## lemlist Reviews
 ### 1. Flexible Outreach Tool with Room for Support Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Sr. Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I use lemlist for outbound marketing, including email, text, and LinkedIn connections for recruiting and business development. I appreciate that it solves the problem of having to use multiple tools for outreach, allowing me to organize my campaigns. I like the ability to build custom sequences. I also like the email warmup feature and that it lets me use several email addresses and domains. It's extremely flexible and helps me win. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The customer support has been good but it can take some time to book with them as their schedule is booked 3-5 days out. It would be great if I could talk to someone the same day, if I needed support.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solves the problem of using multiple tools for outreach, letting me organize campaigns. I like building custom sequences, email warmup, and using multiple email addresses and domains. It's flexible, allowing LinkedIn connections when no email or phone number is available, helping me win.

 ### 2. Streamlined Multichannel Outreach with Powerful AI Personalization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroleo N. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The platform greatly reduces the friction of multi-channel outreach by bringing email, LinkedIn, and even WhatsApp into a single, cohesive workflow. I’m especially impressed with the AI personalization—it helps us generate tailored messages at scale that still feel relevant and actually get responses. Features like "lemwarm" also give us peace of mind around deliverability, and the UI is straightforward enough that we can get campaigns up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There’s definitely a learning curve once you start working with advanced automation and conditional logic. The tool is powerful, but it takes time to get comfortable building and managing the more complex sequences. Pricing can also become a consideration as your contact volume scales, and I’d like to see reporting and analytics that are a bit more granular, especially compared with some other high-end enterprise tools.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined our investor outreach, which used to be a disorganized mix of spreadsheets and manual follow-ups. Now that everything is brought into a single dashboard, we can prospect and pitch more efficiently while still keeping track of important conversations. Cutting down on administrative busywork has also made a noticeable difference, letting us spend more time in actual meetings and less time on repetitive data entry.

 ### 3. User-Friendly Interface with Powerful Sequence Personalization and Timezone Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Buddy K. | Director of Outbound Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The interface is very user-friendly, but the real strength is in the custom conditions for sequence personalization. Timezone management has been a huge win for us, along with the “waiting room” feature. It lets me import a large batch of leads and have them automatically queued according to my daily sending limits, with essentially no manual oversight needed.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The HubSpot integration feels a bit basic compared to competitors like Apollo, and I’d really like a direct push plugin. The dashboard widgets also feel quite rigid and are difficult to customize for my specific needs. Finally, it’s frustrating that I can’t send from specific Microsoft email aliases, since that forces us to maintain multiple separate accounts instead of managing everything under one.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has completely automated our scheduling across different US time zones, which used to be a manual mess. The AI-driven tracking of interest and metrics has replaced our old manual systems, and it’s given us much better data to refine our strategy. On top of that, Lemwarm has finally given us real control over deliverability and sender reputation as we scale.

 ### 4. Clean, Pleasant UI with Detailed Sequences for Targeted Event Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey T. | Outbound Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The user interface is exceptionally clean, which makes the overall experience genuinely pleasant. I also really appreciate how much detail you can build into the sequences—it’s been a lifesaver when I’m coordinating targeted outreach for upcoming industry events.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I feel like the search filters in the lead database could be a bit more granular. For example, it would be really helpful to enter a custom range for employee counts. I’d also like more specific filters to identify early-stage startups that don’t yet have a dedicated marketing department, since that’s a key segment for us.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me cut through the noise, find qualified leads, and actually get in front of the right decision-makers. Because the campaign builder is so user-friendly, I can set up highly detailed sequences for special events in just minutes, which helps ensure our brand stays relevant and top of mind with our most important prospects.

 ### 5. User-Friendly AI Sequences with Helpful Templates and Lemmanuel Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucius F. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The platform is extremely user-friendly, and the AI integration makes drafting sequences much quicker than doing it manually. I’m also a big fan of the pre-built campaign templates and the “Lemmanuel” bot, which genuinely offers helpful guidance throughout the setup process.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The credit system across the different plans can be a bit confusing to track at first. I also found it frustrating that you can’t start drafting campaign steps or content until you upload a lead list; it would be much better if we could build out the sequence first and then finalize the recipient data afterward. Lastly, the importance of the warm-up period should be explained more clearly during onboarding so people don’t lose time unnecessarily.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does a great job of bridging the gap between finding verified lead data and running mass outreach that still doesn’t come across as spam. With the enrichment tools and personalization features, we’ve been able to boost our brand awareness in a meaningful way. The biggest advantage for us is that we can scale communication while keeping deliverability high and preserving a genuinely “human” feel in every email we send.

 ### 6. Intuitive Outbound Sequences with Accurate Enrichment and Email Finder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marlene M. | Growth Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The platform makes building even complex outbound sequences feel incredibly intuitive, and the steps are clearly documented from start to finish. I’m a huge fan of the built-in profile enrichment and the email finder tool—it’s remarkably accurate and saves us from having to bounce between different third-party data providers just to find a verified contact address for a prospect.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The “cockpit” billing system, along with how team structures are set up, can be a bit confusing—especially when I’m trying to manage multiple sender accounts at the same time. That said, whenever I’ve hit a snag with account settings, the support team has been fantastic and very quick to help me get everything configured correctly.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away the headache of trying to coordinate outreach manually across different platforms like email and LinkedIn. By pulling everything into a single campaign structure, it helps me reach specific high-value targets in a consistent, repeatable way. This more organized approach makes sure no lead gets overlooked and, through steady multi-channel follow-up, has noticeably improved our overall response rates.

