**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

For the past few months, we've implemented Helmbot at Uplift Float Centre, and it has truly revolutionized our operations! Our customers have provided exceptional feedback, highlighting its user-friendly booking process. This has led to a noticeable decrease in the volume of phone calls we receive from customers seeking assistance compared to our previous software.

The onboarding and setup with Helmbot went seamlessly, thanks to their excellent support.

As we continue to expand our business, we're thrilled to know that Helmbot will remain adaptable and capable of meeting all our future requirements.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

We would also love to have the ability to style the automated emails, add our logo and some colours etc.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it came to finding the right booking system, one of the most common issues we found was the lack of ability to build custom packages and discounts that match the way we wanted to run our business.

**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

We enjoy how this is tailored to a float center.  The extra tools to help with the behind the scenes things such as employee scheduling, room measurement tracking, etc is phenomenal.  Customer service is tremendously prompt and efficient and is open to ideas and suggestions.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

The price.  It's still a crazy value, but like any business owner, wish it was a bit cheaper.  Instead of a flat fee per "room", I'd like to see it tiered a little less for each indivudual room they bill for.  Mind you, this is just me trying to save as much $$$ as possilbe, and it's worth what they charge regardless.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee scheduling, time clock entries, booking guests, online booking and scheduling.  This is the "one program does it all" type of application.  It also integrates nicely with our mailing list, etc.

**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

Their customer service team is excellent and my customers have an easy time booking appointments online.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

Needs better reporting tools (especially for products) and wish it had more AI functionality that could help me fill my slower times and days.

**Recommendations to others considering HelmBot:**

Customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond. 
If you have multiple services you offer, Helmbot allows your customers to view all of them in one screen and makes it easy for them to book additional services.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't realize we were losing customers when we had MindBody Software.  Customers would get frustrated and stop the booking process.
Now customers have an easy time booking and seeing all of our available services that our cross-selling services has increased a lot!

**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

Incredibly intuitive to use.  The team is constantly improving and adding new features. They're quick to respond to feedback and questions, and take a collaborative approach in solving issues. Made for float centers, by a team who knows float centers.  I have no doubt they will crush it as Helm branches out into related wellness industries as well.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

There are a few features I'd love to see added for streamlining marketing and other processes in the future, but I'm sure we'll get there!  The Helm team is constantly improving things!

**Recommendations to others considering HelmBot:**

Schedule a tour! You'll love it at first sight!

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booing software is crucial to an appointment-based business.  The interface is intuitive and allows us to provide excellent service to our customers, without slowing us down.  The reporting is great, and there are a myriad of features that we utilize that you can't find anywhere else (internal reference guide, logbook, maintenance log, task generators). Other booking software we've used in the past has been clunky and does not offer any of these additional features.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

Organizing my GUIDE topics and entries is not an intuitive process leaving my Guidebook a jumbled mess. I would love a way to export the topics and rearrange them in a logical order before bringing them back into HelmBot.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TASKS. It is so nice to have a place to note one time or reoccurring jobs we need to get done. Being able to assign these tasks to individuals or simply place on the job board for anyone to accomplish is amazing, not to mention the scheduling. Maybe this is a one time need or something that needs done every other Tuesday, no problem, that's doable! I am able to quickly jot down some notes about how the task needs to be accomplished, this is handy and saves time when you are not having to track someone down and verbally guide them step by step. The Team now has a chance to process the information and ask questions as needed giving us both room to grow and develope.

The thing that I like the most about HelmBot is that it is continuously improving. Anytime I've submitted a question, needed help, or had a feature idea, the team is always quick to respond and provide solutions.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

There's very little that I dislike about Helmbot because improvements constantly happen.

**Recommendations to others considering HelmBot:**

You won't be disappointed, Helmbot does everything you need it to, and if they don't offer a feature, it's because they're working on it for the next update.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helmbot has helped me to streamline processes at both of our spas. We use the (searchable!) Guide to document all procedures and assist with training new employees. We use the Projects to manage everything from daily operations and our weekly deep clean to marketing and administrative procedures. HelmBot's automations and task generators keep everything moving and helps me feel confident that nothing is slipping though the cracks!

As it is built by floating people for floating people it is uniquely tailored for floating businesses. The system is very user friendly and their customer service is exemplary

I'm yet to come across a feature that I don't like! I've been using the system for about 8 months and I love it

I love that I can have everything in one place - bookings, water readings, reports & customer details. This leaves more time for other parts of the business like marketing.

I wish that there was an easier way to create bundled appointments with two or more services at a special package price.

They have a demonstration service too and you can test it out with a fully functional dummy acct

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A very easy and intuitive booking system for my customers. It has help me massively increase my revenue. The gift certificates are so easy to buy too.

