns more natural and boosting reply rates. Overall, it helps me generate more conversations and opportunities while spending less time juggling different tools.

Lemlist has saved me hundreds of hours this year, it’s so effective, easy to use, and affordable. The success rate I’ve had with campaigns has been outstanding, and the personalisation features make outreach effortless. On top of that, it’s very affordable compared to other tools I’ve used.

If you’re looking for a tool that combines efficiency, ease of use, and real impact, Lemlist delivers on every front. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Lemlist is solving a huge challenge for me around prospecting and outreach. I can easily find email addresses for specific clients based on country, state, profession, or title, and even connect those to LinkedIn profiles. From there, I can set up campaigns that run automatically, with Lemlist working in the background and saving me hundreds of hours of manual work. The result is that my outreach is more targeted, efficient, and scalable  and my business is growing much faster as a result.

I love how easy Lemlist is to use, as it simplifies complex tasks and makes them much more approachable. The platform consistently offers up-to-date features, ensuring that I have the latest tools available to enhance my workflow. Its ability to accurately enrich data with mobile phone numbers is particularly valuable, allowing me to quickly and easily contact leads. Additionally, by consolidating analytics from phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn messages in one central location, I find it much easier to review both campaign and account executive performance. This comprehensive data integration helps in rapidly growing, optimizing, and organizing our sales team, which is a tremendous advantage. The initial setup was just very easy, making the whole onboarding process smooth and hassle-free. All these aspects make Lemlist an indispensable tool for my SaaS sales team's personalized outreach efforts at scale.

I would like Lemlist to have a feature where I can mark a mobile or contact number as invalid. If a number is deemed no good, Lemlist should either actively search for an alternative or reject it from being stored in the database.

Overall it does exactly what it is supposed to do and it does so well. The AI & real person support chat is very responsive and fast. I also found basic enrichments, such as eMail, to be fairly priced, when compared to other platforms. Setting up campaigns is intuitive and easy. Features such as Lemwarm to warm up and protect your sending emails/domains are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One thing that could be improved is the management of your contacts within Lemlist. I understand that it isn't a CRM, but it would be helpful to have the option to sort all columns in All Contacts view, and most importantly, be able to download columns such as the campaign each contact is currently associated with. The contact export feature is just a bit rudimentary. 

The sorting and filter functions in the All Contacts view is also not ideal. Still have not found a way to sort contacts by company, for example.

I'm brand new to lemlist, it really seems like the outbounding tool of the future compared to what I've used in the past. The AI sequences are impressive and how they are adaptive to the recipient's persona. It's been a good experience learning the tool, the video tutorials have been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I would like to be able to modify the AI sequences, for example I haven't figured out yet how to make my custom email signature appear in them which is important for branding/contact/meeting link purposes.

I've used many automation tools and Lemlist has everything my team needs. It's very easy to use and implement. We use it everyday and it never blocks our Linkedin Account (we had this problem wiht other tools before). We love Lemwarm and the Sales Navigator extension to upload leads. Customer support is very helpful and quick

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

It doesn't have the Automated Linkedin Invite Withdrawer (many other tools we've used have this feature), so we have to do this in another tool. We usually have problems with the email enrichment in bulk, it only brings up some emails and when we look for them one by one with Lemlist we find them.. so it's not that they are not available. It doesn't have a replies report that it's key for us and the Hubsport integration still has some things that we need

What I like most about Lemlist is how easy it is to launch personalized campaigns.  
I can add variables, images, and little touches that make my emails feel less “copy paste”.  
The deliverability features also gave me peace of mind — I don’t have to stress about ending up in spam.  
Most importantly, I actually booked meetings and got clients thanks to it.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Sometimes it feels a bit slow when I handle big lead lists, and the reporting could give more detail.  
At the beginning, some advanced features took me a little time to figure out.  
The price is not the cheapest, but it makes sense if you really use all the features.

Lemlist helped me solve the biggest pain of cold outreach: getting replies.  
Before, my emails often ended up ignored or in spam. With Lemlist, I can personalize at scale and keep my deliverability high.