 ### 7. Powerful No-Code Multi-Channel Sequencing for LinkedIn and Email

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David A. | Outbound Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Multi-channel sequencing is the main reason I use this platform. I can build a complete LinkedIn and email flow with complex conditional branches—like switching subject lines if an email isn’t opened—without having to write any code.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The 200-character limit on LinkedIn messages remains a persistent irritant, especially given that the LinkedIn platform itself allows much longer messages. I also think campaign status visibility could be better. When I’m running several sequences in parallel, it’s not always clear at a glance where each one stands, which ends up causing unnecessary clicking around the dashboard just to check progress.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of running coordinated outreach across multiple channels without turning it into a full-time job. By bringing sequences, conditions, and channel switching together in one place, it saves me hours of manual decision-making and keeps the whole process easier to manage.

 ### 8. Lemlist Has Completely Transformed How I Run My Outreach.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete Z. | Owner of Your Digital Growth Team, a lead generation agency., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist has completely transformed how I run my outreach.

As a legal growth consultant doing simultaneous email and LinkedIn outreach to law firms across the United States, managing everything manually was a constant struggle. Spacing out emails sporadically throughout the day, tracking follow-up timing, finding verified emails, and keeping tabs on lead engagement were all separate challenges with no central system tying them together. Lemlist solved all of that under one roof.

The automation is where Lemlist really shines. Being able to set up multi-step campaigns that space out emails and LinkedIn actions automatically has saved me hours every week. I no longer have to think about when to follow up because the sequence handles it. The automatic lead pausing when someone replies is a game-changer.

Before Lemlist, I had to manually monitor every conversation to make sure automated messages did not keep going out to someone I was already talking to. Now it happens instantly without me touching anything.

The engagement tracking is also invaluable. Being able to see exactly how many times a lead opened an email gives me real insight into who is interested before they even reply. That kind of visibility helps me prioritize my follow-ups and focus my energy on the right conversations.

One unexpected benefit I discovered was the connection withdrawal step in campaign sequences. That level of control over LinkedIn automation is something I did not expect, and it has added real precision to my outreach strategy. I also appreciate that Lemlist continuously rolls out new features and improvements. The platform feels like it is constantly evolving alongside its users.

On pricing, the monthly cost is genuinely great value for everything it delivers. Additional credits are reasonably priced, and the email finding feature is worth it on its own.

If you are doing any kind of multi-channel outreach at scale, Lemlist is worth every penny.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

While Lemlist has been an excellent tool overall, there are a few areas where I would love to see improvements.

The campaign analytics could be more granular. For example, when running A/B tested subject lines, it would be helpful to see a clear side-by-side breakdown of open rates per variation rather than having to manually calculate the difference. The current reporting makes it harder than it should be to draw quick conclusions from split tests.

I would also love the ability to rename individual campaign steps. Right now, steps are labeled by subject line or a generic label like "send automated email," which makes it difficult to navigate longer sequences at a glance. Being able to label steps as Email 1, Email 2, LinkedIn Follow Up 1, and so on would make campaign management significantly cleaner, especially when running multiple campaigns simultaneously. The same goes for being able to see what steps a lead is in, such as what step the lead has gone through and what steps it is yet to take.

One more analytics improvement I would suggest is showing reply rate based on total contacts in a campaign, in addition to total messages sent. The current calculation can be misleading when a contact receives multiple follow-ups. A contact-based reply rate would give a more accurate picture of how your outreach is actually performing.

The LinkedIn extension occasionally takes a moment to load, but this is a minor inconvenience and not a dealbreaker given everything else the platform delivers.

Overall, my frustrations are minor compared to the value Lemlist provides. These are refinements to an already strong product rather than fundamental issues.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a multi-channel outreach operation as a solo operator is incredibly demanding. Without the right infrastructure, the sheer volume of tasks, including sending emails at the right intervals, following up on LinkedIn, tracking who opened what, finding verified contact information, and knowing when someone has replied, becomes completely unmanageable manually.

Lemlist solves the multi-tasking problem entirely. Instead of spending my day switching between tasks and manually tracking the status of hundreds of leads, Lemlist handles all of it automatically in the background.

My campaigns run while I focus on what actually moves the needle, which is building a high-quality prospect list and managing active conversations.
The time savings are significant.

Before Lemlist, I was constantly context switching between finding emails, sending messages, logging activity, and figuring out follow-up timing. Now I set up a campaign once, and the system executes it precisely while I stay focused on higher-value work.

The automation also removes human error from the equation. Follow-ups go out on schedule, leads that reply are paused instantly, and engagement data is tracked automatically. Nothing falls through the cracks the way it inevitably does when you are managing everything manually.

For anyone running outreach at scale as a solo operator or small team, Lemlist is not just a nice-to-have. It is the infrastructure that makes the whole operation possible. The productivity gain alone justifies the investment many times over.

 ### 9. Multichannel Outreach That Actually Works – LinkedIn, Email, and Automation in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentin P. | Co-owner, CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I've been running outreach campaigns across several projects simultaneously for over a year now, and Lemlist is the tool I kept coming back to after trying about ten alternatives.

The multi-channel sequencing is the core reason I stayed. I can build a full LinkedIn + email + manual step flow with conditional branches – "if not opened in 3 days, switch subject line variant" – without touching a single line of code. That alone saves me hours per week compared to what I was doing before in other tools.

