From a company perspective, it seems an excellent tool as it helps the company be more organized and aware of who the people are working on any scheduled date. I haven't found anything to dislike about the platform. It has met every one of our requirements, and the transition was incredibly smooth. If I had to be extremely nitpicky, I would say I'm just looking forward to see even more integration with our other project management tool. I think, if I had one major frustration, it is that you can't actually adjust the room layout or maps yourself within the software. If we move a desk or reconfigure a section of the showroom, which we do fairly often for a new display, we have to send the updated map back to the tech team and wait for them to make the changes. I understand they want to keep the map high quality, but for someone like me who likes to be hands-on, it feels a bit restrictive. I would love to see a self-service tool, where I can make a minor tweak or rename a room on the fly without having to start a support ticket and wait for a turnaround. Also, the responsiveness of the map on a smaller phone screen can be a bit clunky, making it hard to select the exact task you want without zooming in all the way. If I need to have a quick word with an employee, I can just check Tactic and see where they are instead of pinging them on Slack or waiting for a reply.
