Calendly is most valuable for how flexible it is around scheduling logic. The ability to create different event types, each with its own rules, availability, and conditions, makes it easy to handle a wide range of use cases w/o manual coordination. The advanced settings (buffers, limits, availability controls) are useful since I have different needs and types of external meetings. They allow me to protect my time, avoid overbooking, and adapt scheduling rules to different stakeholders and contexts.

Nothing major. It's a simple tool that does one thing. However, I prefer these days to use AI in my calendar. What i like most about Zoom Workspace is how it brings meetings, chat and collaboration into a single flow without feeling complicated.In my day to day work, I mostly use it for quick sync calls, client discussions, and internal reviews and reliability has been consistent even when participants join from different networks or devices.Meetings start quickly , and i rarely have to troubleshoot audio or video which matters a lot during back to back calls. I have also started using zoom's team chat and meeting summaries more as part of my regular workflow.Being able to continue a conversation after a meeting ,share recordings and revisit key points in one place saves time and reduces follow up emails.Features like screen sharing and annotations are simple but effective ,especially when walking through designs or explaining technical flows to non technical teammates. One thing i dislike about Zoom Workspace is that as more features have been added,the interface can sometimes feel a bit crowded. When i am just joining a quick meeting,I don't always need to chat.mail,calendar and other tools at the same time and it can take a moment to navigate to exactly what i need.Another drawback i have noticed is notification overload,especially when using team chat alongside meetings.If notifications are not carefully configured it is easy to get distracted during focus time .I have had to spend time adjusting settings to keep it manageable.

Occasionally meeting quality can also depend heavily on network conditions.While Zoom is generally reliable,video quality can drop during unstable connections which affects discussions in longer or more detailed meetings.Overall zoom workspace works well but it does require some setup and discipline to avoid unnecessary noise and keep the experience streamlined. What do you like best about Boomerang for Gmail?

It's hard to pick what I like best about Boomerang. But if I had to, I would say the return to inbox if recipient didn't reply is top of the list. No one can try and ignore me with the hopes I will forget. Simply put, all of its features have transformed how I work. I use my email inbox as my to-do list. I send myself emails all the time and time them to arrive when it is most efficient. Scheduled messages to myself and my team also helps to ensure regular tasks are never forgotten. Mostly with return to inbox if no reply feature and scheduled emails. It ensures I never let an email thread fall through the cracks. Also helps remind me of any and all tasks I need to complete by sending myself emails or scheduling any email to return to my inbox when I know it is more likely that I will be able to complete the task or resume communication with someone. It really has completely changed how I work. No more To-Do lists, which can be easily ignored. Now everything I need to get done is flowed through my email inbox. What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

Square POS helps me tremendously when I’m selling at a craft fair or on location with a customer. It also makes it easy to provide a customer with a detailed receipt, along with the opportunity to leave a review. Conflict negotiation is also a built-in feature, which I appreciate. What do you like best about HelmBot?

For the past few months, we've implemented Helmbot at Uplift Float Centre, and it has truly revolutionized our operations! There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.