The Zapier integration and native webhooks are what keep me in the ecosystem. I pipe data into Pipedrive, trigger status changes on leads. I now manage most of it through Claude AI, which connects to Lemlist via MCP and builds campaign reports for me on demand. That combination changed how I work – and I didn't see it coming.

UI is functional, I'd say 8/10. The interface is clean enough, but campaign status visibility could be better – it's not always obvious at a glance which campaign is at what stage. You get used to it, but there's a learning curve that the onboarding doesn't fully address. Speaking of which – Lemlist sends helpful emails, but in practice I learned the tool through Claude, not their support. Make of that what you will.

Performance is solid. No meaningful deliverability issues, sequences run as configured, nothing breaks unexpectedly.

LinkedIn integration is valuable and a real differentiator for me– not every tool in this category does it well. One thing that does irritate me: the 200-character limit on LinkedIn messages even on a Premium subscription. It's an artificial constraint that doesn't match what the platform itself allows, and it shows up at the worst moments.

Pricing is the honest friction point. It's not cheap once you scale, and the limits push you toward higher plans faster than you'd like. I justify it by deal value, not tool cost. Their built-in AI personalization exists and works, but I don't use it – when you already have Claude handling your workflow, the native AI features feel redundant.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Nothing critical, but a few things worth mentioning.
The 200-character limit on LinkedIn messages is the most persistent irritant – especially on a Premium subscription. The platform itself allows much longer messages, so the constraint feels a little bit strange.
Campaign status visibility could be cleaner. When you're running several sequences in parallel, it's not always obvious at a glance where each one stands. You end up clicking around more than you should.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach at scale across multiple channels without turning it into a full-time job.

Before Lemlist, running coordinated LinkedIn + email sequences meant either doing it manually or stitching together several tools that didn't talk to each other cleanly. Lemlist consolidates that into one place – sequences, conditions, follow-ups, channel switching — and connects to Pipedrive via Claude without friction.

The practical benefit is time. Campaigns run on logic I set once, not on daily manual decisions. When a lead doesn't open an email, the sequence adjusts automatically. When something moves in Pipedrive, Lemlist knows about it.

The less obvious benefit: because it integrates cleanly with Claude, I can get campaign status reports, analyze response rates, and manage sequences through a conversational interface instead of clicking through dashboards. That's become part of how I work daily.

Lemlist also attempts to score "lead temperature" – essentially predicting whether a contact is ready to buy. I appreciate the intent, but in practice it doesn't move the needle much for me.

What actually helps is the conditional logic: being able to build branching sequences where the subject line and messaging adapt based on where a recipient is in their journey. That's the feature I'd miss most if it disappeared.

 ### 10. Smooth, Human-Centered Outreach with Lemwarm and LinkedIn Steps Built In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alisha H. | Senior Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What stands out most to me is how the platform removes technical hurdles without losing that “human” touch. The lemwarm feature is a real lifesaver for maintaining deliverability, and being able to weave LinkedIn steps directly into my email sequences makes campaign management feel smooth and effortless.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The biggest drawback is how quickly credits can get used up, especially if you rely heavily on the data enrichment and multi-channel features. During high-volume months, it takes close oversight to keep spending under control and manage the budget effectively.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of a fragmented sales stack by bringing lead discovery, enrichment, and multi-channel execution into a single dashboard. Before using it, I was constantly jumping between different tools and tabs just to find verified emails and send messages, which made the whole process feel unnecessarily scattered.

 ### 11. Lemlist is a no-brainer choice for my team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve T. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I love that it has an API and MCP so I can connect to it and make major changes exponentially faster. It's also great for repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I think it's a little confusing to find my way around the product; the UX is just a little confusing sometimes. I Sometimes I forget where to go to get to things like templates or that the Settings or Campaigns opens up a weird like, overlay(?) instead of just being visible with the menu still. It's very... Weird?

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me automate my outreach and perform tasks much faster than I was in the past. By speeding up the outreach, I'm able to generate more results *and* generate them faster. Solid results which more than pays for the platform.

 ### 12. Intuitive Lead Gen with Reliable Contact Data—Lemlist Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny Welber Condesso Lemos C. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

We've had a great experience using Lemlist for our lead generation efforts.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the daily workflow much more efficient for our sales team. The campaign setup is simple, and the automation tools help us stay consistent in our outreach without losing personalization.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been the quality of the contact data. We are consistently able to find reliable email addresses and phone numbers, which significantly improves our ability to connect with the right decision-makers.

Overall, Lemlist has become an important tool in our commercial strategy, helping us generate new opportunities and expand our client base. Great product and great development behind the platform.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One area that could be improved in Lemlist is the process of extracting campaign lead reports. Sometimes we create a campaign and later want to export the leads into an Excel spreadsheet, but the process can be a bit difficult or not very intuitive. A simpler and more direct way to generate and download campaign reports would make the workflow much easier.

Another point is related to the lead search system. In some cases, Lemlist finds a contact during the search process, but when we add that lead to a campaign, the platform charges credits for the email and phone number even when the system cannot actually find the email address or when the person is no longer working at that company.

Overall the platform is very strong, but improving these two areas would make the experience even better for users who rely heavily on lead generation and campaign management.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in sales: prospecting and organizing quality contacts.

With the platform, my sales team is able to identify the right companies and decision-makers much faster. It helps us structure our outreach campaigns, organize leads, and keep a clear pipeline of potential clients. Instead of spending a lot of time manually searching for contacts, we can focus more on building relationships and generating real business opportunities.

