We chose lemlist while building an outbound sales function because we could quickly integrate with our existing systems and get started with low-cost and effort.
We are pretty voracious and understanding software consumers, so we expected using lemlist would be a breeze. However, we were quickly disappointed by a UI overhaul that made things difficult to navigate.
Support was often slow o unable to resolve our technincal questions. We felt the support agents we interacted with lacked knowledge about the application and did not take time to understand the concerns we raised... and, most importantly, how they impacted our business. Frustratingly, every interaction was coupled with a slew of emojis which feels tone-deaf when a reported bug is causing your sales team to burn valuable leads.
Finally, we've been trying to downgrade our usage for 2 months like another review cites. But due to either a bug in their billing infrastructure or support's inability to help us, have not yet been able to reduce our usage or cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
