What do you dislike about lemlist?

We chose lemlist while building an outbound sales function because we could quickly integrate with our existing systems and get started with low-cost and effort.

We are pretty voracious and understanding software consumers, so we expected using lemlist would be a breeze. However, we were quickly disappointed by a UI overhaul that made things difficult to navigate.

Support was often slow o unable to resolve our technincal questions. We felt the support agents we interacted with lacked knowledge about the application and did not take time to understand the concerns we raised... and, most importantly, how they impacted our business. Frustratingly, every interaction was coupled with a slew of emojis which feels tone-deaf when a reported bug is causing your sales team to burn valuable leads.

Finally, we've been trying to downgrade our usage for 2 months like another review cites. But due to either a bug in their billing infrastructure or support's inability to help us, have not yet been able to reduce our usage or cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about lemlist?

I believed lemlist was just an email tool at first, but it quickly became the place where I centralize multichannel outreach and follow-ups. What do you dislike about lemlist?

I wish lemlist had stronger reporting and analytics tailored to large teams so managers could get clearer campaign breakdowns. Right now filtering and forecasting feel limtied when we try to compare sequences across multiple reps and campaigns.