For us, the biggest benefit has been improving the efficiency of our prospecting process. Lemlist allows our team to scale outreach, maintain organized contact lists, and consistently find new potential customers in the commodities and logistics sectors we work with.

Overall, it has become an important tool to support our sales strategy and help our team generate more qualified opportunities.

 ### 13. Automation That Saves Hours: Effortless Multi-Step Email & LinkedIn Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicki W. | Legal Growth Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Automation is where the platform really shines, especially for a solo operator. Being able to set up multi-step campaigns that automatically space out emails and LinkedIn actions has saved me hours of manual work each week.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love to see more granular analytics for A/B testing, along with the ability to rename individual campaign steps for better organization. Right now, navigating longer sequences can get a bit confusing without custom labels like “Email 1” or “LinkedIn Follow Up.”

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of “tool fatigue” and the unmanageable manual work that comes with multi-channel outreach. Instead of constantly switching between spreadsheets and different apps, I can find verified emails and run campaigns all in one place.

 ### 14. Evolving All-in-One Tool with Intuitive UI, Flexible AI, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist has become my go-to tool because it covers everything I need without making me juggle a bunch of different platforms. What I value most is how steadily the product keeps evolving. New features roll out regularly, and it’s clear the team is actively building and improving it - not just keeping the lights on with what already exists.

The management side also feels thoughtfully designed. Lists, organization management, and advanced reporting help me stay on top of things, and it doesn’t start to feel chaotic as you scale. The newer AI features are a nice extra too, especially being able to plug in your own LLM API keys, which adds a lot of flexibility.

Support deserves a special mention as well. Whenever I’ve reached out, I’ve gotten a fast response that’s genuinely helpful, not a generic copy-paste.

Building and testing sequences is visual and straightforward, so it’s easy to iterate and always know exactly what you’re working with. The UI is intuitive enough that I can move quickly without constantly digging through documentation.

For what you get, the pricing feels genuinely fair compared to other tools in this space. It’s one of those rare cases where the value feels honest.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The main thing I’d really like to see improved is the credits system. As new features like Signals get added, they tend to use up a lot of credits, and Signals in particular feels quite expensive in that respect. After a while, it starts to seem like it’s not worth running it directly inside lemlist, because the credit costs add up so quickly. A more generous credit allowance would make a real difference, especially as the platform continues to grow and adds more features that you actually want to use.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem lemlist solves for me is not having to rely on multiple platforms for different tasks. Everything I need is in one place, which saves a lot of time and keeps things far more manageable. On top of that, the AI features are built in, so I can use them directly inside the tool without needing anything extra. Overall, it simplifies the whole process, and that alone makes a noticeable difference in my day-to-day work.

 ### 15. Unreliable Scoring, Poor Support Experience

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul F. | Project Manager - Travel Management System Design, Build and Implementation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Their marketing is good (product and customer experience is terrible)

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I really didn't have a good experience with Lemlist. The main issue was with their multichannel nurturing feature, which was supposed to score leads based on engagement like clicks and opens. Unfortunately, none of that worked as advertised, and the scoring was misleading. I ended up hiring SDRs to follow up on what were supposed to be warm leads, only to find out there weren't any. Basically, the lead scoring felt fake and just misleading. What really annoyed me was the setup. I got an enterprise account thinking I'd have a manager and a personalized onboarding experience. They claim to offer this, but they don’t actually do it. I had to keep complaining for five months just to talk to my account manager, who then passed me off to someone else. It’s also ridiculous that I can’t cancel my account without the account manager's permission, and she refuses to provide service. Their service hours don’t match my time zone, making it hard to get anything done. Plus, there are active campaigns with no explanation why, and no one can help me understand what's going on.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist was meant to help with multichannel outreach and scoring leads for follow-ups, but none of it works as promised. The scoring is misleading, and it didn't deliver warm leads, just replies.

 ### 16. Impressive Multi-Channel Flexibility with a Workflow-Boosting AI Toolkit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivier M. | GTM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The platform provides impressive flexibility for multi-channel outreach, making it simple to test different strategies. I also like the built-in AI toolkit, which helps streamline workflows and fine-tune messaging.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

This is probably something that happens with more mature products. It isn’t always easy or straightforward to understand all the possibilities the product offers and all the options you can use, and it takes a bit of time to get familiar with everything. I think the same thing happens with HubSpot and other larger software that’s been on the market for many years.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really protects my outreach emails, with very strong LEMwarm functionality and lots of helpful recommendations during the sending process to avoid getting my domain banned, which I genuinely love. It makes me feel safe using it. On top of that, the automations are solid, and I appreciate the clear, transparent view of what’s happening at every moment.

 ### 17. Extremely user friendly and an highly supportive team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed B. | Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like that lemlist makes outbound campaigns easier to manage from one place. The multichannel sequences, email finder/verifier, personalization options, and LinkedIn prospecting features help save time and organize outreach more professionally. It is especially useful for SDR and business development workflows because it helps structure campaigns, track engagement, and follow up with leads more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The downside is that some features can feel overwhelming at the beginning, especially when setting up sequences, managing deliverability, and understanding all the automation options. Also, pricing can become high depending on the number of users, leads, and features needed. I would also prefer more simplified guidance or templates for campaign setup and best practices.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist helps us manage outbound sales engagement more efficiently by centralizing lead sourcing, email verification, multichannel sequences, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups in one platform. It benefits us by saving time, improving outreach organization, reducing manual work, and helping our team run more structured and scalable prospecting campaigns.

