What do you like best about HelmBot?

For the past few months, we've implemented Helmbot at Uplift Float Centre, and it has truly revolutionized our operations! Our customers have provided exceptional feedback, highlighting its user-friendly booking process. This has led to a noticeable decrease in the volume of phone calls we receive from customers seeking assistance compared to our previous software.

The onboarding and setup with Helmbot went seamlessly, thanks to their excellent support.

As we continue to expand our business, we're thrilled to know that Helmbot will remain adaptable and capable of meeting all our future requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelmBot?

There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

We would also love to have the ability to style the automated emails, add our logo and some colours etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HelmBot?

We enjoy how this is tailored to a float center. The extra tools to help with the behind the scenes things such as employee scheduling, room measurement tracking, etc is phenomenal. What do you dislike about HelmBot?

The price. It's still a crazy value, but like any business owner, wish it was a bit cheaper. Instead of a flat fee per "room", I'd like to see it tiered a little less for each indivudual room they bill for. Incredibly intuitive to use. The team is constantly improving and adding new features. They're quick to respond to feedback and questions, and take a collaborative approach in solving issues. Organizing my GUIDE topics and entries is not an intuitive process leaving my Guidebook a jumbled mess. I would love a way to export the topics and rearrange them in a logical order before bringing them back into HelmBot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HelmBot?

HelmBot is easy to use, and easy to learn how to use. Once I started using it, it became indispensible. It can do an enormous number of things, from scheduling and task management to exporting sales reports. And the support staff are fantastic; they are always quick to respond to questions and provide help. They are also constantly adding new functions and upgrades.

Our customers also use the helm and we have not gotten one complaint about it being difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelmBot?

I don't dislike anything about HelmBot. I find HelmBot incredibly useful, but I feel like there are functions I don't even know about, so some beginning and advanced tutorial videos would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