I really appreciate LemList for several reasons, particularly its automation and pacing features for LinkedIn outreach. Lemlist has been a game-changer for our SDR team. Their support is excellent, and with AI integration, we’ve become nearly 10x more efficient in outreach. It’s easy to use, simple to implement, and something our team relies on daily. The seamless CRM integration with Pipedrive, ability to send WhatsApp messages, and even LinkedIn voice notes have made our engagement much more personal. Since we started using it, we’ve been able to drive significantly better results.

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that sometimes, especially in the late evenings here in India, Lemlist tends to hang or lag a bit.

When you have a large database, this lack of flexibility can slow down segmentation and makes it harder to build highly targeted sequences. Improving the filtering logic and adding more granular criteria would make managing and organizing contacts much more powerful.

I like lemlist because it provides for me the opportunity to target multiple groups of customers and get actual, real leads with answers! I use it every day, and plan campaigns for two weeks ahead. I have also integrated it with LinkedIn, thus combining both email and LinkedIn for full circle. The customer support is great, I have had 3-4 cases solved very quickly, the AI assistant answers good, which means it has been properly trained. lemlist is relatively easy to use and learn, the academy provides good foundation and everything else is tought as I go.

The credits for emails are a bit too expensive in comparison to other platforms.

I think that lemlists integration with LinkedIn provides accurate data on leads so long as they update their profiles. You're able to automate LinkedIn interactions such as connections, profile views, messages which is very convenient. You can also push leads into lemlist directly from their profiles, and personalise messages before sending. The team that work at lemlist are very fast to respond to any questions that you have, and I'm able to speak to a human whenever requested, they also allow you to send videos, so you can show them exactly what the issue is.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I dislike the fact that there are a few basic functions missing, such as filtering contact lists by people who are not already in a campaign. Currently out of their 450 million leads, only 154,000 have data available for Company Revenue. There's no undo action within the campaign building section, so any mistakes can't be quickly rectified. Some functions are temperamental and don't work sometimes. Enriching data can sometimes be a challenge, with other data sourcing software finding data that lemlist can't.

Lemlist allows us to engage with prospects on LinkedIn using automations, which is something other CRM's can't do yet. It also integrates with our main CRM so that we can see everything in one place. Lemwarm integration, plus the Lemlist database, data enrichment, and the fact that the product acts as a lightweight CRM. It's actually making me consider just moving over to Lemlist as my main CRM since I really don't need something super complex as an independent consultant.

I wish the phone feature wasn't so expensive. I don't want to have to upgrade to Multichannel Expert on top of paying monthly for a phone number. For that reason I'm using Google Voice instead of Lemlist.

Aside from that, the product overall is a bit confusing to me, trying to figure out how to use it for my needs. I think onboarding could be polished a bit.

Main reason I switched to Lemlist was that it allows me to combine Email and LinkedIn flows into one campaign. The recent AI additions are actually useful, and the Chrome plugin works well. Also the AI support works pretty well and if it doesn't the human support is good and quick too.

There were some restrictions with the LinkedIn integration but those are gone now so I don't really have anything to complain about. I would say I never use the sourcing in Lemlist - I prefer to do it is LinkedIn sales Navigator and then import.

Combined Email and LinkedIn campaigns. Lemlist does this together well. If you get engagement on one channel then the other will stop (otherwise you look stupid!).

Before using Lemlist, lead generation felt like a slow uphill battle — boring at best, nearly impossible at worst, and with the constant feeling that I was pouring hours into simply finding leads instead of spending that time connecting and growing the business. But once we started using Lemlist, everything changed — suddenly the process felt structured, automated, and way more human at the same time. Instead of wasting energy on the wrong tasks, we were actually having conversations that mattered and booking meetings (which were, much better quality than before) faster than ever before.

I've personally used lemlist every day, since I've discovered it.

We really haven't found any.  I also like that we can buy lists within Lemlist too.