 ### 18. Lemlist’s All-in-One Sequences Make Campaigns Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like most about the system is its feature set and how easy it is to create and customise sequences. Importing leads and contacts from LinkedIn is straightforward, which makes it quick and powerful to organise campaigns. We were also able to get it set up quickly and start using it right away.

I reviewed a few systems, and Lemlist best fit our needs as a sequence and data provider. More of an All-in-one than others that I looked at.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Although there is a very comprehensive library of helpful articles, it would be nice to have a larger video library or the ability to join webinars on a one-to-many basis. These could exist, I just haven't been invited to any or found them myself.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist is our contact data provider, which allows us to create bespoke sequences at the persona level. Also, the consolidated inbox is huge for a small team that may need to cover for each other.

 ### 19. Effortless Multichannel Outreach, Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soheil S. | Head of Service Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like that lemlist allows me to easily weave different channels inside the same sequence. It's great to start with a LinkedIn connection request, and if they respond on email, I can go back and send a text. This means I don't have to target people as a one-off in one channel anymore; instead, I can target them across different channels in a meaningful sequence that isn't too invasive and connects with them in places they're more at home with. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, and they provide a very extensive guide to get started.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I think they can do a better job with managing their email infrastructure. The warm-up and everything is great, but I feel like other platforms are doing a better job of keeping their warm-up pools clean compared to Lemlist. Besides, the prices for joining the premium pools are a little bit on the higher side.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lemlist to reach prospects through email, LinkedIn, SMS, and WhatsApp. It helps us build multichannel sequences, connecting with prospects in different ways without manual work.

 ### 20. Intuitive Outbound Sequences with Smooth Profile Enrichment and Email Finder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frances H. | Growth Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The platform makes it surprisingly intuitive to build complex outbound sequences, and each step is clearly documented as you go. I’m also a big fan of the built-in profile enrichment and the email finder tool, which make the overall workflow feel smoother and more complete.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The “cockpit” billing system, along with how team structures are set up, can be a bit confusing—especially when I’m trying to manage multiple sender accounts at the same time.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away the headache of manually coordinating outreach across different platforms like email and LinkedIn. By pulling everything into a single campaign setup, I can consistently reach specific high-value targets without juggling multiple tools or workflows.

 ### 21. Efficient Multichannel Campaigns with Room for Pricing Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vatsal N. | Founder, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like using lemlist because it allows us to create multichannel campaigns for LinkedIn and emails within the platform itself, making it easy to manage different campaigns across two channels. I also appreciate their inbuilt database feature; in case of emergencies when we need leads quickly, I can easily pull data directly from lemlist's database and add it to my campaign without having to upload anything separately. This capability saves me hours—it takes only about thirty minutes to set up a new campaign now. Additionally, I'd rate the initial setup of lemlist as a nine out of ten, indicating it was quite straightforward and easy to initialize.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I find their per seat pricing a bit problematic. If they could structure their pricing more smartly or instantly, it would greatly improve the tool.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use lemlist to create multichannel campaigns for LinkedIn and emails easily. It helps by providing an inbuilt database for quick lead generation, reducing campaign setup time from hours to around thirty minutes.

 ### 22. Easy-to-Use Interface with Powerful Custom Conditions and Timezone Controls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like the easy-to-use interface but features-wise, the ability to have custom conditions is such a game-changer for personalizing your sequences to the max.

Also the new timezone feature was a critical factor, along with the fact that you can import leads to a sort of "waiting room" and then launch them into a queue governed by your sending limits

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The Hubspot integration isn't top-tier, I wish there was a plug-in so that leads could be pushed directly on Hubspot to a campaign. I used Apollo and they had a really strong integration.

I wish that the widgets/ activity reports in the Dashboards were more adaptable. They have like 15 pre-set options and they're not exactly what im looking for. The dashboards are hard to edit and not very efficient.

I have a Microsoft email with 5 aliases, and I am not able to select from specific alises when sending, the way that Hubspot Sequences allows. We have to have multiple fully separate email accounts to send from.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist's timezone feature is absolutely critical, being able to match the contact's business hours since we have BDRs targeting various states across the USA. Before, it was a manual process of scheduling each batch without considering timezone.

Tracking open/click/interest was completely manual before. Using the AI to mark a contact as interested and being able to track all these metrics has helped us refine our outbound strategy.

Lemwarm is also a great benefit to our lemlist seat as we start ramping up our outbound volume. Before, there was no grip on our deliverability or email health.

Importing leads into a lemlist campaign makes it extremely easy to control when/ at which frequency communications are being sent. I struggled with managing my contacts lists between Excel, Hubspot segments, my notes. Now you import your list, you can clearly see when/ where/ how many contacts came from which imports, and they live in the campaign until they're ready to launch.

 ### 23. Reliable Tool for Cold Outreach and Lead Generation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrei M. | Enterprise Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

As an Enterprise Account Executive, I use lemlist for cold outreach, reactivation campaigns, and data scraping, and find it to be a good source of leads. I like its usability and reliability, which make it very effective for my work. The initial setup was very easy, which helped me get started quickly. I built both LinkedIn and email campaigns for Outreach across different regions.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

All good, we are very satisfied with the service and resources available.
It would be nice to have a bigger database of questions and maybe AI predictions based on previous activities and campaigns.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lemlist for cold outreach and reactivation campaigns, and it provides a good source of leads. Easy to integrate with HubSpot.

 ### 24. All-in-One Platform for Prospecting, CRM, Campaigns, and Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist integrated prospect database saves me hours of manual work every week. Having 450M+ leads directly inside the platform means I can find, enrich, and add prospects to a campaign in one workflow, eliminating the need to jump between external databases and my outreach tool.