**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

HelmBot is easy to use, and easy to learn how to use. Once I started using it, it became indispensible. It can do an enormous number of things, from scheduling and task management to exporting sales reports. And the support staff are fantastic; they are always quick to respond to questions and provide help. They are also constantly adding new functions and upgrades. 
Our customers also use the helm and we have not gotten one complaint about it being difficult to use.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

I don't dislike anything about HelmBot.  I find HelmBot incredibly useful, but I feel like there are functions I don't even know about, so some beginning and advanced tutorial videos would be helpful.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelmBot keeps me organized and on track when there is way too much stuff to keep track of. It combines scheduling, point of sales, record keeping, task management, messaging, inventory, customer feedback, auto-emailing, and much more. I use it to run a float tank center but I feel like HelmBot could be helpful for running almost any type of business or organization.

Helmobot is VERY user-friendly and intuitive. Easy to navigate and keep updated! Also, they are constantly improving everything on the back end and launching new features.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

I honestly can't think of anything right now. I'm a massive fan of this company. I often wear my helm shirt.  (Just trying to paint a picture of how stoked I am about this company)

Management of shop operations. Client bookings. Tank chemistry. Tasks around the shop. Sales. Client profiles. Staff communication tool. All the important stuff!

**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

Extremely intuitive and all-encompassing. From the scheduling, POS and time reporting features to the task management, there is no better out there. I'ts playful and fun to use too! Customer support is also highly available and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

The only thing I can think of is a waiver system that makes the questions asked the guests mandatory to answer.

The BEST! How could you choose to use any other multi-function software to run a float center?

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big one is task management. I am able to assign tasks for certain users, shifts or even to anyone available.....and the system will report to me if those tasks are not complete in a given period of time. Extremely helpful with new hires.

**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

Ease of use for management, employees and clients. Things are where you would expect them and that makes their software intuitive and easy to learn for new employees and clients. I also love that they not only have schedulling for clients, but for employees, an ongoing digital logbook for our team to have discussions in, a manual section as well as a task managment system to help guide employees on what work needs to be done during different shifts and to help with ongoing projects. Also their customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

This may sound cheesy, but I hate that I waited so long to fully switch over to HelmBot. I was worried about losing customer information during the transfer, but the handover was seamless and a big success. The only other complaint I currently have is I would like better mobile friendliness or an business app.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to identify issues and brainstorm solutions throughout the week with the Logbook that functions as an in-house chat tool. We can then use the Task Manager to help employees understand what needs to be completed at any given time, including ongoing and one-time projects. We have reduced the number of pieces of software we use by switching to HelmBot, it brings so many different tasks into one piece of software. (client scheduleing, employee scheduling, tracking in-house metrics such as sanitization levels, task managemnt, group discusssions, business manual, etc.)

I like the ease with which appointments can be book either by myself or by a client online.

I would like to see a tutorial for new team members to go through the basic daily operations of Helm.

Helm Bot is a living, breathing piece of software that is always being improved. The owners are really open to suggestions and very supportive.

**What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helm helps me with all aspects of my business from booking a float to selling gift cards and packages. It keeps track of every transaction  in my business and keeps records of my tanks daily operations from adding water and salt to recording specific gravity. It keeps track of all my retail and tax info as well. I know Helm does far more than I use it for. The customer service is superb.

I wish there was an app! I would love for maybe one day there to be an app! I think customers would like that.

Easy to train new employees with, easy to walk customers through on how to use it, easy to make sales, clock in, and do a lot of admin work on the backside of the business. I track water levels, salt levels, etc with my pods through HelmBot FloatHelm.

I have only worked with HelmBot for about 10 months, I have realized some changes they have made along the way that benefit the system!

You can submit a question or product feature within your portal, and they generally get back the same day.  I have seen our ideas implemented and enjoy the consistent growth.

You won't find integrations into google or other apps.

I like that scheduling our employee shifts, time clocks, and other tools are integrated into our client scheduling software.

**What do you like best about HelmBot?**

Modern, clean, very easy to use, great-looking, neat and non-cluttered, stellar customer support, has all the functions I need for scheduling software, and if I have an idea of something I think could be added to the software it's easy to have a conversation with the developers to see if they would consider adding it. I demoed at least 6 other similar software programs and Helm was the best value and the best of all I demoed. For running a float center (what I use it for) it's the perfect software. Guests tell us all the time how easy it is to book appointments through the software without having to contact us. The customer support is stellar, usually getting a response to emails within an hour (often within minutes). It keeps great records of useful data and integrates well with Google analytics and Facebook Pixel. Setting up schedules and editing them if needed is very easy. Overall, it was very easy to learn and use and is the perfect fit for my business. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about HelmBot?**

There are a few things I didn't like at first, but customer support took my feedback and made changes. It's not that there were problems, but rather things that could be added to make the software even better such as internal waivers which they added. I wish I had more useful constructive criticism but I can't think of anything the software is missing or any problems I've run into.

**Recommendations to others considering HelmBot:**

They offer a free tour, so I highly recommend doing it. I also recommend visiting websites that use Helmbot, such as mine, and visiting other sites that use competitor software to compare ease of use.

They make online service booking a breeze. It saves time for myself and my staff by significantly reducing the number of phone bookings.

I have trouble remembering how to do everything, but that's just because I'm dumb.  All the many features are very useful. I'm glad they're there.