Lemlist is the first tool I’ve used that balances automation with human-like personalization. The AI-powered sequences and icebreakers actually feel custom, not robotic. Plus, the built-in warm-up and deliverability tracking give me peace of mind that my hard work isn't ending up in the spam folde

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The filtering within the existing prospect base can be a bit rigid. For example, it’s difficult to filter out prospects based on complex 'exclude' logic or specific LinkedIn activity levels. This leads to manual cleanup after importing a list, which adds a layer of administrative work that could be solved with more advanced boolean search or exclusion filters

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves the problem of low-response outreach. It allows me to organize complex multichannel sequences (Email + LinkedIn + Phone) that feel personal to the prospect. The benefit has been a noticeable increase in my reply rates.
Before lemlist, my outbound strategy was fragmented across spreadsheets, a separate LinkedIn tool, and my email provider. The problem it solved for me was tool fatigue

 ### 25. Best B2B Martech Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Göksu .

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I love most about lemlist is how it eliminates technical complexity without ever compromising on personalization. While it’s hard to pick just one favorite feature, its holistic approach is what truly sets it apart.
Specifically, the combination of these elements is indispensable:
• lemwarm: Their deliverability protection and warm-up process are top-tier, ensuring emails stay out of the spam folder and reach the primary inbox.
• Multi-channel Sequences: Being able to integrate LinkedIn interactions and email steps into a single smart workflow makes campaign management incredibly efficient.
• Advanced Personalization: With dynamic images and custom variables, you can reach thousands of people while making every single recipient feel like the message was crafted specifically for them.
In short, lemlist is a game-changer for sales automation—making outbound both scalable and "human." I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

all of this comes at a price: the credit consumption is very high. Especially when actively using data enrichment and complex multi-channel sequences, credits burn through much faster than expected. This can make budget management and scaling plans quite challenging during high-volume campaigns.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist eliminates the fragmentation in sales processes by centralizing the entire outbound operation. Here is how it directly benefits my workflow:
• Lead Discovery and Data Enrichment: It ends the era of jumping between multiple tools to find prospects and verified contact addresses. With its built-in database and enrichment features, I can identify my target audience and get all the data I need to reach them in seconds.
• Seamless Outreach: It’s more than just an email tool. By integrating LinkedIn steps into the sequence, it allows for a truly multi-channel approach. This ensures I can connect with "hard-to-reach" leads at the right time through the right channel.
• Unified Dashboard Management: Perhaps the biggest advantage is the centralized control. I can manage all conversations and track campaign performance from a single dashboard. No more tab-switching madness—just a clear view of every interaction and lead status in one place.

 ### 26. Fundraising on Steroids!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Honestly, lemlist just makes outreach way less of a headache. Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp—all in one spot, no more bouncing between a million tabs. The AI personalization is chef's kiss—crank out custom messages at scale and actually get replies. Lemwarm keeps your emails out of spam jail, the UI is dead simple, and support's got your back fast. If you're doing outbound, this thing's a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Real talk—the advanced stuff has a learning curve. Automation sequences and conditional logic take a minute to really get the hang of. Pricing can also sting once you scale up your contact list or sending volume. If you're a dev, heads up: the API docs could use some love. And while it's packed with features, a few competitors do edge it out on reporting and analytics. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing going in.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, our investor outreach was a mess—scattered across channels, buried in spreadsheets, follow-ups falling through the cracks. Now? Everything lives in one place. We prospect via email and LinkedIn, track every conversation in a single inbox, and use AI to tailor each pitch to what an investor actually cares about. Way less admin busywork, way more replies.

The deliverability tools make sure our emails don't vanish into the void—pretty important when you're trying to get a busy VC's attention. And the multi-touch sequences let us nurture relationships on autopilot, so we're spending time closing conversations instead of managing them.

Bottom line: more investor convos, faster fundraising, less chaos. For a growing startup, that's everything.

 ### 27. Time-Saving Sequences. Reporting and HubSpot Sync Need More Depth

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Being able to blend email, LinkedIn touches, and manual tasks into one sequence without bouncing between tools saves genuine time, and the liquid syntax for personalisation is more flexible than most competitors we've used.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Reporting is the weakest part of the product. The dashboard gives you top-line numbers but digging into why a sequence is underperforming is harder than it should be - you end up exporting to a sheet to get answers. For a tool this focused on outbound, the analytics layer feels underbaked.

The HubSpot integration is functional but not deep. Syncing activity back to contact timelines works, but the field mapping is fiddly and I've had to build Make workarounds to get the enrichment flowing the way I want it. If HubSpot is your source of truth, expect some plumbing.

Pricing also jumps sharply between tiers - you hit a wall at the mid-tier where features you'd expect are gated behind the next band up. The support is responsive but template-y; you often get a help doc link back when you wanted a proper answer.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a pre-seed B2B SaaS startup, targeting ecommerce brands and agencies with our User Generated 3D - UG3D® - proposition. Lemlist is one of the platforms that we've been testing as we bring Voxelo to the market - testing new positioning and messaging with customers that are new to Voxelo.

 ### 28. Lemlist Delivers: Smooth LinkedIn + Email Outreach with Built-In Warmup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarne V. | Co-founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The combination of Linkedin and e-mail is very nice. The UX is pretty easy to use once you know where everything is. Also very handy that email warmup is included.
For now very happy with Lemlist; it does exactly what I would expect it to do!

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The list building is not the greatest. You can't go very deep with it and also the results are less qualitative than Clay for example. But this is expected since this is not their core business/focus.
Also a small negative is that it's pretty expensive. But it does save a lot of time so it's ok.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email warmup -> very handy that it's within Lemlist (Lemwarm) and it works fine
Linkedin & email outbound -> otherwise would have to do it manually -> works great in Lemlist so far
List building -> good for the basic stuff. Will probably use other tools if I want to create more advanced lists.

 ### 29. Centralizing multichannel outreach helped me focus on real conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margaux D. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I believed lemlist was just an email tool at first, but it quickly became the place where I centralize multichannel outreach and follow-ups. I appreciate its personalization at scale with dynamic attributes, images, and screenshots that keep messages human without extra work tbh. The support team and the intuitive UI made onboarding fast for my reps so we could focus on real conversations.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I wish lemlist had stronger reporting and analytics tailored to large teams so managers could get clearer campaign breakdowns. Right now filtering and forecasting feel limtied when we try to compare sequences across multiple reps and campaigns. Improved dashboards and exportable reports for large accounts would make performance reviews and forecasting much easir, esp for managers.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the chaos of juggling tools by letting me automate small actions like profile visits and connection requests inside sequences so my team focuses on replise. Intent-based follow-ups that adapt to opens, clicks, and visits helped our sequences react to real behavior instead of fixed timelines. Native enrichment and integrations with CRMs streamlined lead discovery and kept contact data in sync which saved time for my SDRs, kinda.

 ### 30. Best tool for scalable LinkedIn outreach without complex setups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hessam V. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist has helped me make my LinkedIn outreach much more efficient and personalized.

Before, I had to use additional tools like Clay to enrich data and write personalized messages. Now I can do everything directly inside Lemlist.

What stands out is the integration with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and other data sources. It allows me to better analyze leads and write highly relevant, personalized messages instead of sending generic templates.

It saves a lot of time and at the same time increases response rates.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The setup can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning, especially when using multiple integrations.

It also takes some time to fully understand how to use the AI features effectively.

But once you get used to it, it works really well.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solves the problem of scaling outreach without losing quality.

I can reach a large number of potential clients while still keeping messages personal and relevant.

This leads to more replies, better conversations and ultimately more qualified meetings.

At the same time, it saves me a significant amount of time compared to manual research and writing.

 ### 31. Lemlist Makes LinkedIn Outreach and Multichannel Sequences Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajat M. | Solutions Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is great for running LinkedIn outreach campaigns and managing multi-channel sequences. Its data enrichment features also help improve contact quality, making outreach more personalized and effective.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The credit pricing is relatively expensive compared to some other competitors, which can limit usage at scale.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While Lemlist is a powerful tool, the credit based pricing can be relatively expensive compared to other competitors, which may limit usage at scale, especially for teams running high volume or multi threaded outreach campaigns. Multithreading across multiple stakeholders within the same account can quickly consume credits, making it harder to scale efforts efficiently. Additionally, while the enrichment features are useful, there is room for improvement in data freshness and depth to reduce dependency on external enrichment tools. More flexible pricing or bundled credits for enrichment and multichannel outreach would make the platform more cost effective for growing teams.

 ### 32. Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shevon R.

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is the quality of its database combined with its powerful sequencing capabilities. The multichannel outreach is a real game changer. it allows us to engage prospects across email, LinkedIn and more all within a single, streamlined workflow.

We’ve also seen consistently strong open and click rates on our campaigns, which speaks to how effective the personalization and delivery features are. Overall, it has significantly improved both our outreach efficiency and results.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One limitation I’ve noticed with lemlist is that the database view is restricted to only 30 pages. This can make it a bit challenging to navigate and manage larger prospect lists efficiently, especially when working at scale. Expanding this limit or improving how larger datasets are handled would make the experience even better.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist helps us solve the challenge of targeted outreach by allowing us to tailor campaigns specifically to fit our product offerings. This ensures that our messages are relevant to each prospect, which has boosted engagement, improved response rates, and made our outreach efforts far more efficient. Overall, it’s helping us connect with the right audience in a more personalized and impactful way.

 ### 33. A practical tool that feels personal and efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brigitte P. | Associate Regional Head, DACH, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I love how intuitive and clean the interface is, which made onboarding quick and hassle-free for my team. The combo of multichannel outreach and real personalization feels very human and helps me connect genuinly with prospects, making my sales work feel less like a routine and more like real conversations.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One thing that could be improved is their mobile experience, as the app, while usable, isn't fully optimized for productivity on the go. A lighter, more streamlined mobile dashboard for quick replies would really help me and my team stay effective even when we aren’t at our desks, kinda esp when we're traveling.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solves the complex challenge of managing and automating sales engagement by centralizing outreach channels like email, LinkedIn and calls into a single platform. This has helped me keep all follow-ups organized and timely so I can focus on converting leads rather than juggling tools, saving me loads of time every day tbh.

 ### 34. Powerful all-in-one outbound platform with great automation features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I’ve been using lemlist for my outbound campaigns and I’m extremely happy with the tool. What stands out the most for me is how everything is in one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can handle prospecting, enrichment, outreach campaigns, calling, LinkedIn automation, and deliverability all within a single platform. That alone saves a huge amount of time.

One of my favorite features is the ability to use conditions inside campaigns. This makes it very easy to build smart, dynamic sequences that adapt based on lead behavior. It allows for much more personalized and effective outreach without adding complexity.

I’m also really impressed with the LinkedIn automation. It’s seamless and integrates naturally into multi-channel campaigns, which makes running coordinated email + LinkedIn outreach incredibly efficient.

Another highlight is the A/B testing functionality. It’s straightforward to set up and makes it easy to continuously optimize messaging and improve performance.

Overall, lemlist feels like a complete outbound operating system rather than just an email tool. If you’re looking for an all-in-one solution that covers prospecting, enrichment, outreach, calling, and deliverability, I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

As of now nothing in particular. The tool is a bit pricy but to be honest its worth the money

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me Lemlist solves the problem of having to use multiple disconnected tools for outbound sales. With lemlist, everything is centralized. This saves me a lot of time, reduces complexity, and makes it much easier to build and scale campaigns. The ability to use conditions within campaigns allows me to create smarter, more personalized sequences that adapt to lead behavior, which improves response rates.

 ### 35. Centralizes email tasks for better outreach efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renée B. | Partnerships & Strategy Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I find lemlist incredibly effective for managing email outreach. The interface is intuitive, lettng me craft campaigns that feel personalized yet efficient. Every morning starts with a dashboard check, aligning my goals for the day. I enjoy the flexbility it provides in real-time, allowing adjustments that suit my clients' evolving needs. This keeps my messaging on point, without feeling overwhelmed by all the details. Having all these tools consolidated gives me more time to focus on content quality.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The one thing I'd improve is the search feature within the dashboard. Occasionally, finding specific past campaigns or messages can be cumbersom, slowing me down when time is tight. Enhancing the search functionality would make locating past communications quicker and more intuitive. A more robust search tool would definitely complement the overall efficiency of the platform.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing email tasks used to be chaotic and scattered across multiple platforms, which often led to inconsistent messaging. It was tough tryin to ensure no follow-ups were missed, leaving gaps in communication. Now with lemlist everything's centralized, allowing a more streamlined workflow. Each day, I start with a clear overview, tackling tasks with better orgnization and speed. Automation of routine tasks has freed up time, letting me engage more deeply with clients. This new approach has drastically improved my consistency and reduced errors.

 ### 36. Centralizes my workflow beautifully for better focus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michèle W. | Associate Director of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I love how lemlist keeps my email campaigns organized and simple to manage day-to-day. The ease of setting up diff sequences is great when I'm juggling tasks in the mornng. It feels natural to customize emails for clients without a clunky setup. I regularly check the analytics to see what strategies need tweking, keeping me on track. Having all my tools in one spot streamline everything and lets me focus more on strategy than logistics. It's clear the platform supports a more productive approach to my work.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The email template editor could be more flexible. Sometimes it restricts creativity when trying to craft unique designs, which can be limiting. It'd be beneficial if more intuitive options were introduced for customization. Improving this could enhance overall user experience and allow for a broader range of design possibiliteis.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, handling my email outreach was a disjointed process spread over several platforms, which was really inefficient. I often lost track of follow-ups and my commmunication wasn’t as consistent as it needed to be. Implementing lemlist has centralized my workflow, simplifying how I manage campaigns. Mornings begin with a comprehensive dashboard review, ensuring all tasks are outlined clearly. Automation picks up repetitive tasks, freeing up my time for more strategic client engagement. This cohesive system has cut down on errors and stress substantially.

 ### 37. Effortless email management for busy schedules

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise P. | Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I love how lemlist helps by simplifying my email tasks, making everything feel more streamlined. The interface is so intuitive it lets me set up email sequences withot a lot of fuss, which is great when I'm rushing in the mornings. Throughout the day, I can monitor real-time feedback n adjust my strategies as needed. It's given me the flexibility to tailor messages for different client needs quickly and efectively. Having everything centralized means I can put more effort into actual content instead of constantly switching platforms. This overall ease of use has really improved my workflow n creativity.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

If there's one thing to improve, it's the variety of email reports available. Sometimes the options feel limiting when analyzing data to refine strategiess more precisely. Expanding these would allow for deeper insights, helping guide more informed decision-making. Better reporting capabilities could make a big difference in adapting and planning next steps effectively.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before swiching to lemlist, managing emails felt like chaos with too many systems involved, leading to missed follow-ups and inconsistent communicaton. It was frustrating to try and keep everything aligned and I always worried about losing track. Lemlist brought all my campaigns into one place, which made a huge difference by creating a coherent process. Now, every morning begins with a dashboard check, ensuring all priorities are clear, n automated tasks keep routines flowing. This change has significantly tightened up how I manage email outreach, creating more room for strategic planning and client engagement. The reduction in stress and increase in efficiency are noticeable.

 ### 38. A comprehensive sales tool with room for mobile improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathalie K. | Digital Transformation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I appreciate how Lemlist brings multiple outreach channels like email, LinkedIn, and calls into one centralized platform, which really simplfies managing my sales process. The personalization capabilities, including dynamic variables and AI writing features, help me keep my messages engaging and human at scale. Their customer support stands out as professional and responsive, making the experience smoother and more reliable tbh.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Although the platform is powerful, the mobile experience could be better optimized to support full productivity on the go. The current mobile app works but can feel limited and cumbersom when handling quick replies or managing campaigns outside the desktop environment. Improving this area would make it much more convenient for busy sales teams to stay productive anywhere, I can’t always be at my desk so it’s kinda annoyng.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist effectively helps me automate and organize complex sales engagement sequences, saving significant time I used to spend juggling different tools. It enables me to deliver hyper-personalized outreach, which improves my chances of starting meaningful conversations and booking meetings.
